In the oubliet we forget what we remembered and can't remember what we have forgotten . .... that is where i am right now due to menopause . lol


in my circle of 10 peers only 3 of us are under 35 yo
that means some of us are forgetting a lot
of what we learned in this life already and it is very hard to recall what we learned before this one .

My 17 yo daughter runs rings around all of us in spirit projection and voice projection . My 16 yo daughter  beat all of us thru the last several stages in fact .

I  hear and interpret the messages of the spirit teachers that rock up .It is only because I hear better than either of them that  I still run the lass .lol.
But that is only because i can at this point in time .

I am amazed at how quickly children can learn these skills . All humans can ,if they choose .

It is not how "advanced " anyone is  that counts or matters . It is how we use our love and light that matters .

It is taking the time and dedication and energy to recall what all humans know inside their hearts but have forgotten that counts .

I think I may be clairaudient. For example: I seem to think things out of the blue that I usually wouldn't think of. Often this happens and someone will mention it a minute later. Or some song will pop into my head and the person I'm talking to will start to hum it.

Someone told me I may be clairaudient, but I was thinking about it and it may be that I am sending the messages.? Unfortunately, I can't really find a lot on this topic, so I would REALLY appreciate any method/book recommendations concerning clairaudience.

Also, if it is clairaudience, it may be linked to other parts of me: I'm a musician, I have no trouble whatsoever hearing astral sound, and tend to learn things better if they are spoken verses reading them.

It does sound like you are developing clairaudience . This comes after humans develop clairsentience and clairvoyance . All of these abilities continue to grow and develop but they appear in a predictable continuum . We can hear in our heads with the third "eye" but we can also learn to hear spirit with our physical ears after a time too.But  this is harder to develop . The fact that you hear tunes and you are a musician means you prolly have a muse with you that will help you with songs perhaps songwriting . Musicians often say they hear music in their heads and this is how it comes . Muses move on if they are not used . They are not the personal guide that stays with you all your life . They move on too if you use them a lot and a stronger force may come in to encourage your faster growth .

I suggest you try to learn to communicate with your guides now . Try to ask for and confirm an I am here sign and then ask for a confirmation -yes sign . Examples of such signs are : breath on cheek , elbow to wrist on one arm tinglng , back of legs on both sides tingling ., nose stroked , twinkling light in one eye .

I know that Black, White and RED are great regimes to cause transmutation not only in substances, but in consciousness too.twisted:

I like the description of moving through the Universe's natural boundary..  did you find it to be something like a membraneous bubble that you could easily pass through ?

Yes it was like a rectangular membrane through which we spun as hot needles of light which is strange as we were as the moon and magnetic at the time . I wonder if the cool magnetic force is needed to keep us from burning up lol . Anyhoo.

To get there 8 of the 10 in our group  went with a moon light merkabah of magnetic and cold energy . We passed thru 2 wormholes of light and kept getting images of the hanged man . When we passed thru I looked back as i felt we were no longer together and i  saw 2 from the group that did not make it that time . The funniest looked like a cartoon image of a man splat on a window face turned sideways and squished . Then we saw a triangle stargate which opened one leg to let us pass making sort of a squished C then we saw a portal with 5 doors which looked like the eye of the needle doors in the middle east .

Reminding me lol of the parable of the rich man and the camel . Have to let go of more physical to make it thru . Inside were seats of golden petals . We sat on these and they folded around us like tulips leaves round thumbelina and we were made as light and passed thru a prism up smaller still into space . We were tested in the flask which  we entered as green pearls we came out  and back to bodies .

We went back the next time with images of the falling tower coming in and entered the flames as crows and came out as the phoenix but with one golden bird foot and one of  silver coloured lead . We went back to reflect upon our sadnesses of this life and use this as tools to boil up and distill  the unconscious thoughts so that they became our tools . Two of us 10 have gone to the flag . These are both my daughters 16 and 17 yo  . I have not gone yet myself   . My boot just came off this morning lol .  
We look like golden dragon/phoenix creatures but the girls hold a flag and I do not . Tonight we go again and I will see the place of the flag . The eldest ones in our group are 68 and 72.They have the most difficulty doing this . We accumulate so much baggage in our life . I believe this is another reason to come to the kingdom of God as a child .

Thanks Tayesin for the reply . I wonder now how do we continue this journey now we have completed the Great Work . We landed on the white sphinx as the golden dragon so we must now travel to the black sphinx . Have you done this ? What is next ??

