Levitation can be done by various methods. First of all is will power and nothing else. Secondly you can make a Ki Ball, flatten it out with your will power and place it under your feet and then try to lift yourself up with it. Thirdly there is something dealing with (+)ve and (-)ve Energy and somethinglike that. I don't Remember. And there are several others. Well all of them are mainly dealt with will power.

Oh yes, I've heard about invisibility.

In this we have to train ourselves so that whatever light that falls on our aura is directed in such a position so that when it leaves our body then it is right at the opposite place. Now in this process, we cannot absord or reflect light ourselves. Then only it causes complete Invisibility.

Well Ki Balls can be used for several things, for example:: healing, for fights, for several kinesis etc.

Now as you are talking about DBZ, no one has ever been able to do all it's moves.

So a Motherboard contains millions of transistors and a transistior contains several millions of atoms. So as the work of a Transistor will be transfered to an atom thus the size of the motherboard be even smaller than a Transistor. Cool...

Well such an accomplishment will take several decades to develop properly and then several years to become public.

So what if one atom of the motherboard is lost. A MILLION DOLLAR TO REPAIR IT CHUM!!!

Psi Balls are the same thing as Ki Balls. They are balls of energy.

Steps to make a Ki Ball:
1. Shape your hands into a cup-like shape or your can shape them as two parallel plates
2. Visualise your Sub-Navel Chakra as a swirling Ball of Ki(Choose colour green or blue). Visualise it untill you feel it's energy.
3. Not visualise to move your Ki from your Sub-Navel Chakra to you chest as a single river(Slowly). Noe divide into two parts and move it to your hands.
4. Take your energy out of your hands into the gap between your hands and visualize the two energy rivers intermixing and forming a ball shape.
5. Concentrate and add sufficient energy till you think it is sufficient.
6. If you feel pressure, resistance, heat, tingling or any other feeling then wallaaa... you have made a Ki Ball.

Ki Balls can't be seen because they are energy. They can be seen with Auric Vision. But compressed Ki is visible to naked eyes.

You hurt yourself because you concentrated too much ki on a particular body part. You see every body part has a certain capacity to which it can hold energy. Now you must have exceeded the limit, which thus causes a Burnout.

If you had done it some more, your legs would have been on fire.

Try to lift with Ki spread all over your body, not only in your legs.

By the way, for how much time did you try it?

You's Energy storing capacity is not much. When you make psi Balls you use your energy and as you capacity is not much, you are left with less energy and you feel dizzy. My opinion is that you should do some Energy gathering exercises and meditation daily. That will increase your Energy storing capacity. Be patient and the path will automatically be clear to you.
