Doing a masters in mechanical engineering at Bath uni. Both my parents have PhD's!!

I'm not really confortable with the idea of consciously choosing, but hey that could be a factor, I dunno. Others might be your natural energy level (like attracts like, but also opposites...ug), karma, soul ties from previous incarnations, your life's mission (if you have one), and maybe a few random throws of the dice (or maybe it just seems that way). And all this being directed by the divine mind...
The concept for reincarnation I have in my head is like the soul purifying itself and eventually loosing the lower levels (intergrated upwards anyway - they live on a higher level up on the spirit plane so low level personality stuff becomes redundant). Then they get drawn in by the divine breath and blown back out again into a new body, and an clean mind.

I feel a sudden jab of psychological pain which centers around my solar plexus relative regularly, its like I'm imploding. Certain memories trigger it, but it generally only last a few seconds tops. Its very unpleasant. With me I think it is related to insecurity and neg conditioning. Meditation, mindfulness, pure acceptance of self, and introspection will all help a lot...if you can, try and hold the angry state of mind you are in, feel the mental state, then try and transmute it into another feeling. To do this I might hold on to the feeling, but release the pent up energy (turns to feeling sad), calm it, purify it in my mind, perhaps temper it with another feeling like love, joy, whatever. Or just feel it, the anger, but let it stay, smooth itself out for a few seconds (concentrating on it still), then let its polarity switch (this feels to me like a kind of helping protecting emotion/energy, rather than anger/destroy). You'll need to be able to think and control your feelings without being controlled by them - in a way this is like disconnecting, while still being immersed in those feelings. Difficult to explain but I hope this helps!

I think you've answered yourself to an extent.

Orbs are often thought to be the souls of people who have deceased from the act of living. Maybe they were tapping into your dreams to tell you that, hey, its not so bad?
I agree that there does appear to be some sort of connection between the people seen "on the other side of the veil" in your dream and the orbs. I wouldn't worry about it, just go with the flow! They are only people after all, like you and me.

If you think about it looking from above, thats all thats relevant. Negs exist I think, like one direction (x,y,z type direction/dimension) out of phase with the physical world. That is perhaps why they always appear like shadows to us - ie 2 dimensional forms. They are earthbound, and limited by any water streams in their path, irrespective or height.
And yet, they are still 3-d forms, they only appear 2-d to us. I'm kinda combining tom beardens theories of dimensions here with what we know about negs and astral and etc. Perhaps the higher the spin on an atom the more it turns on the dimensional planes...hmm....err anyway!

I'm not sure if this answers your question.....? Yeah I suppose they do only work on negs in one plane.

Aye aye.....Afghanistan - now once again the worlds leading opium/heroin producer (is it 90% comes now from there? - banned by the Taliban).....not the first time such a coincidence has occurred.

MAKING DRUGS ILLEGAL DOES NOT DECREASE USEAGE - IT *INCREASES* IT!!!!
History proves this out (eg prohibition of alcohol in US), as do the stats in countries such where it is legal (Switzerland, Holland, etc).

Thus, any and all laws against drug use are not only ineffective, they are damaging to the population. There are NO valid reasons to make drugs illegal.
However, there is a whole stack of reasons for lifting the bans (less money to drug-crime lords (eg CIA....), less dangerous drugs on street, better education on the issue (currently its easy to just reject everything you hear from official sources, as they are full of lies and logic holes), etc).

Dr Boylan seems to be a good guy, but some of his info seems contradictory to the general impression I get of "the visitors" - he says they are predominantly real nice guys, but most people who I have heard of dont seem to agree. Of course this could just be media sensationalising the issue and him telling the truth - indeed Whitley Streiber (who I trust about ooh 85%, pretty high for me!) used to think they were nice. Although now he also thinks they are a bit on the crooked side of good, and backed up with Roger Leirs implant removals - people who have them removed say they have a new feeling of freedom. So, hmm, well.....intuition goes with him, but facts dont stack up very nicely. Well, thats how it is in the UFO arena I guess. He makes some good arguments.

But, his conclusion that the planet is being terraformed, may be jumping to conclusions. I would not be suprised if the atmosphere is changing over there - but then I've heard from other sources that there are crazy things happening to the atmosphere, magnetic fields, etc of all the planets in our solar system.....not least of all our own.

Well, I dunno, but perhaps once they are on another planet, they wont care so much. Their strict rules are only really in place to preserve the power structure after all. But I would agree that freedom like that will eventually filter through. Well, who knows - maybe they are looking to make things more lax in the future? If they have an active space program with people flying around all over the solar system, then people will WANT to be a part of whats going on, rather than them having to force them into submission.
They are quite acutely aware of over-population, hence that law forbidding more than one child per family. Not sure if thats still going...hmm...

