Messages - Tiny

To me the exit is an unmistakable sensation of powering up of energy like a rocket and then launching out with force.

Sometimes when I focus real hard I get the sensation that I shrink to the size of a bean and the room becomes huge.

I have said it before and I'll say it again, I have the impression that many terrible exit sensations are caused by tugging into both directions, both into one's physical body and out at the same time.

Dear folks,

I believe that this topic is very important, Stookie has mentioned it in some thread before.

It is my experience that every once or twice a week I find myself having developed a pattern, a habitual response of procedure in mental work, be it meditation, energy work or astral projection and these patterns turn out to be extremely counterproductive. It's like relying on a magnetic imprint, it gets weaker and weaker and eventually leads you astray and when it's fainted you lay in complete stupor and confusion and unable to proceed.
Apparently one can not exercise spiritual work like learning an instrument but practice every day as if it was the first ever.
It simply can't be "learned" as it were  :|

Thank you for your time  :-)

See, I know that the Astral world is not filled with demons and such, my problem is that I know that if I think of scary beings/things then they will appear in the Astral, because of my mind. And it seems just because I know that, I can't stop thinking about it lol

focus, focus, focus!

Focus is magic and magic moves...!

Now we're talking! I wanna get one of these! Full recliner with massage after a hard day! They should name it "Sit and Fly". It looks like an airport to me!

Dear Koyaanisqatsi,

I think it is worthy of mention that the energetic stimulations caused by massage can be reproduced by energy work more or less easily.

Why do u need light? When i try to project at night i always have all the lights off. It's a matter of habit really.

Now do i NEED it? Yes i would say that i do. If there is even one small light it's really worse than having the chandelier on. The brain(as with sounds) tends to pay attention more on faint signals than apparent and loud ones(in volume/intensity) because he inherently thinks they are an indication to danger, so the brain really is trying to find out more about the strange faint signal rather than a fully apparent one. Something you can see is easy to ignore. You know where it is, you have your eye on it and you know that it poses no threat to you. On the other hand something which is faint and unstable might jump you at anytime. Keep that in mind ;)

Edit/ I should note that the source of what i say is my own observations.

Dear Koyaanisqatsi,

definatly agreed.

I like the idea of having a dim light so if i want to catch something or get up for pee i don't have to flip the light switch.

QuoteMy problem is that my eyes tend to 'creep' open as I'm meditating, allowing light in, which throws me off.

Dear Xanth,

rolling back the eyes as occurs naturally during sleep should take care of that problem. If you forward look through your closed eyelids, they will eventually open again.

Dear folks, this is one of my main problems. I like to have 1-2 salt lamps on at night (at the other end of  the room) especially the orange one that gives off very little light, yet little light seems to be too much, this least little light makes my eyes hurt. This is strange to me because I have no problems meditating or even napping during full daylight in my room or 30% ambient evening light from smaller lamps yet there appears to be a problem with this 5% dim light...
Sometimes I like to have it dark during the day so I use a scarf to blind my eyes and then sometimes it doesn't cover up all light and 1-5% light comes through and that gives the same extreme eyestrain. When I remove the scarf and simply continue with closed eyes the eye strain goes away.
Apparently dim light is very confusing for the iris, not knowing whether to shut or not.

So I'm wondering if anyone's experience concurs with mine.

Dear Synchronicity,

it sounds like it could be alien experimentation but the discription is vague.

Attacks always try to get someone from within, provoking certain responses, thoughtpatterns and actions.

I've had this weird trip (whether it was in the dream realm or astral or RTZ realm i don't know) to a place where there were many alien built black structures arranged rather vertically like towers with triangular patterns and I had the feeling that I could see them but in reality they were cloaked and I also felt very glad that I was able to perceive them.

Folks, just remember there is so much more parallel-life going on in our sleeping hours, if folks only knew what they are and what they are doing in their resting hours - their minds wouldn't believe it. It's very hard to integrate this into the waking mind because most of these experiences are not remembered and if they are, they are soon after not distinguishable from dreams.

only believe what you think.

Dear lonecrow66,

*sigh the problem is that what one's thoughts aren't necessarily from him/herself and probably more often they are not.

I've found that one doesn't even need an IRC client installed.

