Hi good people, I hope you are well.

I dont like asking but I am really struggling.  if it is possible to include me in any healing prayers or thoughts I would be incredibly grateful.

Despite being normally fit healthy and active and working hard for others, I have found my health decline more and more this year and the past two months I have been barely able to do anything, too weak to walk far, I am unable to work etc I am virtually bed bound and its very hard to look after myself some days.

The doctors believe it is post viral fatigue. I have been praying, meditating, using affirmations and willing all the self healing I can muster.

I really don't like asking but I really feel I need some help now.

Has anyone ever been successful at having an OBE while having their physical eyes open up until the moment of separation? I have never had it happen to me yet. But, I would like to try.

Hi yeah I have a couple of times and asked the same question a while back as I was interested like you.
I just gave it a go to see if I could.
It worked really well! I Sat up right in a chair I focused on point in the room and after ten minutes-ish of letting myself kind of go into trance and could feel and see my awareness shifting to a more subtle level I gently willed my self out and it worked.

Once your focus has shifted out you no longer see through you physical eyes obviously as your consciousnesses is else where. I tried agian and it worked no problem,then got bored of it plus I didnt go far as i didnt want to get dry eyes!! lol. The key I believe is being able to practice emptying your mind enough (trance like) to feel your self becoming very loose from your physical body.  

The other things to mention are you may and most likely will start to see shifts in realty ie the floor and walls etc will start to move and wobble as you start to shift from seeing through you physical eyes to seeing purely with you mind and as we know physical reality as we experience it normally isn't really solid, only appears so. But you have to try and acknowledge and let go...not easy to start with ! lol and lastly you will obviously find you may be more likely to, but not exclusively shift into the subtle version of this world as that's where you are focusing. So its ok if you want to visit some where here, but if you want to shift to the astral and beyond then I would say its probably easier to go eyes closed, but as we see from contento's experience ..it could take you further and anythings possible.

Im not trying to sound cocky in any way, just adding to the conversation.
I work as a spiritualist medium which doesn't mean I know everything but in my experience I have seen felt and heard countless spirit people and given countless messages, so why haven't I come across the spirits that attack people? that's why i don't believe its true and to be honest why would they and more to the point how could they?? Maybe Ill be surprised and be proved wrong, but until then i have go with my experience and understanding.

I once projected and a spirit girl tried to stop me going through a door! but she was only playing and wanted me stop and talk so it seemed....I later on found that in the building where I was lots of people had seen her on that same floor over the years.

What do you think happens when an abused child with a anger disorder dies later? You know when they were very young and were abused and really emotionally hurt? And they grew up with a lot of anger. In my view it's not really their fault. But at the same time it's anger. I don't know what to  think. I want to think that a God would step in and prevent that person from going to hell. But I am not sure God can do that. I am not sure what to think.

If they created a hell on earth, would they go to hell? What do you astral projectors think?

Who knows the real answer....many things happen to people that seem unjust and unfair, but we have to consider that if we are to learn and progress spirituality then we grow and learn most from the situations that challenge us i.e we learn most from our enemies.
After all anger is a natural response and it takes allot of work on ones self and a level of enlightenment and self realisation to forgive such things...but that is why to forgive is a divine action. As Jesus said " forgive them, for they know not what they do".

The spirit world that I have some understanding of is a place of love and nurturing where some one who has gone through extreme suffering in this life time would be cared for and assisted in adjusting and healing. If we are to believe that the perpetrator of the abuse is to be redeemed accordingly by their own Karma of their own action then we might also ask ourselves what Karma are we possibly repaying when we are sick or something bad happens to us. Now Im not suggesting for a moment that is true but just putting ideas out there. As for "Hell" im certain that it is a state of mind humans create here on earth but has no objective reality.

While we mention Christians which im not against by the way, BUT is it wise embrace any religion that teaches fear as a motivation? rather than be directed, guided and inspired to experience the true love and joy of our own divine nature and oneness with all creation and eternity ie god. If religious stopped preaching a fiery place of punishment they would lose control ...just saying  [/color]

I expect it is an entity of some sort, and it targets you via a damaged aura.  It targets you not because of anything you have done, but because it can.

Hi, cool, yeah why not enjoy it, spirit communication is an exciting and wonderful thing. Libby Clark is probably not far from you and Andy Byng lives close to that area I think. Or try your local SNU church for a list of local Mediums. Im personally not overwhelmed by "Orbs" you only have to rub your hands over a jumper or somthing to create the same effect.

Maybe some are but ive seen very few that look like anything. Good luck with it, if you get tro the bottom of who she is or what she wants it would be interesting to hear 

I have read many articles which say that the human DNA had been tampered with by gods, extraterrestrials etc. Take your pick, that the human spiritual connection is being masked of kept hidden to forget who we are and what we are capable of. The worst of it is that most of them thd  believe that people of the black African origins were the worst case senario... Somebody said, they have to try even harder to remember who they were...

According to Castaneda this sort of phenomenon is always due to a physical person in the nearby area, often someone in the household itself.

If it is someone outside the household you do not need a medium since you have big psychic leverage to evict trespassers with little effort. Just man up and assert your authority. If it is within the household you might try a simple "family meeting" and all agree to be done with the disturbance.

Nothing to do with it? they have seen some one in the house, plus mediums don't get rid of spirits. But a good medium can communicate and ask what it is the spirit person wants to say. There is no other reason she would make her self known..other than if she wants to help.The spirit person may then leave when thier work is done

Hi, first off don't panic no spirit person can harm you. They may want to get your attention for some reason and looks like they have. At least she is polite and knocks 

If you can find a reputable medium in your area, (where do you live?) they maybe able to come ask her whats going on.

Also how apt that you post this on Hydsville day!!! the day that commemorates 164 years of modern day spiritualism. Which began by the fox sisters hearing the spirit world communicating by knocking and realised they could communicate this way.

Also of great interest and not covered in the article is that the odds of there being at least some form of primitive animal or plant life on one of those planets is astronomically in favor of that life existing. Of course you rarely, if ever, hear scientists discuss such probabilities (because if they can not touch, see, hear and measure it then it does not exist to them .)

We don't know the probabilities. Conjectures on the odds or likelihood of any of the factors necessary to create life or consciousness are all based on belief and hope, rather than any facts. We have insufficient knowledge to perform any valid calculations on what percentage of potentially inhabitable planets have life and consciousness.

Of course, we can attempt to extrapolate from the known disparate conditions where life has been found here on our own planet and from samples taken within our own solar system. From these, I would suggest that every one of those planets has life.

I have to say when I activated my clairvoyance for the firts time it freaked me out! I was seeing all kinds but relax its harmlees, we are just becoming aware of whats there anyway.

If you close your eyes relax and lift your gaze loevinly to the space between your eye brows and just focus there and on the breath going in and going out. Watch as the the colours manifesting in the darkness soon becomes, more intense and then change into visions etc.

Build it slowly like you would the gym and use practices like looking at cards face down to try and see the colour then the suit and eventually the numbers as well. do this with your eyes open and learn how its feels to switch it on and off.

Enjoy, be kind to your self and fear none of it

Your body will be in a relaxed/passive state similar to sleep when you project, but as long as you take a nice easy natural exit I cant see it would harm you or your energy. I have been experiencing AP all my life with out problems.
