I hadnt realized there were replies on this thread. Well i am still testing out the tens machine and using it when the neg starts trying to feed. I am generally placing the pads on my shoulders or neck and spine (i feel energy movement here so im thinking this is where its trying to attach). And yes it does seem to be working i.e. the negative feeling that comes with a feeding neg definitely diminishes. The lump on the back of my neck has gone down a *tiny* bit so ill still have to work on that.

Inguma: The needle on the meter was steady or jerky. it could do both. it could do either one long beep (the meter has sound) or beep beep beep beep beep making the needle flick up and down. Can you give me more info or a link on what a Rife machine is and does?

I dont have the white noise barrier set up yet ive just moved home but hope to give it a try when i get the materials.

The thing i dont like about these things is how bloody expensive they are! I cant afford one but with my sensitiveness would be able to tell fairly quickly if their claims may be true and/or if it has effects on negs. Another thing is they dont go into too much detail on how it works, which to me, is not a very honest way of promoting them. Just very vague statements about Quantum and etc.

So i was thinking: Do they have them registered at the patent office? If so aren't the general public allowed to access the info they have patented (but of course not allowed to make them commercially). Anyone know more on how to find this info out?

If these things really do work as well as they claim this technology should be made more widely available at affordable prices. To me, it stinks of capitalist commercialism taking advantage of peoples naivity.

I want one so i can test the claims, and yet i dont want one because i am disgusted at the prices. I wonder how much it costs to make one- $5 maybe?

As far as "living vampires" go... i have a theory about this. Those that are psi vamps may have a resident neg feeding off them which in turn forces them to look for energy from others. I also think their resident negs are feeding bovine excrement into their minds about them being "different" from others with special powers and teaching them how to feed off other peoples' energy. I have delved into the "vampire" community a little and done some studying. The negs want as much energy as possible so if they show their victims how to get more energy then the negs get more energy too.

So your attacker may also be a victim from what ive read from you so far. "Forgive them for they know not what they do."

Forgiving your attacker in this case, if s/he is human, might be the best course to take.

ok this is the last p.s. for now lol (i think). I can't afford a Tallit at the moment so am using an ordinary blue bath towel! It may sound silly but you will be surprised how soothing it can be. Like a mini tent. Obviously i do this in private where nooone can ridicule me thus giving any neg a chance to be spiteful. I am real serious about this its certainly helped me. You could even draw sacred symbols of your own onto the towel etc adding more protective power to it.

I emailed him about this not long ago and he was quite helpful and suggested doing a banishing ritual during the bad parts. He says that if you watch these thought-attacks closely sometimes it happens at regular times. So the best thing to do is do something a couple hours beforehand that takes your mind off this situation like reading humourous books or gardening, playing and instrument etc. Then you might want to learn a good Banishing ritual such as the 'Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram'. I have had this and wouldnt worry about it for now. What you need to remember is that the neg will know your mind fairly well by now and will try to convince you of lots of things. Anything that makes you worry of feel depressed or anxious it will try to encourage. Stay alert for these things and do something that takes your mind, and attention, away from it.

Robert once said something to me that has helped a lot. It was something like "The amount of attacks you are under may be an indicator of your future force for good". That isnt an exact quote but it means maybe youre under attack because they feel threatened by you. Maybe they are scared you will learn how to destroy them and also help others to do the same.

Prayer works also. They really hate it and cant stand to be around when someone is earnestly praying to God with love.

For the thoughts and etc you might like to try using a walkman with soft playing music. I am curently using headphones with nothing but 'white noise' which seems to be helping me somewhat.

Just wanted to comment here that i do not think the recording part replaces normal prayer. Prayer can be quite a powerful raising of ones consciousness when done in various ways (i like the Jewish way of rocking back and forth while praying. I also do this while playing my guitar at the same time as singing a prayer.). I am using the recordings for while i'm asleep mainly, and while surfing the net.

I had to scrap some of the psalms i had recorded after meditating on some of the words. Some of it can be a bit judgemental here and there which just doesn't... well, not for this purpose methinks.

