If you could have been able to some manuplation in it then you could have tried to push a button in the clock to change it's mode to see the date so that you could have been specific.

You are right Shaolin Monk, it does not matter in what shape or in what way you keep your hands. It's your will power which triggers everything. But for a beginner he should choose a way which soots his needs the best. In some postures it is a bit difficult to visualize but in others it is easy. It all depends upon person to person but I say that you have mastered a Ki Ball only when you can make it in any condition howsoever.

But as I recall you had mentioned that there was an evil ruler (oh, I forgot his name) who wanted to destroy life on Earth and created floods but some other other Nibiru guy saved us (I think envil or enil or something like that was his name). Now if the Evil's are reigning in Nibiru, then we do not have a clue how much evil has popped up into them. So there might be a chance that they just might give up their respect for evil.

Yes, even a Power-Up has similar results, even better.

Power-Up works on the same principle mentioned above. During a Power-Up, we force our blood to move faster, the heart-beat rises and the heat production is increased. Thus the chakras start rotating faster and as the blood flow is also increased, we can easily use a good amount of our energy.

Thus after doing a Power-Up all energy related things are done with less effort and time.

Well I don't curl my hand. I keep them straight like two parallel plates about 4-5 inches apart. For me it is the most easiest way to make a Ki-Ball.

Nostradamians pick the years 2000, 2007, or even 7000 for the dead to rise from their graves. Biblical literature points to a minimum of three distinct resurrections. The initial resurrection includes all dead Christians and the taking away of living Christians.
The Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. No_leaf, you might be right about the Grays from Sirius, but I have another hunch. The arrival of Nibiru is dated about 2005-2007, although some think it might be 2012. Even the event written in the prediction is near 2005-2007. Now during these years the Nibiru Planet will get close to earth and might be seen from Naked Eyes as a bright star. Now Sun and Moon are the brightest celestial bodies, then comes Venus, then Mercury, then Sirius is counted as the brightest star. So now we have five. The sixth might be Nibiru Planet as it will be close to Earth and be visible from naked eyes. So as the Nibiru Planet is now counted as the Sixth brightest Celestial Body, it will be then when the lightening will strike from the planet.

Burgundy is a place in France known for it's wine production. It might be related historically. "great lightening to burgundy" might signify that the Nibiru's or the gray's will land over there. Interesting...

How does Nostradamus' October 3 date relate to the October 4 date? The Hebrew calendar always begins at sundown, and ends 24 hours later at sundown. October 4, 2005 happens to be Tishrey 1 on the Hebrew calendar, which begins at sundown on October 3, 2005. Nostradamus selects the months of March, April, May, and June besetting these events. According to Zachary's scientific approach to Scripture, time frames of 140 days, 1,400 days and 14,000 days align to biblical "feasts" and "fasts" in the 20th and 21st centuries, each depicting supernatural control of human events. The 140 day alignment occurs in the months of February through June, the time frame paralleled by Nostradamus. The 140 days point to June 27, 2002, the biblical "Fast of Tammuz",(2) which commemorates the day that Rome stopped the daily sacrifice at the Jerusalem temple in A.D. 70.
The quatrain above appears to use symbolism of the false prophet found in the book of Revelation (e.g. "hideous beast", "sixth"). Could nostradamus have drawn his symbolism from the book of Revelation? Notice the similarity to the vision of the Apostle John:
