This has been a contant attack for me for a year and half with my full knowledge of it. There are events I can recall now that are due to this person before I was aware of him attacking since I met him almost 5 yr.s ago.
Remember do not feel guilt for what ever you may have done the neg. feeds off it. Mine has gone through my life and has taking two different episodes and put them together and tried telling me I was at fault for it.  He even blamed for for death of singers when I read it happened and I didn't even know who they were. If you let it make you feel guilty it will take this guilt to any extreme. This maybe hard but you have to try to be emotionless. I still have the problem you do will the arguing.

You are all aware of my situation with my attacker. During one of my episodes i got that P.O.ed attitude and just yelled out loud and it briefly stopped the attack. I realized this did something. It had to do with my voice. The voice is a vibration so I would then be sending out this vibration in a powerful wave through my voice. I'm not sure how well you can vibrate in unspoken words. I think it my have cleared something in my aura. I found a website on OM.

I remember reading Silva Browns book and she talked about using OM. A few times during my attack I started chanting OM and my attacker went wild, threating and other things, telling me it would shut up. I start using this again according to this website. On the bottom of the page I would check into Audiable Prana.
I start doing several different things like basic yoga and playing Tinsha and my attacker keeps telling me it will reenbloom me. I realize it must have something to do with what I'm tuned to. I believe this is why I get the frequencies in my head.
I'm not sure but this may be a way to strengthen your aura. I'm not sure how to explain it maybe someone else can do a better job then me. It's like you are clearing your aura or maybe chakras of what isn't your by the use of your voice.
I read on one website about breaking up astral light to help in attacks. I also believe this is what means by using the chimes to break up the attack. I think using your own voice will help also.
I know during most of my attack the person has tried keeping me in my head by having a conversation with me. I read somewhere that if you are having an attack to talk out loud. I'm not sure if this is why when you practice the LBRP, etc you say the words out loud.

In my experience I would have to call a negative a person. Reading Robert's I come to realize Many aspects of my experience. Robert doesn't tell you about people attacking but in my experience I know this is a person. I have direct contact with this person attacking most of the time and other times it is indirect. This person will construct a thoughtform and send it to me to play in my mind while I sleep. I know this because lately I have woke up in the middle of the night and have been able to confuse the program. I started to change the subject that he implanted in me and it confused him. At first he went on with the program and when it realized I was following it he became frustrated. This is what Robert would refer to any attack having a neg involved with it. When starting to get attacked change the subject. If your neg follows the topic then you are having a direct contact with them. If it gets confused on what you are saying then at that time you are having indirect contact with the neg. In a senses you are experiencing a thoughtform sent to you. A thought form is like tape recording it waits for you to answer then gives you a reply. It's program on the belief that you will reply in a certain way and when you don't then it gets confused and you can mess up the program. I don't have enough experience yet to tell if the program will start replaying after the confusing or not. This is the experience I have found during sleep since my attacks are 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Most of the attack is coming from a human intelligence and is aware of what I thing and say 24/7 so not that I'm aware of the confusing caused he also knows that i know so he can then change it. In Robert's book he tells you about the basic cording when one person is being attacked it is corded from one person to another just by being around them. This is why my attacker has told me I'm cording people and by cording them. In reality it isn't you cording them it is something they have done. Blaming you is a way to play a guilt trip on you. I have been told that I cord the people and if something happens to them in any way it is my fault. What is happening is this man is using me to send negativity to these people and claiming it is me. I feel this person pump my heart chakra and he tells me I'm sending this to my family. It's really him using me to get to my family. Silvia Brown states briefly in her book about psychic attacks. She tells you if you have cords attacted to get rid of them. She tells you about having an alter. It has been a couple of years since I read her book and I no longer have it I don't remember what all was writen in it. This person attacking me claims that everyone that has a psychic ability is out to harm you. He has blamed every psychic person that I come across is attacking me but him. He says the ones that aren't attacking hasn't bloomed yet and they should be attacking people. This is a contradiction that you should look for in the attacking it will help to to distinquish what is the truth and what isn't.

