I think if I was to come across any being in the Astral (havent projected yet) that I wouldnt be afraid of them, just curious.

As far as telepathy goes I expierence it all the time. But not in the sense you would think, I pick up on frequencys set out by people.
I dont actually hear there voice in my mind, but rather I just get random thoughts.
If you wish to block telepathy or someone from intruding on your mind its simple.
Just think: Block
Just say "block block block block block" over and over and over again in your mind.
Then your pretty much sending out so many frequencys just saying block that it would be impossible to read your mind. Even if he did get into your mind, you would be thinking "block block block" so the person, demon or whatever would not be able to pick up on anything else.

Hey its possible to form things in the astral based on your imagination.. so just make a sword into your hand, im not sure what you would need to defend you self against but I would imagine it wouldnt be to hard...

I havent been into the astral yet, what do they look like so I will know what to look out for. Are they mean? Whats a good method to make them leave you alone?

I dream alot of things that come true, and have always had some psychic talent (self proclaimed)
Me and a friend of mine have almost a telepathic bond, we can send/recieve emotions and have conversations without talking. Not in a sense where I hear his voice in my head, but thoughts just kinda pop in and it happens to be what he is thinking.
Im also intrested in Aliens, Energy, alot of stuff on Nickola Tesla and all that kind of brought me to this website, where I have slowly lurked around taking in some info from all of you.

Im not sure what I think on evolution, except for that we already have great power,just not the knowledge to use it all. I think that whatever our true origins may be, it would be hard to gain any information on them unless at the "akashic library"
I think that the goverment knows whats going on with pretty much everything and that we have all been raised to believe in evolution and made to beleive AP isnt possible and there is no such things as aliens just because the goverment thinks its whats best.
I agree with no_leaf_clover on most of things he says as far as other life and the nibiruns (how ever its spelled)

I thought they found atlantis, or may have...  They found this 311 mile city off the coast of japan that they think may have been atlantis.

Hi all, I havent tried the Triangle method, but Im going to tonight. I have been trying to project about 2 weeks now and I have had some success, Iv tried afew methods but last night I got the closest Iv ever been.
What I did: I started by turning on the fan in my room and laying in the dark, I was using the body asleep mind awake technique for awhile to get me in a more relaxed state, then I started to listen more to the fan and forced myself into the 3d darkness, I was listening to the fan and watching the colors in the darkness and I got alot of heavy vibrations, also I felt like I was starting to leave my body, not out of it or above, but like moving more inside, or deeper if that makes sense. I got excited and came back to "c1"

Also some times I try and picture a live fire (moving and growing) and that gets me close as well..  
I just would like some advice and input on my situation

I hope people still pay attention to this topic. I am new to AP and such and I have gotten alot of guidence from the forums here. My thanks to all you who posted in this 11 page behemoth.
I have been trying some diff techniques and making my own for about 2 weeks now and last night I started by laying in bed and listening to the fan in my room while also trying some body asleep mind awake techniques but then i started to try and focus more on the darkness and I started to feel the vibrations I have read so much about here. Also it felt like I was leaving my body, but not really going up, but more inside or down into it... if that makes sense.
Anyways I got excited and came back to "c1"
I was wondering if someone can give me some advice on being able to stay at the point I was at..

Also, beavis I have thought about taking shrooms or other things along those lines to help me, although I am not sure if it would or not.  I smoke weed and I dont really think it affects.. I seem to have kind of a natural talent, I can force myself into the 3d darkness in seconds.. and the other night I started feeling the vibrations I have heard so much about within about 15mins..

But do you think that mushrooms would work? I think if I took them I may not be able to think straight... would that be good or bad?

I have been practicing trying to project for about a week or maybe 2 weeks now.
What I have been doing is using a body asleep mind awake technique to get myself focused. Then I will be in the 3d darkness and I will keep my intent in mind. I find that trying to picture a fire helps keep me in the state of mind I think I should be in, last night I felt alot of strong vibrations and almost like I fell into my body... kind of hard to explain..

MustardSeed: I am an Athiast so I dont read the bible, I dont really drink although I do smoke weed. I am alittle bit overweight, but I am working on getting my physical body and mind into shape.  I think I will be able to astral project rather shortly, Im just curious about the Guides, I have seen them mentioned alot but Im not sure how I should go about contacting them..
Also I have heard about a silver cord that trails behind you, like a connection to your body. If there is one then should i be carefull of that? Can get it caught on things, or can astral beings snap it?

Leviiathan I am having a similar problem, I believe I can get into the 3d darkness but im kind of stuck there... can anyone give me a pointer to help me find my doorway and enter it?? im not sure how i would actually enter it...

How should I go about contacting my spirit guide?
Does everyone have a spirit guide??
Is the spirit guide someone that is assigned to a specific person or are they just entities on the astral plane being helpfull?

i think chakra refers to the bodys natural psychic glands. there are 3 of them i think....
I know of atleast one, which is commonly reffered to as the 3rd eye because its right above your eyes in the center of your forhead
