The solution? Well this site was originally built for OBE discussions and related stuff. Now it's grown into a playground for the Ki Krowd, semi-literate idiots, and people who just repeat eachother. Then there's the Philosopher's Group, who sit on their asses contemplating the ways of the Astral and the Universe, without so much as even projection exit symptoms under their belts.

I say "GET OFF YOUR LAZY ASSES AND PROJECT ALREADY!!!" because the original intent of the forum was to answer questions and give help. Now questions and most answers are repeated, and people generally waste their time, and ki people pollute an astral development area.

According to Bruce in many of his works, if you were a total HARDOUT then you could see a chakra as a swirling wheel of amazing coloured light, possibly even many colours in one chakra. But usually a dominant colour for the specific chakra. As far as I know, the faint, swirling blue wheel of light is as close as he's gotten.

In Astral Dynamics it gives a piece of NEW that is not given on the Internet, that of stimulating the primary energy centers.

First off, you should have been doing NEW for at least 3 months, else you will risk emotional, spiritual and psychic inbalance, a VERY unpleasant experience. Very much likened to PMS(no offense [])

With that caution, I shall continue.

The basics of it is, to raise energy to your base center, then use that energy to stir, brush (in many different directions) and tear the chakra's area. Then raise it up to the next level up, skipping past the genitalia as just simply sponging past it will be enough.

The areas you should spend time on are the base, navel (very large actions), solar plexus, heart, throat, brow, and crown (very large actions). Skip the genital center, just sponge past it.

ALWAYS start with doing your base chakrah, as it supplies the energy to the higher ones. For example, while working on a higher chakra, sponge (raise) energy from your legs to the base, then up the line of chakras to the desired area.

If you ever do use audio assistance, I highly recommend you try to do it by yourself after a while. Relying too much on tapes and mp3s can be very bad for you. You get used to it so much that you can't even get close without the music.

Anyways, from what I understand, vibrations come from having a high amount of energy in your energy body, whilst the primary chakras (for some reason the brow center is a very good point) activated to some extent. Also, relaxation is one of the biggest keys that unlocks the door to projection. YOU MUST LEARN TO RELAX!!! Inducing trance, having lots of energy and developed energy centers seems to be the key.

Projection technique should really be used when the vibrations start. Or at least that's what I'm supposing here, most cases I read the vibrations start and then the technique exerts the final pressures needed to get the projected double's butt out of your body.

Anyways, I believe that there is way too much sex in society today. There are even magazines and websites that teach kids how to kiss with tongues. Oh yeah, you're cool, let's spread diseases.

I would rather see the brain as something that registers commands from the mind, rather than the origin.

Take a MRI scan of a brain. Music is played, and certain parts of the brain light up. Those brains didn't exactly choose to light up now did they? They just did. Registering the liking or disliking of the music. So there poses my own personal "proof" for my belief that hte mind is seperate from the brain.

But back to will. If we are, in fact, multidimensional beings, as I myself thoroughly believe, then the question lies in whether or not this has all been preordained, set by God before or now or later(!?), or simply if free will is nothing but an illusion. I mean, how do we know we are not reliving an experience? Exactly, we don't.

But here's the thing, it probably hurts your head reading through all of this. So why bother? Go train yourself for projection, or else you'll never get out!

Okay, let us see WHY it is so necessary beavis...

First off, notice what happens in your mind when you read. That's right, internal dialogue. It recites it back to you in a voice that you give to the person who wrote it, or the person who is speaking in a story.

Now, as sun as u strt 2 tlk lik dis, that internal dialogue gives you the voice of a retard. It's usually stupid bimboes who talk like this to me, so I always seem to have the image of a materialistic B*TCH in mind when a girl talks to me like that. Not a very nice first impression. And as you know, first impressions are VERY important.

I mean, do you want to look respectable to a rich crowd by wearing sleezy or even homeless-people clothes? Same's with typing. If you want to be taken seriously, present yourself as at least a decently literate person, not some protard who will never be taken seriously, simply because of his typing.

Look at those ki sites. More than half of them have the spelling of 4 year olds, and their grammar is even worse. Sure, there could be some kids who really want to make a difference, but will they be taken seriously? No.

Well first off we need to step back and not let our tempers get a hold of us...

Secondly, see if you can sign up for a martial arts or self-defense class somewhere, or if anybody you know does it, ask them to teach you some stuff. That way if anybody assaults you, then you can survive to tell the tale to the cops.

kenshinhan for somebody who seems to be so obsessed with ki, I am surprised that you do not know anything about the chakras. Chakras are perhaps the one truth that stands out in 100% accuracy from any ki websites out there, even the ones people have dubbed "okay" such as veritasonline.net, which still provides shady info.

Chakras...well let's see.

First off it's sanskrit for wheel or disk, which I am sure a lot of people have read a billion times over by now. If not you should! Anyways, there are 7 or possibly even 8 major ones, each in line with your spine and going up your body. Each has it's own function in energy terms and basically if you want to make them stronger or better functioning, do it in a balanced way. It is not good to tamper too much with one and leave the rest hindered.

That being said, don't be an idiot with them. The other chakras, of which there are more than 300 of, create the energy pathways you ki people call "meridians."

You'd be surprised how many things you actually learn when you do a little research, kenshinhan.

Something said on page 2 just made me realise why I have been lamenting my relationship with my ex for so long.

It was something about spiritual damage being done if you share too much of your Self or Spirit or whatever. Basically meaning that if you think you love somebody (infatuation) and have sex with them than it can deal a lot of damage because the "love" simply was not true.

Precisely what happened to me. In fact, I can never trust myself or another girl in a relationship for a long time.

Moving on, I honestly don't think that a lot of you people have a lot of insight into the "subsociety" of teens. I am one. I live in this sheeplike gangle of hormone crazed idiots almost every day. The reason girls have condoms in their wallets but not the guys? Because the girls are hornier than the guys half the time. I just want to get on with my life, build a future. They just want to go around screwing people.

It may surprise you to know this, but women would want to have sex just as much as the average man. And an average man is not a horny bastard with no respect for women. That just happens to be the man that a lot of (stupid) women go for and then complain and whine about for hours on end afterwards. Vice Versa for the men. They go for skanks, they complain about skanks. Stereotypes = the stupids.

For some reason, a lot of girls I know think that they have to lose their virginity to become a woman. Well, if in ancient tribes and even today, a boy became a man when he matured...that is, he became wise, learned to hunt, learned to think on the spot, and learned to fight...then why not women? Of course, most women would not want to learn how to hunt or fight these days...what's the point? But the maturity and wisdom remain a prime factor. I don't see anybody becoming another Dalai Llama or Jesus after humping somebody for the first time now do I.

Okay, enough of the rhetorical questions. The simple truth is, you can NOT shut up your thoughts. It is NOT possible. You can fine tune them and make things such as the internal dialogue become silenced, while other thought streams get more attention.

The trick is not to actually try and shut up any part of your thoughts or your mind. If random things happen, let them be random. Just don't give it any energy. That includes trying to shut it up.

Ever had one of those pushy little twerps hang around you because they want to date you? Every single time you tell them to phack off they think you're playing "hard to get" (the logic of some women...O_o) and will not lay off. The same goes for thoughts. Think of it as that little annoying girl who will NOT go away. Just don't give any energy or attention to it whatsoever, no matter how much the dweeb gossips and lies about you two being together....O_o

Thoughts, like everything else, have energy. So, no energy = no point to continue. Energy flows to where attention is. So, no attention = no energy = no thoughts.

All this crazy crap about "entering the silence" is actually really difficult and I don't think it is very productive towards any goal such as lucid dreaming or OBE.