Just listening to a Whitley Streiber interview (with Angela Micol), and something the guest said really hit me - total "click" in the mind type moment:

"....if we are going to get off this planet, which I believe is a big tomb"
As Whitley then said "I think it is........nothing wrong, its just there are too many of us, and we cant help using it up at a faster rate than it can renew itself"

Damn fair points. The thing about our civilisation is that it will eventually fall, whether through natural causes, war, what whitley said, or a slow degrade into negativity which will eventually swamp us. So, we need to get off the planet, onto other planets and into other solar systems, spread ourselves and our civilisation out. This will increase the chances of our civilisations survival, of which we are all an integral part, many times. If one planet is falling into decline, there are others! Or if one gets totalled by a huge comet flyby (planet X style), there will always be others out there who can help. So this pushes the idea of a real space program out of the "nice" basket and into the "absolute necessity" zone.

Conversely, if you take the bigger picture, exploration of space would be crushing for those in power, because it would mean people could comletely split from the current power system, try their own thang, get away from all the rockefellers and bushs and all that muck. So I am not suprised that the western space programs are essentially just big jokes.
On the other hand, China has a very different idea - they have far too many people and want to get rid of most of them! So you see their attitude is very different. They are actively and rigorously pushing ahead their space program, and will almost certainly beat the US government back to the moon and to mars. Watch their space! And hopefully where they go, others will have to follow.

ps people who are talking of structures on Mars - beware! Hoagland seems to be a known BS merchant, and I've seen a very good explanation of how those "cities" on mars actually came to be (manipulation, no cities). Then there are those extremely shaky pictures on the surface which could be interpreted as buildings and etc, IMO they are not of a sufficiently high quality. The "face" and pyramid are also.....interesting but they may still be natural formations. I've seen some pretty crazy things made by nature. However, those weirdy wormy things (http://paranormal.about.com/library/weekly/aa030501e.htm) are pretty funky, I dont have any explanation for them.
All I'm saying is dont just accept things, use discernment. I dont know, there probably are some artifacts on mars. But, having never been there nor seen enough data, I dont think we can say for sure....

Well, if you knew the right areas to research into, I reckon it could be done in under 10 million - and almost certainly 50 million. If he had any real desire to help mankind explore space he would be pumping money into new ways of getting out there.

As for why get there - well! We probably wont know what its really good for over there until we get there! But exploring space, if purely for the reason of exploring space, is totally valid IMO. Next level and all that. Trouble is if we are really going to do it it should be done properly.......

Tried making the rings using admittedly weak magnets, but to no result. When I get my hands on some rare earth magnets I'll give it another go.

If he could have done so, he probably would never have used it, and even less chance told anyone if he had! The people who hold to certain forms will never agree though, and will always say "you did it wrong!". But bruce lee did not believe there is any "wrong" way of fighting - so its kinda hard to apply those ideas to him.
Where his feet are really isn't such an issue you know....they dont even move and are just in his standard, natural, fighting position.

Btw have you noticed that when he does that one inch punch his whole body flexes and contracts in series, and all that power and momentum ends up in his hand? Thats where the real power is. When you throw a punch your whole body goes into it whether you notice it or not. This is just like kinda actively using that principle - the force is generated in the rest of his body while the hand stays still. Bruce lee actually taught these principles.

Hmm, "right" or "wrong" seem quite peculiar ideas in this context - Bruce Lee strongly questioned the rigid adherance to forms, and aimed to transcend them all having no form/having all form. So while his punch might not have been "right" from a particular perspective, it doesn't really matter too much. It did the job!

The problem with giving government all these new powers is that it basically serves up a whole new platter of methods to screw people over with. Add to that a dynastic style government structure and the potential for serious power to be abused grows enormously.

I was listening to an interview yesterday and it was said that power by its very definition must grow and collect more power to it (history does seem to prove this out). Conversely then freedom can only grow by release of those control systems.

Hey! Totally agree - I actually think along similar lines and have been discussing this stuff with a friend in the last few days.. Its kinda like if you look at something with a microscope or fly over it in a plane - you'll see more. An upturned tree like diagram with all of us at the bottom, existing in certain bands of reality.

Resonance - great word. I dont suppose you've looked into making active resonance machines?!

I find its quite hard to merge the ideas of yin/yang and becoming one with both, against how to live your life and how spiritual processes work. It always seems that light is what we are aiming toward - but aren't we also supposed to accept an equal share of darkness? You even use light in banishing. And either polarity can be good or evil, in its various forms. I find its best to think of it with good and evil as a higher and a lower, then the polarities on either side, like on the tree of life. So being balanced is good, but being evil is not. And if you need to define good and evil you can only follow your heart!

Yep. Massive electrical effects from the sun can influence electronic equipment on earth, but it also affects weather systems (which build in the upper ionosphere - particles in the solar wind have enormous energy, often many times more than those released in nuclear explosions....kinda intuitive if you think about it), and human behaviour. As does other em noise - our nervous systems are extremely sensitive. There's so much going on - you can even bring schuman resonance into it, thought of to be analogous to the heartbeat of the planet. Then there are other more exotic inter-stellar energy flows which can be picked up at certain times of the year (early december is one windown, around the 13th I think). Interesting stuff!
