I would just like to know if anyone else has contact with their guides....

Yes I have met my main guide George Beauvert a French Canadian trapper who was married to me in a past life and lived with me in a log cabin I have visited in spirit . My healing guide is a black winged Native American named Maiotei she is from the great northern ranges . Henri is my comic muse who helps me with music and stage presence . My guardian angel's name sounds like alazriel or Galadrezel she is harder to hear .

The first thing to do is to sit at regular time and place for meditation ie 7 30 pm in the same room in the same chair each night until you contact them look for a yes i am here sign and also a confirmation sign these two signs will help immensely while you are developing clairaudience . Ask for a clairsentient sign these are the easiest to perceive you can feel them . For example a tug of hair on the back of your neck or a tickle on the bridge of your nose or a little pinch on the back or a hug round the shoulders . Each should have a unique way of presenting themselves to you so there is no mistake .

We can all meet our guides and should try to do so as soon as possible . A great CD is out by Artemis on meeting and working with Spiritual Guides another by Jon Edward . Here are some links for you too .

Yes , you can raise your vibrations temporarily and over time build up  your light quotient to raise them further .There are interesting thoughts on this from Dr. Joshua David Stone on  meditation and taking the path within . Robert Bruce of this site of course is expert on  energy body work . Heal yourself and avoid those and that which upsets you .

...when you die :
1. (Can you )choose what life you want ?
2 Can (you) remember .. previous lives ?
3. Can you remember being dead ?
4 If you knew someone who had died and you was looking forward to seeing them in the afterlife, what if when you passed over, they had been reincarnated. Does that mean you wouldn't be able to find them in the afterlife cause they're back here. Thanx for readingRich

Ok first go within to seek all answers ...so go to spirit realm and ask or see in meditation by travel through the vortex or with the merkabah . We can all learn to do this .

Denosky, whom I would love to contact but he /she may be dead themselves now ...I can't find an email contact on planet Earth.. hmmm.....:

1. I believe you can choose some of your life your soul group and your lessons but a lot depends on karma and your past choices as to how much you get to choose and how much is chosen for you .

2. Yes many do and the more you try the more you can recall . You can access these through akashic records , meditation , dreaming , trancing , past life regression techniques or you may get flashbacks and piece it together yourself . 3. Yes some do I have heard many stories of this and my oldest son age 23 yo recalled at 3 yo a  lot of the prebirth , still not incarnate , conversations. He knows he chose to have "teachers and scientists" as parents and he chose to have lots of books and also lots of smart toys  .But he said he was lied to that he would be the only child . He told us that there were more coming . We had 4 then we have 7 now so he did have some choice and some surprises were omitted lol .

4." Absotutely positibly" lol this is how : Your soul reincarnates with past life memories but your spirit stays in spirit eternally and has only one life one shot . So yes we can hook up again and again and come down in soul groups and yes we can also hook up with the dear ones in spirit realm.

There is a lot of philosophical debate about Spirit and Soul, with many thinking they are different things....The people decided that Soul is the part that is Us, and when we join the physical body we attract the highest degree of Spirit to ourselves that we can, in order to grow further.

Jim and Jack Lindsay spiritual development instructors in Western Australia teach that the soul and spirit are different that the spirit has only one unique life and never comes again and may be accessed forever eternally as that identity such as Grandma Jones . But the soul contains the memory of Grandma Jones any other collective memories of her past lives and they become incarnate again taking all of these with them which can be accessed through the monad the group soul the higher self and akashic records but exist only as fragments in the consciousness of the unaware living human . I agree with this perspective and I hope that I have presented true to their teachings .
