as far as i'm copncerned the dividing line between the obe and lucid dream is very thin. If you are out of coincidence when dreaming and also lucid surely your out of your body while concious?

auraseer, dont take this the wrong way, but are you a yogi or a powerful occultist? and if its not to personal how old are you? i dont mean to mock but all this talk of teleporting and levitating seems a bit much. I'm not saying its not possible but highly improbable. I would love to see a photo of you levitating or creating one of these psi balls. Dont take this wrong way, i'm not a sceptic but even open minded people have their limits and this seems to be mine.

i dont come from a spiritual family either. however my mum did try to mimick the techniques in the chistos experiments and got out of her body! also my aunt used to have dream premonitions when she was younger. so if they are hereditory then there is hope for me yet!
If they're not though, it doesnt matter anyone can obe! its part of people and just needs training!! (just my belief)

i was reading a book by terry brooks recently where someone had a projection.

funny because i have had a few dreams lately that could be described as preminitions, last night I dreamed of the end of the world again! so beware!!!!!!!!!  Mwa ha ha ha

I have  been training with the tarot for 7 months now, using only the major arcana. I have mixed reults. sometimes I get really good results eg when talking about love I get the lovers card representing my concious desires, and when talking of learning I get the High Priestess card in my desires. However I also get some results that dont tend to be very accurate.

it sounds like you are very apt at channeling energy. When you see these balls of energy are they clear to the physical eye or just visualised?

i tried the sleep induction preset last night. It was ok, there were a couple of times within the 20 min time where I started sinking, but i didnt quite get there.

not that i'm any authority! but I think the problem with the akashik records is that peoples ideas of it seem to vary. Its of course possible that you were at the akashik records. But on the other hand what are the akashik records? are they just a method by which your mind can better portray information to you? or are they they visual manifestation of some giant collective conciousness?

thats a good idea, astral meetings! I also have another suggestion.
With peoples permission they could set up an experiment. people on the other side of the world could project and try and reach someone elses house and take in the surroundings. When they return to the physical they can then write down what they saw on the forum and then see if it is correct?
 What do people think of this?

to be honest although I am one of the most open minded people I know (or gullable whatever you call it!) I find this a bit hard to swallow. They seem to have taken  every controversial issue and conspiracy theory and rolled it into one (as with those who blame the knights templar for everything.) It even states that adolf hitler was not to blame for nazism and that he ws justa puppet. Maybe its just me being closed minded but I think this site needs to keep a certain ammount of common sense and this tends to cross the line into the riiduiculus!

 (I say that but if it happens now I will sound silly)

I have been working with the deep meditation program on bwgen for a week or so now and i feel that although its good its not quite what i need. I am going to try the sleep induction program for the next week then report back onto here to see how that goes.

I think the forum would be good for a site to gather evidence of th afterlife, astral plane etc. We could be the Llywellen publishers of the internet!

i was relativly successful with the deep meditation track.

i can imagine sleep paralysis is quite distressing, i got it once or twice when I was a kid and it wasnt nice

thats exactly what happened to  me too! perhaps its a jolt from your brain to keep you awake?