You can simply go here http://webchat.freenode.net/ and type in your nick and channels: astralpulse

Dear WASD,

Everytime I have a lot of energy on me, usually an impulse to do something such as going for a walk or wanking it off will try to steal the energy from me.
Resisting the temptations is the only way.

The more energy you hold, the more you must focus in order to sustain it otherwise you fall prey to magnetic equilibrium. Either you go against the stream or you swim with it.
The higher you go, seperating yourself from the standard, the deeper is the abyss you can fall.

That's exactly the kind of behavior I was talking about tiny.  Sure its just herbal tea, but you're using it in a way that is contrary to the directions given for its use in order to get a more intense response.  That's addict behavior.  Watch yourself, be smart.

Dear personreality,

please chill and listen.
Regular use is within the area of application of these herbs. In fact, it has been shown that for some people the climax of success of Valerian root is said to be days to several weeks. It has been an alternative for long term treatment against insomnia as an alternative to artificial chemicals.

Another possibility i can see is that you were making the ridiculous assumption that I was planning to take several dozens of grams of the above mentioned herbs at once.

QuoteI take Valerian Root, vegetarian liquid capsules

Ah, psychoactives!  8-)

QuoteSome researchers have compared this herbal sleep remedy to benzodiazepines such as Diazepam, also known as Valium™. However, This herbal sleep remedy is a much milder and safer sedative. Unlike this chemical tranquilizer, Valeriana is not addictive or does not promote dependency. Its sedative effect is not significantly exaggerated by alcohol and barbiturates (unlike Diazepan), and also has not been linked to any birth defects (again, unlike this sleep drug). This herb is a smooth muscle and skeletal relaxant, as well as a premier sedative that aids in anxiety, stress and insomnia. The primary chemical constituents of natural sleep remedy include valepotriates, alkaloids (chatinine, valerine), valerenic acid, essential oils (acetic acid, borneol, pinene, camphene), caffeic acid, beta-sitosterol, tannin, manganese, calcium, choline, and B vitamins.

I regularly drink a tea from the drug section, One teabags contains 0,5grams of valerian root, 0,480g of passion flower, 0, 394g melissa leafs and a few other herbs.
Now, we usually put two teabags to 1l and let that seep for 10 mins. We barely feel a difference after, the difference it makes being marginal, nothing convincing. Fly agaric did relaxe me better .
Maybe the effects will be stronger if ingested completly instead of making a tea extract. I will try that right now.

edit: I definatly feel a bit sedated now after ingesting the tea bag content, a rather dizzy effect that could also be caused by a lack of oxygen in my room.
I'm considering buying 100 grams of valerian root or more since it's only 3 dollars on ebay..

I'd also like to know the effects of passion flower alone, and it's relatively cheap,  about 4-5 dollars per 100 grams.

I was sitting there in my beanbag sack once and then my mental screen sharpened and it took on the image of a long haired humanoid very much like the pleiadian image of which gender i couldn't identifie. I could hold the vision only about 3 seconds, then it collapsed. He/she was just standing there smiling at me.

Dear Timandra,

I use a glass ball, which rightfully can be called crystal ball, tho in this case the crystals are of course not naturally formed. It cost me 12 dollars and I don't even like to stare in it, for nothing is less distracting than the blackness of closed eyes.
I use the ball as a reference of touch.

I also like the view of it being like an instrument and amplifier for psychic radar. I can even turn it on it's X-axis.

Is it necessary - absolutely not
Does it increase psychic signal - not unless one creates form to that thought imo.

Isnt that what earthbound spirits do?

Dear solbreaks,

that is the case.

There also appear to be other ways, earthbound spirits are able to stay in the ether, I don't know how but some appear to stay without having to feed on the living.

The first thing to enter my mind: every single time I have a pattern down that I'm convinced is the final trick needed, it stops working and I have to come up with something else. This seems to never stop. Of course over the years I've picked up ways of changing my patterns and schedules, but if I don't every once in a while, I get stuck or things become stagnant.

Dear Stookie,

thank you for mentioning. This indeed ought to have been mentionend all along and according to my own experience applies to many more things, including the practice of meditation aswell.
The fact appears to be that one simply can not learn these consciousness-based things as one would learn an instrument, instead they have to be realized and conducted in conscious awareness every day.

