I wasn't really thinking there was a conspiracy. I was more wondering what is the thinking of them on the OBE now? Are they still working on it regularly? Or is it something that has faded and is no longer an interest.

 I have never meditated in a noisy environment. But Lionheart has given the wonderful suggestions to shut out the noise with our mind like try using earphones or headphones. I will definitely try this method also.
