oh please please please don't get your ideas about Wicca from "Charmed," or for that matter ANY movie or television show.  THANKS!   I will get you a good FAQ on the topic, to clear up any misunderstandings.

I am so grateful for Ted Andrew's AnimalSpeak!  After dreams of big cats (both mine and other people's, in relation to self), I looked them up (esp. bobcat!) in Ted's book and shazam! it all made sense!  I related it all back to my dreams and the dreams were no longer a mystery.  I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves nature, animals, and animal guides.

Over the years, as women have learned how to control their fertility, got jobs and learned to support themselves, not to mention the creation of a thousand electric tools (everything from electric drills to, um . . . nevermind) to take men's place in their lives, women have "needed men" less, and less, and less.  Now it seems the university system is conspiring to force men back into our lives, to save our lives!!! [!]

I can see it now, elderly men in the nursing homes posting this article on the lunchroom bulletin boards, and taking appointments from women (who outnubmer them 20 to 1) to meet them later in the broom closet.  PLEASE!  It is more likely that women who are treated well by men, relaxed and experimental with sex, and who see sex as a natural thing, will of course enjoy better sexual health overall.

Ah, I suppose it is just a part of the Cosmic Dance, this tension between male and female, who, on an energetic and spiritual level at least, probably will always need each other. Sigh! I just think this tension is manifesting itself on the material plane in the WEIRDEST of ways.  There are better ways for men to get back into womens lives, their beds . . . and their . . . er . . . nevermind, just read the article.

Furix, ants are wonderful teachers.  They're such tiny, vulnerable things, so easily squashed.  But look at what they can do when they team with each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure?  With a screen name like yours?  What a great screen name for an evil mage!

Seriously.  If you are interested in Wicca, go to your local bookstore, ask for the metaphysical section, go there to the Wicca shelf, close your eyes, and reach.  Buy the first book you touch, it simply does not matter, in the very beginning.

If you like what you read, go to the nearest big city, and start lurking around coffee shops and co-ops.  Read their bulletin boards.  You will come across advertisements for the next "open full moon circle."  Show up.  If you like what you see, start hanging out!

There are many ways.  If you are truly a "nature wizard," as your screen name states, I would spend a weekend in the woods and see who appears to you.  It might be a bear, or even an ant or a spider.  Keep an open mind!  If you have an experience with an animal that you feel is significant, find out as much as you can about it, because it is probably a guide.

As to the angelic or zeta variety, you need to be in an Astral state to work that issue.  Otherwise, you're stuck with observing effects.  Which is also OK.  I leave a shot of scotch on my altar, just in case a spirit guide should decide to show me favor.

BTW, that "shake" might actually be projection vibrations.  Check out my essay, in the Vibrations section, and tell me if that's what you felt.

Zjrules, your job, if you should choose to accept it, is to RELAX.  "Doing" something will break the flow.  Relax yourself completely, allow the "drop and shake" to happen.  Imagine yourself floating out of your body.  Then, come back and tell us all about it!

Take a picture of a tree you like (I'm not kidding!) If you are a Westerner, this is the best symbol to meditate upon.

About meaning:  After centuries and centuries of application of meaning, a symbol takes on a "life" of its own.  So beware of any cavalier attitude such as "it means whatever I think it means."

If you like, you can create your own unique mandala and assign your own meaning to it.  Much safer than working with a symbol you don't understand!

Or, was making love more like worship?  Or was it just buddy-sex?  What does this say about your relationship to God/dess?

The sex act generates enormous creative power.  I do not agree with Nagual that this creative power is only for the babies.  This power will create thoughtforms that you may later use to transform your life in whatever way you see fit.  Or, abuse the Force and these thoughtforms can screw you up, big-time! It's up to you.

My first visit to the Void was MOST unpleasant, because I had no idea what happened, and I was full of fear.  

Then, I started living all these lives.  They seemed to last a whole lifetime.  Then I would wake up, still in the Void, freak out, and then live another life.  

This happened a couple of times, and then it occurred to me that I would be stuck in this Void for Eternity.  I mean, Eternity with a Big E. This brought me huge despair.

After my freak-out despair subsided, I was still in the D*MN VOID!  
So, I thought, ok, I'm stuck here for eternity, I might as well design a nice life for myself and live it out.  The problem was, I couldn't figure out what I wanted!  So I blipped from one scenario to another, never quite accomplishing anything.  

The Void then faded from my consciousness and I thought D*MN, the Void is like real life.  If I can't figure out what I want here, I'll never figure it out THERE.  

Or, is it the other way around?

Woo hoo! Congrats!  My first OBE after a 1 year dry spell was brief too, but so rewarding! so I know what you mean, i.e., "we still got it!"  Mazeltov!

Definitely check out Psychic Self Defense and stay far, far away from those negative situations you mentioned.  

Working up wards and shields takes time, effort, and practice.  If you are feeling too overwhelmed or depleted to take the time to do this, by all means call on the Masters.  Jesus usually comes right quick when called upon!  So do a variety of angelic beings.
