Sounds crazy eh! but there are accounts of yogi gurus regenerating limbs and and even other people that have died!

I haven't heard anything different personally. I've heard spirit people say how they wouldn't have believed in life beyond this world when they were here.

I didn't see anything unexpected. Our real existence is in spirit realms and we come here to be challenged without the security of knowing that we are totally safe and always protected. Under this condition of stress we learn through adversity and we progress. We meet our loved ones again back in spirit or our loved ones will write and choose their own lives to be with us again during the incarnation.

It's an eternal journey so never worry about any one individual cycle.

He doesn't suggest that we have no further memory of our life and loved one and, regardless, we can always go and re-experience it as we choose. Our true life is in spirit. We are here to train ourselves and then we return home. Think of it as a tour of duty.

So everyone I meet in this lifetime... All of my good memories of this lifetime... My family, pets, relationships, etc. Just gone after leaving? You will never meet up with them again, for you will have no clue who your family even was. If this life we are in now fades away "like a dream" Then you are sent back here to relive the physical again.

Hi, I can only speak from my view point as a working Medium.
When people come and speak from spirit side of life to people here, their personality is recoginsed, they often give their name etc first name last/name. They will talk about old memories, mention people that are important to them. Often they tell us where they used to live, city/town road name house number etc. What they did for a job, things they loved to do and didn't like also. They often will also say who they have met up with for instance uncle Chris or or their sister jenny just for example and allot of the time they will have pets with them that people recognise and give the pets name etc...so while the youtube video is interesting it is fairly flippant and brief, when you consider what a complex topic he is describing...and how does he know ? Regards

I just want to add that the term "Out of Body"  has to do with experience and frame of reference.  If you perceive an OBE or perceive an environment around you, it's just a label you use for clarity.
But what he's trying to say, (IMO, since I've read his work and seen his videos) is that it's not the 'trick' that matters, it's what you do in your consciousness,  your relationship with the universe or how you see reality around you.
That's why the ancients regarded all of these things we talk about (OBE, phasing, clairvoyance, etc.) as distractions to the more important work of discovering yourself.

normally it takes me 20-30 minutes to tune in while listening to binaural beats, etc.. i put a track or two into winamp and set it to play in a loop. i uploaded another track you might enjoy. the chanting is intense, but the cymbals tend to almost startle me sometimes, although it might work well to keep your mind conscious. the chant is very traditional -IMO- so some might find it a bit ominous sounding.

This thread is dedicated to the topic "Are we in a death trap?" What is a death trap? What proof do we have that we are in a death trap? Who else on Earth believes we are in a death trap? What can we do to help get us out of the death trap? Does believing we are in a death trap not turn into a self-fulfilling prophesy? I have become a very tempered, hot, angry soul once again in my life. I am experiencing a grueling hate for a lot of people I don't know personally. There could be multiple reasons, jealousy for those who have many friends even though they are physically, mentally, and socially inferior. But ultimately I realize that I choose to be an outsider because I realize they would be horrible friends to begin with but it still causes to dvelope a growing and quite dominant hate for people I don't know personally. Perhaps my anger is because I have observed their stupidity for far too long (I'm still in high school, not only that but I go to the "bad school" as you may call it, where they send all the druggies and addicts).

Possible reasons continue but none the less I feel as though maybe this growing hate/anger is what is preventing me from projecting, maybe not. Who knows, it's not the first time hate and anger has dominated my life. I stopped taking my prescription but who cares, it's for ADD and takes away my impulses and ability to socialize so it only hinders me. I can focus fine on my own, modern medical science is not effective for they believe they can treat everything with medicine, WRONG. It can temporarily treat with damaging side-effects; not worth my time.

But could this be a reason why I haven't been able to project? I'd like to believe I have a natural talent for this sort of stuff but maybe the medicine has destroyed my imagination but hopefully I will make a full recovery from that soon. I quit drugging and smoking weed too.

Hi Darklon, I empathise, I used to be quite an angry person and felt alot of anger towards life people and situations. Did plenty of weed etc and plenty of fighting!  

I found working on my self through mediation etc was the best way. Counselling can help some people and we must consider that anger etc can be an expression of depression or low mood. Also i hate to admit, but we can often see in others that which we dont like about our selves. "Ekhart Tolle A New Earth is a powerfully trans-formative book/ audio CD.

I think also when we get sick of the crap we see in the world and the general values people aspire too and the the way people carry on that makes us angry too. But when we start to understand our selves and others we tend to feel pity and sorry for them and eventually compassion for them instead of anger.

PS remember having crap in our lives can be good..if it causes us to evaluate where we are and heal that which we don't like or no longer serves us

I've done shrooms 100+ times and found it to be my only reliable way to astral project. I would fast and meditate for 24 hours and then do 5 - 10g dried. Then close my eyes and meditate for the next 2-3 hours. If you don't raise your energy through meditation, you will not have a good time attempting this.  The use of crystals also helps.

As for damaging your "spirit vehicle" or finding you self on the very dark and lower realms of the astral... I wouldn't call mushrooms a drug, since they occur in nature. Some other drugs, like crystal meth or crack might produce those effects.

Fire occurs in nature. Not a drug, but still a hallucinogen. I feel projection through the power of our mind and spirit consciousnesses is the desirable and healthy option.

It was different from my normal dreams. My normal dreams have no meaning whatsoever and things often clash in my dreams. I also know I'm never fully conscious, whereas here I was. Im sorry, and no offense, but if you didn't read it all the way through that's like watching a movie only halfway through and criticizing the ending. Lol. Lol no offense taken ) I have read it all and still sounds good. What I meant by "you would know", is for me when i am having what people call OBE the sensation of being out of body is profound and unmistakable! But it does sound like a Lucid dream and to be fair we ar splitting hairs in a way, as its all just different leves of focus...and and dreaming... lucid or otherwise takes place in the Astral as does much of our OBEs...Just often we are not conscious and communicating in our dreams, but it sounds like you were.

I love Lucid dreaming the colours etc are just amazing and meeting people etc.

But thats only my perception from my experiences and from the other side of a laptop  With your own experiences they are yours and unique and speacial to you, so let know one ever undo them or try and tell you exactly what they were, if you know what I mean...regards )

I got to thinking about something the other day. With people astral projecting, and with spirits being everywhere... If you come to think about it you really do never have any privacy right? While out of body if you can go into other peoples houses etc... Or what about spirits? They could be watching you shower... using the bathroom? Even having sex? I'm not trying to be funny but if you think about it... I just feel I am being watched all day everyday... What do you think? Especially with being out of body.

Spirit people are really not interested in us in the shower, using the bathroom or having sex, they interested in our well being. I used to think about this, as I see sence and hear spirit people every day, even as Im writing this. I just ignore them (most of the time) and get on with life.

TBH if a spirit person did want to watch me in the shower...so what knock ya self out lol

You must find out why you want to awaken or raise kundalini.
  If its for siddhis then be carefull becase it Is said it will bring liberation to yogis and bondege to fools.

I sugest you find out all the info you can about kundalini.