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it is possible for someone who is astrally projecting, to  wake up someone who is dreaming and thus en-able them to astrally project as-well.  Is it possible?

Yes it is.But there are some prerequisite skills needed.You must be able to project at will with recall to the desired location .You need to be clairvoyant enough to see the energy body of the dreaming mate . They may appear in auric colours or one colour alone . You may not be able to see their body only their head . My friend moved to Queensland and I tired to project with her . I was surprised to find her looking like a beach ball on a pillow . Her energy body seemed not only invisible but it had no depth it seemed flat . I am sure this is because the colours could not be seen through her doona . You need to be able to interact with them so you will want to have a developed enough energy body that you can send your energy or project your voice .

My daughter describes it  like this : " You need to trace their energy thru the look of their face and their name is best . You do not need to know the location of their home . You search for them not their home . You stand at the end of the bed and will your thumb and pointer fingers to send a pull to their toes . Sending voice is harder still . You see a tunnel from your mouth to their ear and send your message down that it will sound like underwater until you develop this ability .You can also enter their dreams and to do that I ask to speak to their higher self and ask permission to enter the dream . I tell them why and they pop you in . When you get in you try to send pictures '

When you first enter dreams of others you may not see in colour you may see instead as they do or you may be developing your clairvoyant dream sight still yourself  . Realise that there is a dream continuum too .
So some dream in black and white with no depth or sound or recall all they way up to interactive dreams with all senses and full recall .

And When we fly together it is sad that we still do not recall it always . My circle gets toes pulled by my daughter and we go to class at dreamtime. We look to see each other there and it is confirming when the others recall you being there or not .

The seeker becomes a phoenix all the chakras radiate the colours of the phoenix now the seeker has rainbow coloured auric wings that are clairvoyantly witnessed

....finds they cannot fly gloriously afterall as  the non dominant foot is still lead .We appear now to have a very pretty painfully obvious silver coloured lead boot which we must shed .This is our dumping ground- our kundalini enema if you will . We can use this spot in the energy body  to continue to rid ourselves of more and more negativity and ego . When we become more enlightened , build up our light body quotient enough we will shed this boot and slip away as the phoenix .  We see also that we can balance on this one strong foot now . We get dreams of all of us in circle holding hands hopping on one foot so this makes sense . We can still project our consciousness and fly but we can't fly past that window we remain on the edge on the other side but unable to go further yet .

We get visions of reaching into the hole below to pull others up .Preparing for a shift of human consciousness is the mission of all . We are all one universal mind . We are asked to send a message in a bottle . We put our messages into the alchemists flask and send it out .

Each time we pull someone up  we to climb up easier ourselves and we are in turn  helped by those ahead of us .We must keep working of course . The journey continues . This is all I know at this time .

Daemon , I believe that you do have a greater understanding of the hermetic nature of the merkabah than I do .And  I am sure that you have a better understanding of  the will and intent than I do . I also respect your esoteric background and experience . I believe you would neither   misrepresent nor misconstrue your truths . And I cannot argue which is better as I do not have the background or the facts to debate this point YET . lol .

In our group we have all gone to the edge of this universe and had a small glimpse of the space beyond it . We went through the window on the edge which is like a triangular stargate after going through 2 wormholes . We had to become like needle hot points of light and when we passed through it we looked like crowned swans . Interestingly not everyone in the group was able to make it thru the first few times . The difference was definitely in the development of the energy body .

Those that did not pass thru  did not have 2 dragons yet . After we passed thru, we all developed lions but i am so perplexed about the colours green and golden (none red so far) . And there is so little information i can access to assist me in the interpretation of the phenomena that i have seen .

I can only tell you that we don't work by will in my group .We work by light and trust .The natural development of the human energy body just unfolds and we witness and chronicle it .

So we were given faces that looked like cartoon suns on Friday night . We did not ask for them or intend to get them ,they just appeared . I am not bothered . I remain excited in anticipation . I do not know why the stage of the moon is so short and transitive .But  the moon eclipses the sun and moves away shortly afterwards

I do know that you were right it is a necessary step to manifest a magnetic merkabah.So well done !! .

I assume that the merkabah  will not stay fully electric and golden . I feel it will develop further to something that is controlled by the human seeker to become magnetic or electric or hermaphroditic as needed . I would not be surprised however if it becomes something else altogether which is  neither of these .

