i dont know where these clouds come from, other things i notice is moats in the sky, not floaters in the eye, but moats that dance around on a blue sky, i have heard other people seeing these, not every one sees them.

are you sure that is not the liquid on eyes, since you mentioned it moving with your eyes.

Tell me, these clouds you see, are they every where such as plants, sky etc? do they also look like grey bands of energy sweeping very rapidly across the ground? ive been seeing these for many months, i even had my eyes checked and they where fine, so far, i havent seen colours, i have seen white clouds steaming out of peoples feet as i do reiki on them, i see swirling white like waves on the top of plants or some times it looks like very light rain darting very quickly across the floor, i never saw these things until i got my reiki atunements, infact they came on the very first day of attunements.

This is a very interesting topic, ill share an experience i had with the neighbours cat.

"I glided down out in the yard, and on the neighbours roof, was our neighbours cat that was just innocently walking across the tiles, suddenly, its eyes lock onto me, a total panic strikes the cat, i move very close to the cat, I would say about 1ft away, now the cat is running away from me with its head back looking at me, it darts down next to a shed, I glide through the metal fence and hover in front of the cat, at this point, the cat is like a deer in head lights, i sense a shock and feelings of awe and utter curiosity all in one, im not sure if it was feeling that description, but its close to as i can get, the cats eyes where darting up and down trying to just make out what the hell i was, at this time, i decide to leave the cat alone and go elsewhere."

Unfortunatly, no one was in my back yard to see or verify at the time if that cat was there at that time, but it did seem possible.

Realy, i think there is much to much focus on maters like these, i used to be like that too, but realy, there extreamly rare, and when appears, its not like that in a horror film.

I think I have experienced some thing similar, the pain you experienced, was it almost like an electric shock? Its interesting to note that the pain was located at the back of your skull, perhaps your astral cord is there, I had a similar experience, I sat up out of my non physical body, and I noticed a cord was coming out the base of my astral head, it was 2 inches thick, solid and elastic like, it was like a tree roots wide at the base, and narrowing up to the cord, with dozens of little cords intertwined on it, to my curiosity, I gently gave it a tug, to my surprise a electric like shock was felt in my face and the base of astral head, for about 2 or so days, the back of my head was quite sore to the touch, like almost like it was bruised.

In one of Robert Monroe experiences, he goes to a friend's house and pinches a girl, the girl jumps up, besides the amazing fact that all of what he observed was correct, he left a bruise on the girl where he pinched! i think some thing is happening here with certain energies clashing that of the astral body and that of the physical, just a theory perhaps.

From what i know, you can insert wav files into certain time segments in the binaural file, for eg at 1 minute, you can have your recorded voice come on and say, "start to relax", to get the final result, just burn the entire thing to cd, walla! instant walkthrough! or you can just upload it where ever, but the original wav files have to be included.

I have experienced this before, it shouldn't be confused with the astral leg kick, I heard this happens when your body starts to really relax, things start to twitch, legs jerk, some thing to do with the nerves or releasing built up tension, how ever, when your astral leg kicks out, you will know as your actual foot or leg has not moved nor has the surrounding blankets or bed sheets moved.

When I first got out, control over direction was quite limited, I used physical motions such as flaping arms, instead of will, they where quite short, though they felt they where, it takes long time till you start mastering it.

Oh yes, this sorta thing has happened to me, i once bitt my tounge, but i could not hurt it no matter how hard i tried, the mind does an amazing job recreating a "body".

My only advice is, you are playing with fire, but if you want, go ahead, your choice.

YES, it realy does, and i speak from experience as well, Robert is refering to his "higher self" or what he later calls "I-there" ask your higher self what it wants to show you or what ever, and it realy does, i had profound changes in experienc when i used this method.

While this does sound nice to have, I think you may only set your self out for dissapointment, this only adds the "beat the clock" syndrom, I have done this where I kept my mind on the time and all it did was not let me out, I say, as long as it takes, is the way.

I think I will post some of my experiences here on such maters, when I first started having these experiences, I remember one very clear one, I went into my parents room, floated to the top of the ceiling, and looked down and saw my mother asleep on the bed by her self, I noticed that my father was not there, I also noticed how the sheets where moved where my father was previously, I noticed my mother was some what awake, but still lying in bed, now I get up after this experience go to there room and see pretty much the exact same thing, I had no prior knowledge on this either, the only thing was my mother was asleep but not up, I can only conclude in that mater that I saw the a few minutes into the "future" in fact, this did not hit me until later when I realised hey!..She was by her self, another experience that happened halfway during 2003, I got up out of my body, gently floated out the window, and saw my father to my right hand side of the yard, I noticed his clothes and his position, I only saw this for a fraction of the time, after this, I went through my neighbours house and noticed some things, all this was later verified afterwards, and yes, no prior knowledge on the clothes, his position, and what contained in the neighbours house (peeking over the fence confirmed this for me).

Another trip was to LA California to a close friend I know, I noticed clothes, bed, sleeping, etc, pretty much everything matched up excluded that I saw writing on her shirt when there was non, this plus other little experiences in seeing the correct weather etc.

Now the problem with "proof" is that the way we view physical reality, I want you to do some thing, for the next 10 seconds, look around your room, make observations, touch things, smell, hear etc. what did you just see/touch/smell etc? You experienced what your physical body did, for example what you saw, what you saw was light being reflected of objects, entering your eye, through the optic nerve it goes and into the brain to be processed, that the reality you see in waking life, don't forget the dimensions, alternative realities, etc it goes on and on.

For those who are interested in NDE type out of body experiences, there was a very interesting one by a lady named Pam Raynolds I believe, she had a very complex brain surgery done, where they stoped her heart, all brain waves off, body temp lowered etc, and she saw things that all where verified, here is the url
