That's REM, short for Rapid Eye Movement - it usually starts when one falls into the dreaming stage of sleep. It starts for me when I'm in trance, too, and by it I usually tell that my body is finally asleep.

To those who might remember that I had a fear of darkness. Well, it's gone! Something happened to my way of thinking, and I realized that nobody can harm me; therefore, there is nothing to be afraid of!
Maybe it is because of the conjuration that came to me from the blue skies? I was thinking of what would make me feel safe, and these words came to me by themselves - maybe they can be useful also to others!

My angels and my guides
I call for you to be with me in my journey
Protect me and teach me
And lead me close to the realms you exist in

Pretty simple, isn't it? And I repeat it for several times. Of course, it might be just my belief that these words help me, but, since I took this up, there is no fear. And, I've started feeling that I am really not alone - every time I am to project, I feel someone very friendly and loving waiting for me to come out and as if encouraging me.


Now, to the question. How should I react about the vibrational state? Some say it should be ignored and let to pass, others say that the vibrations can be used as a stepping stone to "jump out". What are your opinions and experience?

Concerning your first question, I think it is normal if you happen to lose your awareness during an OBE - constant consciousness will come with time.

Have you tried talking to him and asking to go away? Since it is an astral projector (therefore, a human being)  I don't know if suggesting conjurations for evil entity banishing would be right.

I also once had a "future" dream. I was under a glass(?) dome which is situated in the bottom of an ocean (therefore, underwater). It is not too big. I observe the sea life outside it, the water is so blue and real, and there are many fishes swimming by, also some sharks.
Then I notice some people standing ahead around a large table, they are having a feast of some kind. I come closer and with horror I realize that their main meal is...a human! A roasted man, and they are eating it very neatly. I ask them - what the f*** is going on?? And one of these people explain that, since the Earth was flooded and there is no more terrain that is over water, people were forced to live in such underwater domes. And, since the territory is  limited (very logical, I know), they cannot bury their dead - instead, they have to eat them.