Recall that as the kundalini ascends it is all electric and when it descends it is all magnetic . We carefully observed and chronicled the kundalini rising and falling within its path to enlighten each nested subtle body until the energy body was "perfected " . This took 14 turns or 7 cycles . After that point we continued to develop spiritually but the energy body was not clairvoyantly appearing to change  . Instead the body received more pillars and the merkabah developed in complexity . We assumed that the energy body itself was done .

I was amazed to find two people , you and maggie, who  showed me differently  . You willed the change and Maggie's occurred naturally .

Is it incompatible to develop an all electric merkabab  ?  I can't say . Will it impede our progress ? I don't think so .

But I cannot believe that the natural unfolding would harm us in any way . So I just look forward to the next stage and try my best to know what will happen and what has already occurred . It won't be long so I will let you know .

Prince Rupert Awakes -"Hermes is the God who puts people to sleep and wakes them at dawn. The name of the Prince was never given until recent times ( i think ) when contemporary fairy tales and rock songs made him have that name . The prince is a figure representing the fool from the tarot too . So Prince is the (physical self ) prodigal son coming back to reunite with the King (God and Higher Spiritual  Self )

The dragon represents so very much the kundalini the base nature of man extinguished and the golden nature of man re-established . The dragon did speak to us and embodied some conciousness . The figures of eh prince and king were symbolic and did not seem to move they were flat images presented to us in meditation to understand more of the mystery.

1) What is the end result? Enlightenment? Or do we keep following this path always gaining knowledge?

The result is more enlightenment and more journey ahead .We keep following that path or blend onto another . We build up the light quotient of the body and develop spiritual abilities and understandings. So as the human seeker progresses on their own path they develop greater and greater clairsentience , clairvoyance , clairaudience ,clairdiction , projection , healing and understanding .Greater ability to protect and to project too of course . This path has merged with many along the way including the Christian mysticism ,  kaballahist , hermetic and alchemists.
there is a lot of esoteric knowledge gained along the way .

2) Are you saying that OBE is the only thing needed to be able to travel along this path? None of this stuff that they sell on the internet (not that I buy any of it anyway).

Nothing is needed that you are not born with .It is free.We need OB and IB  without and going deeper within . Clairvoyance is also a prerequisite and clairaudience is highly desirable from the offset . We do develop more and more as we go .

3) I know it will take everybody a different amount of time to pass (lack of a better word) these stages, but can you give a rough estimate? Ex. - It shouldn't take longer than X amount of years to reach part 3.

This is a time of greater human potential as we approach the next shift . I am confirmed  by other seekers  teachers  mystics and and metaphysicists that the process is becoming exponentially faster and faster .

If you will work  once a week  you could conceivably do this in less than a year to get to the 3rd level .One thing i am certain of is that each succeeding group hastens the development of ones that come afterwards just as we are also pulled ahead by the ones that have trodden the path before us .So as fast as you fly those you teach will fly faster still .

On the path we followed we found we were presented with

7 initiations per stage
4 stages per level
2 levels per echelon  

The completion of the 3rd or dragon level was only 84 initiations and the first 4 are physical .What holds humanity  back is our limiting dedication curiosity persistence and love . How much the seeker can integrate the spiritual knowledge and light within their subtle bodies is the real question. If we fly through the steps and learn naught about love and light and only about power and gain then we surely will fall away and fail .

We clairvoyantly witnessed the energy body changing into auric wings with 3 rings of moon light .  There were lions beneath our palms . We do not know why some of the lions are green and some are gold . We wait to see the next transformation . These Alchemist links were hugely confirming of what we saw :

But this does not answer us .We clairvoyantly saw the red and green dragons emerge from the energy body to become golden or green lions but which came first ? What does this mean? What do the green lions represent ?

We know that the kundalini snakes emerge as teal and violet heads above the crown chakra and that these soon become dragon heads . There are snake tails of teal and crimson below the red chakra . The dragon heads come down and lie across the chest as green and red dragons with legs . Then they come down to the waist and one seems to eat the other in the ourobouros circle but soon there are two lions holding hands there . The next morning we saw golden lions under the hands of some in the group and green lions under others . We suspect the golden ones turn green . But we need more time to see if this is right .

Has anyone here in the forum experienced the transformation to the Magnetic  Energy Body and Merkabah ? Can anyone tell us what happens next or how long it will take before it all becomes electric ?

There's no universal path, everyone has their own.

We are all born with a silver thread and the ability to AP with the help of angels and guides into the astral. We project but we may not know . We pray and dream and become curious .We are taken by the hands of angels and guides and we are gently awakened if we choose.Many humans spend their life at this stage unaware .

