I've seen SO much of that crap,I'm starting to believe that they're all remarkably stupid...

they're spouting all that crap while their priests are screwing little boys[!]

I play guitar too[8D].been playing 16 years.I play a G&L asat special,and prefer fender tube amplifiers.I write instrumental music,and play the drums a bit as well.[]

I also paint landscapes in acrylics and am looking to eventually go professional w/this.

I like to read as well.right now I'm reading 'the shadow rising'.it's the 4th book in the 'wheel of time' series,and it's great[8D].

inguma-unfortunately,my anxiety didn't calm as I got out of my teen years (I'm 27,nearly 28).It just got a teeny bit better.

about Victor Sanchez-He writes from a toltec perspective? I've read all of Castanedas writing (fiction or not...),but I find it hard to apply-there's a lot of information in those books.I pretty much have to own copys of them, then read them over and over!

I understand the concept of stalking oneself,but I don't seem to have enough personal power to be able to do that effectively.It seems like it must take an incredible amount of willpower.

that's exactly where I always get stuck-between taking what I know inward, and expressing it into action in the world (between feeling and action).I guess I need someone w/an electric cattle-prod behind me[]

I guess stalking is similar to de-sensitisation,but I just don't have the energy to directly put myself square into uncomfortable situations,which could possible force the 'assemblage point' to move to a healthier spot.

how does one achieve this degree of personal power[?]

as other members here have said, the only 'proof' you will find is direct experience,due to the differing nature of astral reality vs/physical reality.

once you open yourself to direct experience,there will be no question.


...and there are LOADS  of techniques to try...

what I've learned from allannon:

-christianity seems to have been heavily distorted over the past 2000 years.

-being alive during the spanish inquisition must have been really horrible.

-religious fundamentalists are loaded with fear of self,and will lash out at anything that threatens their circular reasoning.

-spirituality and religion have absolutely nothing in common

-the shame of christianitys attempted eradication of foriegn cultures,via 'missionarys' all over the world, since the middle ages,is a blight to be forever paid...

I really, really hope that this place doesn't turn into a gathering of extremely petty fundamentalists discussing 'the only way to god or rot in hell for all eternity' kind of simplistic garbage.

this is the only place I know of that has some extremely fascinating discussions and experiences happening -pushing the boundaries of human experience and understanding, not running in an endless hampster wheel of self-ignorance.

strangely enough,I don't actually consider myself to be funny, but I can SEE humor everywhere (figuratively-not just looking at a joke and laughing).observe in human society-People are unintentionally hilarious[].chalk it up to partial stupidity/ignorance.people w/haughty, self important attitudes are usually the funniest[]

ALLANON- please realize that a spiritual path is not something you can force upon anyone.it is a long,intensely personal journey.religion is something that only the individual can discover for themselves.everyone is searching for harmony in life,whether their actions reflect it,or not.

please also understand that religion isn't the only path to freedom.

PEOPLE don't call us to a spiritual path.SPIRIT does,and it has many,many,many incarnations[]

first off, based on allanons origional post,you don't just 'let go of your mind'.you grasp it, and it's GOD-GIVEN potential.

the ones who are 'just letting go' of their minds are people who just blindy stumble through life w/no sense of who they really are,who 'let go' via smoking/alcohol/drugs,or just an aimless life.

remember that we were born into a state of grace.we were/are not/never were, separated from divinity.it hides within us, waiting for us to search for it.

modern christianity hides behind a book whose meaning has been so distorted by those seeking POWER OVER OTHERS,that they automatically activate the inner judge,who,of course,finds everyone guilty except 'them'.

I would also like to add that I'm not sure how I would capture the colors I've seen...some of them have no comparison in any kind of paint[]

I can't say enough about how fantastic these images are[:O][:O][:O][8D][]

they definately have the look and feel of astral reality.the one on the first page, the city w/the exagerrated colors on the bottom picture of Peacefulwarriors post on page 1-reminded me of an astral reality I visited once-it felt and looked kinda like that,only the colors were even more intense by about 10 times,and it was all countryside from where I was.

also,the one of the girl walking towards the portal made by 2 toppled trees,w/the subdued atmosphere,has the feel of another place I visited during the same 'trip'.everything was blue-purple, only it was also shining and translucent.and in the reality I visited,the plant life was really strange...

I would actually like to produce some artwork based on my experiences.I just need to 'brush up' on my technique.[]

when I was around 12 or so, me and my step brother were riding our bikes around town after dark.we went near a big field that used to be farmland,but was now a schoolyard.there were trees and a small forest behind the school.as we rode past we saw in the big field maybe 100 ft (?) away, a figure of a man who was made of pure light!.he was raking leaves (it was summer!) I think,but it was hard to tell because his image kept shifting slightly.part of me wanted to go over to him, but the rest of me was terrified! we just said "what the hell is THAT![:O]" we looked at it for a few minutes,then rode away.

I wonder what would've happened if I rode over to him/it?

a real time zone projection is a projection to the part of the astral that is closer/closest in vibration to the physical universe.it is like an energetic reflection of physical reality, w/stars,planets, tables,people,animals,etc,etc,etc,...

when some people speak about OBE, they mistake it for someone who exits their body,and travels the actual physical universe,which is false (I think!)...

the key to it all making sense is to remember that we exist on many levels at once.just don't go around blabbing it to everyone you see, 'cause they will think you're nuts![!]

the RTZ (and the physical)is a part of layers ofreality,each higher in vibration/frequency than the next.the result is that the physical levels are lower in vibration (and hence more solid) ,and the very high levels of reality are very abstract (for want of better term,for I've never been to very high levels ).
