Aren't you guys "confusing" the RTZ with something just looking like it?
For me, the RTZ is the reality we live in when awake.  And, in my few experiences, what I experienced was never 100% like reality.

The only thing I heard about high frequencies is that it might be "dangerous"...  If you are curious, you can try with a brainwave generator like bwgen...

What you might mean is that you don't have RTZ (RealTime Zone) projections, as opposed to Astral projections...

Now, AOL/Netscape uses Mozilla as a base, while adding a few good and bad stuff (like dictionary and spam).

About going back to 100% at each startup, maybe try to set the size you like and go into settings and change something so that it saves... Might work.  Otherwise:  You can try to enter "about:config"...