The thread becomes thicker and is called the silver cord as  we begin to AP consciously in a meditative state going where we will . The angels and guides are beside us but no longer holding our hands .We become aware of our developing senses and use them on our journeys to understand what we are shown . The kundalini begins to rise .
III SNAKE  
The cord develops into an antakarana and we connect with the monad and meet the higher self .We learn about the Merkabah that we are born with . We begin to study the Kabbalah as it relates to us .We learn it develops and the pillars we receive on the path help the merkabah to develop in kind . We are clairsentient , clairvoyant and clairaudient to some degree . We continue to develop to see and hear more clearly .  We begin to ask and learn about Ascension and the Tree of Life .In meditation we learn to manifest a group merkabah and project and travel together so that we confirm each other and see more clearly ...hear more clearly .
IV.DOVE  
We become aware of the energy body we begin to consciously develop it through meditation and exercise and OBE. We clairvoyantly observe  it's development . Curious we learn about Hermetic development ,the alchemist's engravings  and the Tarot card clues from  medieval times  . We go to the monadic plane and learn from the mahatma and the archangels . We continue to develop our senses and our energy body and our merkabah . Our basic energy body is perfected . We find we can touch , pull and sense with it during OBE .
We have the limbs of the magician now . We go to Shamballah.

V. MAGICIAN
We learn to enter the  vortex that has been opened by angels and guides .We are coaxed by angels to open the simple one ourselves . We use the energy body to do this . First we have a 3 sided vortex using the female caput and two hands . But then we develop the star or the da Vinci pose into the 5 sided pyramid vortex using the male storage centre and the caput together . With our consciousness we project to higher realms and learn about aliens and devas and the continuing transformative process of humanity .We seek the 12th pillar and the 12 sided pyramids in our merkabah .

VI DRAGON  
We go where we will by will and visualization to any place we can find the energy trace. We continue to build up the merkabah and the energy body so that we can experience harder to reach realms .  We see the mother of worlds and meet her children in spirit on  the great threshold .We see it is connected afterall to Shamballah . We go to remote viewing screens and we want to pass thru them .We go to the remote viewing screen at the edge of the universe . The Dragon emerges .The red and green lion-dragons form a ring around our energy body . We open the door to the unconscious mind and become part of the team. We develop auric wings .
VII MOON  
We learn that the star map is just a trajectory and that the planets sustaining the aliens do not come from Sirius , Pleiades or Ursa but do exist along that path much further away . The ones we see are in spirit at their local ashram connected to Shamballah thru the great portal at the edge of the universe . We can slip thru this window when we become magnetic as the moon .Our energy body passes into an indigo fog . Our chakras look like the moon is eclipsing each one slowly from the top of the crown down.  We must become all magnetic our energy body and our merkabah . We must not have the hermetic hermaphroditic body but control it by will and intent to have just one side to make the slip thru the window at the edge of the universe. We do and we find that we must let the sun come out now . We have opened the door to our unconciousness . We become part of the team to open the next door to the shift of consciousness in mankind .

VIII SUN  
We have not experienced this as a group but we expect from esoteric research that the moon who eclipsed the sun will pass thru and we will emerge as GOLD with an elecric merkabah . What happens next ?

I saw another white light last night, and some red spots and very obvious pulsating light. I was so scared I waited until 6 am to fall asleep for the sun O_O. I should probably calm down.

BUT
if you can't see thru them and they are dark slow moving masses they are often negs - I suggest you research these .

3.Have faith not fear examine learn and protect . There are light shows  keep one up at night to deprive us of sleep and gain energy from us . Those are malicious in nature . But you confuse me with your description .
Tell me more  this sounds more like spirit that are trying to teach you by being white and pulsing however not being there i am not sure on this one .

There are "invisible friends" that amuse but deprive from sleep . Did you have night terrors as a child ... sleep paralysis ?? It should not deprive you of sleep don't allow that . Simple measure would be to turn on lights and a soft buzzing radio turned down low and windchimes and window slightly open .Sorry need more info to clarify

One question I got is why is it that you should meditate at the same time.  I saw redcatherine saying this.  I don't think that there is an importance on the time of practice as long as you do it daily.  

Routine structure is hugely helpful when trying to speed up and enhance development . Projecting during meditation or trance from the same chair in the same room at the same time provides this routine .

