Hi wise owl, I think its very normal to feel excited but also unsure. But we come to relaise that all that you have mentioned (apart from the drugs lol) are all natural aspects of our human awakening existence, only you have chosen build a relationship with your own spirit and all its wonderful potential.

So what's your position on prescription medication then?   Lots of people die each year from abusing prescription medication... you MUST be against it? 
How about cars?  Car accidents claim the lives of many people and destroy many families every year as well.
Electricity?  I'm sure if you look people die directly because of that too.
Nuclear power?  Fukushima anyone?

I can go on and on and on...

Suffice to say... you can't hide your head in the sand just because some bad stuff will happen from something so potentially world-changing such as this.  Nuclear power has horrible downsides, but I'm fairly certain we wouldn't even be having this discussion on the internet without the massive power created by such facilities.  Actually, our entire way of life right now would be significantly different without such overabundance of energy available to us.

Farming hemp would change the course of humanity as we know it... for the better.  I'm puzzled why anyone would be against this.

Yes I am seeing things personally, as you are, truth is subjective, the question was do we agree wit the legalisation of a recreational drug, but it appears you are advocating weed as a power source, great i all for it...But that wasn't the question, I am responding to the question and I am not for making the position of peoples mental and psychical health worse. Medication is subscribed and measured and medication and transport are an essential part of life. Recreational drugs are not.

Honestly, if that's what you're worried about then you should be lobbying for making alcohol illegal.  It's much more dangerous than marijuana. 

As I said before though, putting the smoking of it aside, hemp is one of (if not THE) the most helpful plants to ever grow on this green Earth for humanity.

Imagine if alcohol had this kind of upside.  hehe

Anyway, consider this... there will *ALWAYS* be a segment of the population who will abuse something to the point of it becoming destructive.  The upside this product can have for humanity vastly outweighs any negative impact it'll have.  I dare you (anyone) to do some solid research on its uses then come back and tell us that it's still a "bad idea". 

Then you clearly, clearly haven't seen first hand the destruction and suffering it can cause people you care about, I have.
As for "there will*ALWAYS* be a segment of population" so you concede it can be harmful, your playing down its addictive and destructive potential. Making it legal and more prevalent will only increase that problem.

Alcohol is different debate, but yes as you say its potentially dangerous to...whats you point? You want to talk about cigarets aswell? lol...looks like we are not going to agree on this one.

Show me one person who smokes lots everyday who is healthy, mentally and physically, balanced, motivated and successful....and ill show you ten who are depressed, in debt, jobless, or psychotic.

I know many people who have told me how much their life has improved since they stopped smoking weed. FACT.

Bad idea, will just encourage people to think its ok for you and maybe it can be in moderation, BUT, I have seen it destroy peoples lives.

Weed destroys motivation to lead healthy life and can induce psychosis.

There was once apparently a Buddhist monk who was famous for his sermon of literally standing in a town/village centre and laughing continuously. Not hysterical laughter, but the laughter of the big bellied Buddha who has awakened to his own true realty and and see the ridiculousness of the world and life we get caught up in.

When we laugh we can (as it is possible to laugh at a thought) let go of the continuos thinking and allow our selves to be deeply in the now, thus allowing the awareness of our blissful nature.

So laughter can also be used as a tool to enlightenment 

I know that The Dalia Lama maintains that at a high level of awareness we realise that wisdom had no objective or inherent reality

You're assuming here that there is a "correct" way and an "incorrect" way to live your life.

While some of us here believe there is a "spiritual" way and "non spiritual" way to live your life... it's not really comparable to "correct" and "incorrect".

You live your life the way you live your life.  It is what it is... just live it in the best manner which you know how and you'll be fine.  You can't "resist" life.

Think your missing the point maybe xanth. Innersky (good name) is pointing out there is a way to live life that you will be less likely to suffer. You can resist life..but you will suffer...Inersky was poining out a buddhist truth also pointed out in Ekahrte Tolle, Jesus.... and by countless other awakened teachers. Be at one with life, you are life, except, surrender to the now and what is, resisting is futile and will lead to suffering. There is no way correct or incorrect way to live, but there is ways to live more consciously.

(1) What is a "Light Being" and what does it mean to "...learn of your true identity as a Light Being" ?
Is every human being a "Light Being" ?

(2) What is a "soul group" and how do I communicate with it ?

Hi vagusnereves and welcome to the site  can I recommend a book/audio CD ekhart tolle a new earth awakening to your lifes purpose.

In the mean time as mentioned already we are an eternal being of light shrouded in our temporary physical body...learning to be your true self is about awakening to your own spirit, that which you truly are beyond all form. The one all powerful being of unlimited potential...But we dont need to wait until we die and realise this truth, we can if we choose seek our own true nature through for example Buddhism, meditation or reading enlightening books like the one I recommended for you or the power of now and many other good titles.

The fact that you have asked those questions means you are about to embark on a magical part of your life..enjoy and good luck 

this creature that you are describing sounds like the Warlock Chad character I created.  i do not think that they are related.  this thing, with it's icey powers and ability to create cold winds, it could be some form of servitor that got loose, and perhaps quite possibly was created out of fear... i don't know, sorry, just rambling... i looked at this post to check for tips on how to get rid of my own demons, but mine are highly telepathic and there is more involved than simple fear based scenarios.  i think it's different when they manifest on the physical level and start hacking away at your physical brain, magnetizing it and creating a form of permanent bond...

can you provide any more information about this thing?
what does his voice sound like?  deep, resonating, rumbling, gravelly, like an 80 year old smoker demon?
if this thing has the physical power to hold you down and almost make you chant Satanic, then, perhaps try calling a good voodoo doctor or exorcist...  other than that, open your aura to the celestial and try to create an invincible, unbroken field of energy, then it will not as easily penetrate your kinetic energy with it's own...