These things do thier very best (indeed theyre fighting for thier food source after all) to make you believe the self-defense techniques you are using don't work. If your attack intensify or change in any way while using any particular technique then this may be a good sign it is working.

It is all very much a mind-game, so strengthen your mind and things will get a lot better.

Others have given good advice, i'll try and add what i can.

Garlic is very good for warding these negs away. There is an article on this site by Rob Bruce you should read on garlic use. The only problem with this is if you are in company it gets a bit smelly

From what you have written about tingling on your head i would do something that i have done for the same thing (yep, i get interferance on my head too). Get or make yourself a headscarf with the edges turned up slightly on the outside. Cut up a few cloves of fresh garlic into slices and place them all around the edge of this scarf. This should be like you have a circle of garlic slices around your head (hope my explanation makes sense).
If it is an unpatterned scarf you might try drawing a sacred symbol on it with a marker pen. A circle with an equal armed cross is ideal.
Do this so the circle covers the top of your head once on.

Wear the scarf during sleep. You can wear it in the day if it gets bad depending on your social situation of course (Its not a good idea to go to the local supermarket wearing it )

Showers! If you feel as though you are being affected and want some relief then jump in the shower. This works for me every time. You might also add some Rosemary oil to your shower gel.

Now you mentioned sexual interferance in your first post so heres something i have done to counter this. You want a long strip of cloth
that you can tie around your waist at nights. Make it wide enough so you can fold it over a few times. Place slices of garlice within the folds all the way around. Masterbation should be avoided until the problem eases (the energy released from orgasm can attract feeder types sometimes and/or feed an already present one.)

Really loud bassy type music definitely blast them away quite well and breaks up any negative residual energy that may be attracting them. I also use a drum and/or shamanic rattle which definitely helps. The rattle of mine is filled with tiny quartz pieces. I'm still unsure as yet whether that adds to it.

For night-time try christmas carols or Buddhist/Gregorian chant music. Great in the day too and uplifting.

What past-times do you have? Doing something creative may help. Painting, singing, playing instrument etc. This helps to tear your mind away from the negs and starve them of energy. Reading or watching funny books/shows is also good. Laughing is very therapeutic. Find something that makes you laugh.

Try not to think about it as something Karmic, it probably isn't. Negs tend to make thier victims think this to make them feel they deserve to be punished and/or cause Religious fear/guilt. This then tends to make the victims subconsciously not attempt to defend themselves as much as they could. I told you, it is *very* much a mind-game.

Don't give up! The fact you are experiencing all this may be leading you on to higher things. Your potential for Good may be measured by the severity of your problems. There *is* hope and you *can* beat this thing. It will take a lot of effort on your part but you *can* do it.

I just wanted to make some quick comments here. The "Dweller" is *not* a darker part of the Higher Self. At that level there is no such illusion.

Also, the Key of Solomon or Goetia is *not* a manual for a soul in danger. In fact, the Goetia, if it is to be used at all, is only to be used *after* you have had what the Mystic Schools call "Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel" (KCHGA). To do so without being at that level could be counter-productive to ones evolution. The reason they advise achieving KCHGA first is because, when you do, you will realise: "Now why on earth would i want to do that?"

Seek help from your Higher Self, not lower "demons".

If they were already there, this might help explain the hoplessness you say you have had all your life. And it might also be leading you to some kind of remedy. I don't believe in the saying "what you dont know cant hurt you". Knowledge is power. Maybe you are lucky that you are able to percieve what is hurting you for so long. If you can see it you can try to remove it. I suggest you read up on Roberts Core Image removal using "awareness hands" and use your awareness hands to remove these implants.

Here is something else i have just been reading (more in my post "The Flyers"). It may sound somewhat alarmist talking about predators, but Castaneda taught something called "Tensegrity" that was supposedly designed to help in these kind of situations. Heres a snippet;

"The sixth center, located on top of the head, don Juan described as something more than an anomaly, and refrained absolutely from having anything to do with it. He portrayed it as possessing not a circular vortex of energy, like the others, but a pendulumlike, back-and-forth movement somehow reminiscent of the beating of a heart.