A good energy that feels relaxing and protective builds up in that chair that can be felt by clairsentient sensitives . I would even suggest making this your chair and avoiding its use by others so that the energy of others does not interfere with your own.

When you sit in that chair you begin subconciously to get ready for spiritual working time and your guides come in expecting that from you because you have made this an established practice .

I have my great grandmothers rocker for projection , development and meditation . We have 3 computers but I choose to go to the same one to read online . I have a comfortable computer and hassock set up for reading sitters or doing esoteric work online . If my feet go up on the hassock my guys know it is working time and different than the signal that comes from sitting down quickly to read family email . I can feel my guides come in close as I sit down in either of these chairs now. Try it you might like it .

Your higher self goes into an auto mode and you project more easily with better recall due to this regimen . This habit is helpful but that does not mean we should restrict our meditations to only one time . Certainly full moon ,sunrise ,and sunset are examples of powerful times that are variable by nature . So too we will want to take advantage of opportunities to work with others and these should be separate from your independent development  time .Indeed taking any opportunity to meditate is pleasurable and rewarding.But setting some time aside to WORK and develop has its advantages .

I Just Wanna know what to try when I do it..

you will be more successful if you have a routine time and place to start from

then try some of these maneuvers:

1.Go to a mate's house choose one that is tuned in and clairvoyant :
tell them in advance
see if they can see you
so something easy to distinguish ie sitting at end of bed or standing near centre rem right and left can be confused so look to make it confirmable

2.Go to a rellie's new home and see what it looks like
Fly slowly thru each room trying to find out the floor plan and looking for brighly coloured large items that stand out to prove you were there .

3.Go to a well known computer desk that is online ,one of spouse or a good mate ,see it with your physical body pick an object while you are there that is unusual colourful and easy to distinguish . Ask them to shift that object on the desk and then you project thru while it is online to find out where it is now  . Not right or left that is too hard to mix up try to define by the window side of the desk or something distinguishable like that .

4Go to a spiritual realm that someone else builds up  for you with visualisation seek it and explore it .Once you get there try to return .  
When you are sure that you can invite a mate to project there with you and look to see each other .

5.Try to go to the golden Chamber of Melchiezedek with a group of projectors sitting in a circle with you .Try to see each other there and describe the golden chamber .

6. Try to see your kids when they are out of the house . State the intention by the name of the rellie .Go with love and concern . Works well when a loved one is in a hospital you can see them talk to their higher self offer comfort healing and peace . Good one to learn -helps when rellies are overseas and you can't afford the plane fare .  

7. find a mate that can project ; hook up with them at their house or yours and fly together to a place predetermined from the dreamstate.This is harder to control. I would suggest trying sitting up awake projections before you tackle lying down ones and then try lying down  awake ones before you try dream time ones . Dreamtime is also difficult to recall and prove .So this is a challenging task.

The ancient Celtic paths were twofold, like most others of the time, meaning men worked the solar energy while the women worked the Moon energy/cycles.  Each sex was kept apart unless great energy was required to be built up for specific magics, and the other exceptions were during the 8 Grove Festivals.

It is good to see others who seek to awaken sleepers to their own nature.  Which we know is of utmost importance now.  Yet i do not understand the need for excessive complications (my opinion only), as in my experience and practice, the simpler we keep it, the easier it is to awaken to our own higher awarenesses/Self.

I see a snapshot of you standing on at the bottom of a hill and
the group sitting down on the ground in a group more like a filled in circle than a ring and then up on the hill i see someone waving too you and you walk up there effortlessly like floating upright a group sitting there welcomes you behind them at  top of the hill is a fence that is black and metallic to the left of the first group below there is water and trees along the water's edge but not in this snapshot and to the right is the entrance to a college through the gate of the fence you are gathering with peers to decide upon a course to tell of your goals and strengths and make a plan .
Most of the people i see there are male and dressed contemporary but very smart casual like long sleeve shirts button down with collar and slacks or jeans . I cannot see this as a present image only a clairvoyant glimpse of the past which may not be as accurate as i would like lol

last night i visited this interesting astral region, where i went twice before. The last time, I met a group of people i seemed to know very well but for the life of me i can't remember who they are afterwards!The feeling of homecoming and love from these characters is quite astonishing, resulting in me caliing one of them 'dad' last time for some reason!

It seems to me that you went to a class area to meet your peers and that another group which was in session already redirected you to the appropriate meeting place seemingly a bit annoyed at being disrupted from their own "lessons".