I started playing this and the sound is now coming from outside my head. I have experience the same thing with eating fresh garlic and the effect didn't last that long. I have a wind chime in the house but not enough wind to make it chime. The other day I chimed them but nothing really seemed to happen except my son complained he didn't like the sound. It scared me because he is the one that had the nightmare my attacker caused him to have. I have now being playing this tone for about 5 mins. I believe the person is out now that he is I need to know how to get rid out him. I have just covered my whole body with garlic oil that Robert tells you how to make in his book. I'm not sure if this is a sign that i'm possessed or not.

Go buy a small rose quartz. I got a tumbled one for .50 I also bought a few more crystals for the same price. I place the rose quartz where ever I feel the pain or sensations in my head. It works well for me. I'm not sure why it works, whether the energy being flowed to is lower resonance then the crystal or if it is another reason. I have an article by Alice Bailey Telepathy and the Etheric Vehicle. When I'm finished i will post what I have found. In my experience my attacker communicates with me by telepathy and emotions and images. Your third eye is used for mental images. It is apparent that my is opened. This person reached between  my throatand heart chakra. I believe your throat chakra is used in telepathy this person has also took my voice from me. The heart is also suppose to be used in telepathy. There is also a thymus chakra not to many people know about. I'm not sure what the purpose is for. I would look to see if you have any lumps anywhere. I come across a lump within a year after I first met my attacker.

I never tried the foil but I read that someone uses plastic wrap around their solar plexus when they go out. I have tried the plastic wrap and it hasn't help me. My attack started longer before i tried using it. I have felt the bee stings before many of them on my back at the same time. I have also felt itchy behind my knees before and and then broke out in a rash. My attacker once asked me after he did something simple to me "Do you think this is all I can do?".

I experience telepathy with my attacker. I know him from meeting him in a bookstore. Not know what could happen and being i guess you could say tricked I let him drag my aura. He said it was to take the negativity out of it. He came right out and asked me if I every experienced telepathy. I have come across other people that have telepathy experiences some good and some bad. My experience with the telepathy is a negative one. He threatens me and my family. He sends energy to me and gives me headaches and pains in my body. This person is advanced in magic he has told me he does black magic. He has drained me of energy to the point that I would almost pass out. I have recently found out that this man has done some of the same things to my daughter's boyfriend's mother. He sends me mental images like he has her. I feel really bad because he is out there doing readings for people and I know what he is doing. This man has blamed everyone for doing this to me except himself. I believe he attacks me even more because I how about his little tricks he pulls on people. This man has sent me strong urges for what he wanted me to do not something that was coming from myself. I was advise a while ago to get the book when a person told me this is part of the problem. It talks about probing peoples thoughts, sending simple suggestion. It also talks about doing this without the persons knowledge of it. when you first experience this you will not know this person is doing this to you. I met my attacker almost 5 years ago. I look back at different times and realize when this person was putting suggestions and strong urges in me. He has shown me what he has done in the past to me by doing it with me knowing it. This person has done reading for other people through me. Or you may say that he did the reading and then showed me the mental images so i can relay the information to the person. I didn't feel this person energy coming to me when this things where happening but I did sense something when he dragged my aura.

I don't want to scare anyone but in my experience and belief I don't believe this is true. When i see a child that has thoughts put in his head and he recites the words someone else puts there and doesn't know about the metaphysic doesn't tell me that it is protection. I seen a grown man say something and wondered where it come from. It wasn't his thought. He jerked his head like something hit him. My 7 yr.old had a nightmare caused by an attack. He knows nothing about psychic attacks.

What is the spell you do for protection. I start using crystals. I found that rose quartz will take a way headaches. I read that clear quartz and amethyst is suppose to make you heal your aura. I have a book that says the principle behind the crytal is resonance. Crystal atoms vibrate when power by the energy of strong intentions. They can be tuned to a particle note of tuning forks.