Dear goodvibes,

at the point of death the etheric body is ejected. This will be the first post-mortem vehicle for the consciousness. This will rapidly desintegrate and the consciousness will begin to relocate in it's astral body in (in an astral dimension) as it's new dominant housing unless he keeps his post-mortem etheric body intact by feeding off of the living.
The etheric body is composed of etheric matter that is to be considered the first and lowest sub-atomic energy. It can influence and leave it's imprints on the electromagnetic levels and if condensed/comprossed enough, can move or even make objects float, but on the atomic level we can only measure it by the imprint that it leaves in the EM-fields, I believe. Hence this would have to be the way, independant scientists do measure auras and auric colors.

Dear personalreality,

what about focus?
Do you maintain focus all the way through or do you begin to stray thoughts as you go deeper?
If focus is maintained, by theory one should go OBE (instead of dreaming) or slip directly into lucidity, from which he could slip into the etheric double.

I have finally figured out why I have such a time with OBEs.
The problem is my lifestyle. In the last two years I developed out of laziness a habbit to stray in thoughts when doing activities such as kitchen work. Unfortunately this carries over into energy work and my subconscious mind will think "ok while I'm doing this unentertaining activity I could think a little to entertain myself".
I discovered that this habit carried over into my energy work (incl. trance, meditation etc.) was fatal to my OBE-ability.

When I'm trancing (whether for preparation of OBE or not) while I'm sleepy I simply can not stay focused and I will lose thought control and start straying in thoughts and I will not notice that I have derailed my focus. It's as if I lose control of mind as losing control of body.
I do yet not know how to fix this one.

Dear personreality,

it's that way for me usually.

This is also the case when one receives too little or irregular sleep, i believe.

Another probability is that someone doesn't want you to project (ETs for example).

Good luck to you

Dear folks,

is it really so suprising, considering humanity, at large is in a quickening state of devolution.
Naturally, in a system based on mutual exploitation which we have here and with which most humans agree, corruption at large is the norm and most systems including the medical systems are not even designed to help anybody.

Dear folks,

if you want to get rid of your meat consumption why don't you try the soy substitutes. My local grocery store offers them in a number of imitations of different varieties of meat and they do pretty well to their role models.

I use a form of dried soy proteine blobs that when boiled up take on the substance of ground meat and I regularily make vegetarian bolognese with it.
One of the reasons I've decided to abandon meat is the unpredictability of negative energy residue and that it appears heavy to digest which is uncomfortable.

More important is to get sugar out of the diet, if possible completly. Needless to say this is a very hard task under normal circumstances. However, you simply don't want sugar cravings in a meditational life and there happens to be a substance produced by the Stevia plant which fills the body's needs for sweetness swiftly and which will get sugar out of the diet of somebody from day 1 on.
There are a few reasons why I consider Steviosides more a supplement than a sweetener.
Steviosides seem to reset my gum or metabolism in some way. Usually after eating something salty/spicy, my body will feel repulsed unless it gets something sweet (in the pause between meals).
Steviosides are 200-300 times sweeter than sugar, and about 10-100 miligrams compared to hundreds of grams of sugar i would estimate, are enough to fil the occasional need for sweetness.
Unlike sugar, where one basically eats until he starts to feel nauseous or the body is satiated by the amount of calories, with Stevia the body knows exactly when enough is enough (in the miligram range). When this threshold is reached the body will give a repulsion signal to Stevioside and gravitate towards another salty a meal.
Stevia has shown blood sugar lowering, cancer preventitive and other health benefits.

There are two basic forms of Stevia

1) dried leaves from Paraguy for best quality, to be grinded into fine green powder. The taste is sweet with a slight black licorice after taste. I read somewhere that these contain about 28% steviosides.

2) concentrate of more than 95% purified steviosides - this contains in that concentration only the sweetening agents (steviosides) and tastes sweet with a fruity aftertaste. The sweetening power of pure Steviosides is much higher and so it is harder to dose. These are eventually also cheaper than the raw dried leafs.

On ebay I got 100g dried leafs for 4€ (about 6 dollars) and 50g pure steviosides for 6,90€. The 50g have been lasting almost a year now. The 100g of dried leafs will probably not for their stevioside content is quite low, but it contains all the minerals and other secondary substances.