I cannot say without more detail , but it certainly sounds like the Lycee on the Astral Plane .That is a park setting of green hills . It is  a metaphysical college outdoors where students learn in a seminar forum approach like the first universities in Greece upon hilltops in the fresh air .

Here a spirit is the facilitator and the students are peers on the same level projecting either alive from their dreamstate or from the spirit world.  Dad could have been there . Did it look like him ?

I could project before I read Astral Dynamics but I still found that the energy body stimulations and exercises in this AP Bible  were superb . They helped me to become aware of my body during projections and not to concentrate only on my sight . His methods  do work. They are also a great reference . I find myself coming back to this book again and again . These methods  do perfect the energy body which I have witnessed clairvoyantly .

The Hermetic path speaks to the colouring in of the limbs which is witnessed in the perfected energy body . White Eagle and Kuthumi asked my group to view Robert Bruce's "perfected energy body ", when we were practicing the viewing of  the chakras and the energy body clairvoyantly .  

It was a bit of a chore to do this but luckily he obliged me . At that time we had seen many sitters with the kundalini blue and yellow colours around their head or around both the head and chest. Healers notably had both hands and the dominant arm coloured in . We did not witness anyone with coloured legs.

But  when viewing Robert Bruce in 2004 one  could  see that he had a blue and yellow head and chest , an orange arm ,a blue arm, a salmon leg and a cyan leg . This is the basis of the perfected human energy body .  When this is achieved the seeker can project, feel and sense within spiritual realms during OBEs .

So when we saw Robert had all four limbs coloured in strongly and balanced it was all the proof one could ask for . Since then some of us in my circle have also come to this stage . But it has taken intense work 3 times a week for a year . We still do not find many peers . Most seekers develop only their head and their hands . I have to think Robert's work is special in his field and a hallmark in esoteric research . Seeing is believing .

I've read once that it's very important to balance your energetic body before going 'out there', and some people talk about chakras...   What to believe? Is it important to activate chakras? If so, How to do it? Who to believe about colors, mantras, etc?

CHAKRAS
The layers of light that imbibe the chakras after conscious development begins can be witnessed clairvoyantly .The basic opening of the 7 spinal chakras occurs naturally without having to put in any effort but without much benefit to our projection ability  .We don't have to make  chakras open up to begin OBE . Prayers ,Dreams , Service,Meditations and Projections etc. continue to open chakras up .  Healing and reading for example speeds up their opening . The opening is rather a symptom of our development and if we could jumpstart them to open prematurely to the development we would not necessarily achieve any result but their colouring in.

The colours tend to be subject to great debate but there is still a prevailing viewpoint that the colours are in ra ainbow energy order of the EMR spectrum from
basal red
abdominal  orange
solar plexus yellow
heart  green w
throat blue
third eye indigo
crown violet
Many  teachers will tell the students to visualise their own system and then stay with that so that if they see silver or gold on the crown visualise that instead of violet . We can all develop our clairvoyance to the point where we can witness the colours of the chakras and when you do you will best be able to say for yourself . I do see them on sitters during readings and I find the throat and the crown are often the most variable . For example the throat is blue on all sitters i have viewed but may appear turquoise blue , pale blue , dark blue , or royal blue . The layers fo light that build up the light quotient in the subtle energy bodies manifest as variants in this basic colour scheme so that when the golden layer fills in we can view golden coming thru the centre of each chakra and subsequent to that we will see platinum blue come thru each chakra when the third layer of light enters them.

MANTRAs
Much more powerful than the vocal chant of syllables or aum is the musical intonation or instrumental mantra which can open the vortex to specific realms and to invoke the presence of particular ascended masters in spirit . Mantras are very useful for these purposes after projection is mastered . They can be of some limited use in aiding initial projection attempts .

ENERGY BODY
The perfected energy body is easy to see but it is not as easy to view the partially developed one clairvoyantly .The colour of the chakra last opened can give us a clue as to teh development of the energy body . These areas of warm electric colours and cold magnetic colours on the perfected energy body are also symptomatic of devlopment . It is not necessary to have the colours to begin OBE . But once the colours are witnessed it is  likely that the person has had a great deal of OBE and can feel with sense and use their spiritual bodies effectively .

The best way to develop the energy body is to practice AP regularly, to meditate and to exercise and stimulate the energy body . Read Astral Dynamics towards this end . There are many  methods to develop energy body awareness in this book by Robert Bruce the owner of this site .