Child, you are not alone. I to have psychic attacks. I still go through the guilt trips you go through but I have but I have gotten over it. Get rid of your guilt will help you alot. I also get threats to my family, this is hard to just ignore. I'm working on this one. I'm told by my attacker that if I don't answer him then that means I agree with him and if I state that if i don't answer him it doesn't mean that I agree with him. I now do this with the images that are sent to me because they started to come true. I experienced my first telepathic experience when I was 15. I lived on a farm so there wasn't much outside contact and I didn't have anyone to tell and at the time didn't really know what I had experienced. I have had prophet dreams over the years. Once my attack started I can look back and understand many events in my life. I should have trusted myself more. Now once again I don't believe my dreams because of the telepathy i experience and know that someone is implanting thoughts into them when I should have in the first place. I had a dream that my attacker's face turned into the devil. There is no doubt that you are having a psychic attack. When I first start having this experience I start looking in my psychology books to see if I was schizo but I didn't fit the criteria for it. I spent about one and 1/2 months in the hospital total between two separate occasions because of my attack. Not to many people are willing to believe you. i have come across several other people that have my experience. Not the extent that I have. I taked to a Buddist monk before that experienced voices. Another girl I taked to experienced telepathy with two people she worked with it wasn't a pleasant experience for her. she told me her day was based on them whether they controlled her feelings or not. I also experience this. I feel the pressure on the sides of my head and I know that there is going to be a battle between me and my attacker. This is hard to stop. You didn't say whether you feel any sensations in your body. I get theses.

Another thing don't threw your cards out because I did. I threw out everything I had on the occult hoping it would end my attack and it hadn't. Now I'm slowly trying to replace books that I had. I had books on astral projection, chakras, developing your psychic abilities and spiritual books.

Hi, you said you did a tarot card reading for someone and later you see a dark enity. The person that's attacking me says he is because I was looking in a tarot book this was almost 5 years ago. Does anyone know what the occult philosophy is about who can read cards? Also where do you keep your cards? Some people believe that you should keep them in a box or silk because it releases spirits. My attacker says I released the spirits from the cards that are attacking but I know that's not what is attacking. You may want to ask someone that knows about this. I don't know what's the proper procedure or what the possibilty. I also through my cards away hoping it would end the attack.

Go buy a small rose quartz for your headaches. You can place it where you feel the pain in your head. I use this when I get headaches. i will be placing what I learn in the methods for attack post if you would like to know more. Also there is a book Hands of Light by Barbara Ann Brennan you may want to look at. It's about auras and has a diagram of the feet. I also get sensations in my feet and I believe this is where our physical symptoms are coming from. The diagram has alot of internal organs it has the eyes and ears not sure if this is internal part or external. I have yet to read where stimulation to these areas will help or not. You may want to try massaging them. I would also run them under cold water it may close them. Do your hands to.

Dion Fortune states in her book there is an occult police. She herself called upon them. I was also told by someone that there is a council and someone's powers can be taking away from them. I was told this by a person that is psychic and does exorcisms. I think maybe we all could try saying prayers for each other to start with. Anyone that practices magic could do protection spells for people. This will also give them practice using their magic especially for the peopel that can't do magic. This is a start.

Here is something I found that might help. It's a spiritual bath to rid physical and astral bodies of negativity.

What you need:
1/2 cup Epsom salt
1/8 cup of sea salt
5 drops of sandlewood
1/8 teaspoons of dragons blood resin
1/2 teaspoon of crushed lavender
7 drops of red food coloring

Mix epsom salt and sea salt. Add ingrediences, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add food coloring. Store in jar, and tie with red ribbon. Charge. Best made on a new moon. Add two tablespoons to running water.

Thanks for the correct info Nita. There are website that show after sex how the aura is was connected then blends with each other. They didn't go into the cords after that.
