i dont think we need to do any more "evolving". its about changing beliefs, not fact. once you change the beliefs the facts start to manifest.

maybe you can but i could probably only do about 5% of my life.

Ive had an interesting thought.

Time is relative, correct?

If we can realize this and apply it to OBE practices, isnt it possible to have OBEs that last hundreds of years? relatively speaking, of course. you would wake up maybe an hour later in physical time or something.

Is this possible? Any mods or experianced OBErs have comments?

No no other people "live" there.  As for astral worlds i really have no idea what you mean.  when most people say they visit the "astral realms" or whateve, they usually mean F2oC.

so you are lucid but you let the dream continue? hm...sounds like your level of awareness isnt high enough. maybe try repeating "i am lucid" while trying to focus on stuff. find some ways to get your awareness up

retaining memory from body to body? I cant even remember stuff from 6 years ago, let alone a lifetime ago!

I believe losing these memories is a natural thing. much like memories of early childhood. its the same process.

Focus 2 of Consciousness, or F2oC is your individual area of consciousness. It is where your memories are stored, as well as where (i believe) all your cognitive processes happen.(Thinking, doing, contemplating, etc.)  Its also what people mean by "imagination".When you phase, if you choose to do a mental rundown, this will happen in f2oc and at some point you will make the "switch" from observer to actually BEING THERE.

From that point you can phase on to F3/F4 or go into the RTZ.

Is this similar to the "spine tingle" that people get when listening to music or watching movies? I can summon energy at will from my crown chakra, and its the same feeling i get when listening to a great song.

Is it worth it to learn NEW and develop energy handling? What are the benefits?

also, on the topic of lessons: i disagree. Learning is an aspect of life, yes, but when it comes to death what lessons that you learned in life actually matter? Does it matter in the afterlife that you can build a house, or teach a classroom of students? Hell, does it even matter that we learned compassion, or happiness?

I believe we are here simply to be here. to have fun, experiance limitations, play a game if you will. we abide by a broad set of rules, like gravity and mortality, but for the most part you get to do what you want, and no one else is going to judge you except yourself.

I dont know if i believe in "negs" or whatever you call them. I think there are people stuck in death who dont know they are dead, and they act out there sick beliefs in there own systems, but i dont get the whole idea of seperate entities with an evil agenda. actually, heh, i dont even believe in Good and Bad. for me these are concepts that we draw upon for use in the physical universe.

sigh, theres probably an explanation behind it. its the fear of the unkown that is hurting you the most and none of these people here can tell you what that is. My advice, learn to deal with it because it seems to be causing you alot of anxiety.

Sometimes when I turn off the lights in a room when its dark out i will see tracers or colors or SOMETHING flying around for like a SECOND. does anyone else experiance this?

The rundown will get you into F2oC, i think. The act of noticing gets you into Fz, the 3d blackness, and from there its ALOT easier to phase into the other areas of consciousness.

Its probably a seperate focus or aspect of that person. Wether or not your exchange of subjective energies will manifest in that person current physical life is a different story.(probably not)

I think what we are seeing right now is a clash of old vs. new. As soon as we get a lib in the office i think we will see mj decriminilized. IMO, i dont see how it can stay illigal for another 20 years. We are already seeign medical mj in ALOT of states, and that number is only going yo increase.

I love how they go through all the natural disasters and then at the end the one scientist who actually knows what hes talking about goes "Well, theres actually no increase in the number of earthquakes" or whatever.
