yeah im not gonna listen to music anymore. i never really got anywhere and its sometimes annoying.
#56
i hear ringing somtimes when im awake. If im in a room and shut anythign that makes loud sound (like a tv) and just sit there, i hear faint ringin sounds and if i concentrate on them. they get so intense that i cant hear anything else in the room, the only way for me to get out if there like that is to get up and jump around or turn the tv on.

yeah that happend to me twice last week. Once on monday and again on friday. On monday was i was mad tired when my mom told me to wake up and i just though that i want to rest some more, and then I closed my eyes, and after what seemed like 45 minutes, i looked at the clock and it was only like 8 minutes past.

Hey all. Is it better for a beginner to listen to audio when trying to have an AP, or is it better not to use audio? I always use audio because i have a lot of distractions around me. Is that smart, or should I not use the aduio to make my relaxation skills better?

Something happend to me like that in the summer when I was practicing for an OBE, my chest felt this weird pressure, but it wasnt like a nervous feeling it was weird, and like my neck and head felt weird to. They felt like they where raised off the pillow, but I could feel the pillow and I knew that my head was on the pillow. Then I opened my eyes and my head and neck slowly fell back to the pillow, but they where already there. i know that sounds weird lol i had a hard time trying to explain it.

oooo thanks for the info. im gonna try to have an OBE a couple times tonight. for me what i do to try and get one is first I try by meditation and I know that its really hard to get an OBE from thereif your a beginner but I do that because I love the feelings I get when I try it it feels amazing, and when i try by meditation, it helps me with my dreams which will help me to get an OBE from a dream

Hey all. Im getting really really close to having an OBE, and Im just curious... What did most of you girls/guys do when you had you first OBE? Also, after I have my first OBE, will it be easier to have another one?

Thanks;

Ide say I started doing that sunday, and now its wendsday and i remembered most of every dream exepct last night for some reason. Im gonan try to get a lucid dream and then go to an OBE. Because it seems easier/quicker at the moment.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / De ja vu
November 09, 2005, 22:36:16
hey I have de ja vo a lot, but Ive never had an OBE, and I almost always no what is going to happen. Once in school (this one sortof freaked me out) i was sitting in spanish class zoning out. Then I get a headrush, and then I got this wierd feeling in my gut (both of those things never happend before i had a de ja vo) and then I just knew what was going to happen. My though voice basicly told me exactly what was going to happen next time the teacher asks a question... and the same thing that played through my mind happened. It was the weirdest de ja vo experience Ive ever had. I usually only remember doing or seeing a few things, not anything like that.

Welcome to Dreams! / Basic's, Please?
November 07, 2005, 20:59:16
So Lucid Dreaming is basicly this:

You are dreaming

You are aware that you are dreaming

Now you can controll the dream?

I think I had one this morning. I woke up i was still tired, and I went back to sleep in like a second. Then I was dreaming, , sometimes when I think I hear my self think in my head, i know this sounds weird, but sometimes I have conversations with my self in my mind its hard to explain; anyway I was dreaming and then I just became completely aware, and the voice basiclly told me your dreaming only the voice was loud, then I opened my dream eyes... and then my mom came in the room and turned the TV on and it was loud and it woke me up
#67
^^ thats what I want to do. So all you have to do, is just basiclly wake youre dream body up, and your having a lucid dream? If thats it, im gonan try that tonight, and then try to go astral.
#68
Hey. Im just wondering, is a Lucid Dream basicly when you know you are dreaming, and you stop the dream and you controll the whole thing? Because today- this morning acually, after I woke up I was mad tired, so I closed my eyes, and went to sleep in like a second (very unusual for me ) and I became fully aware of my dream, it was strange and this never happened to me before. I didnt change anything in the dream; i was about to try, and then my mom came and woke me up, i was sortof angry lol, but who cares ill try again tonight. I found that ince Ive been practicing mainly how to get my mind awake while im sleeping fast ( i could do it for as long as I can remember it just took a long time ) Ive been able to get to sleep pretty fast. It used to take me a while 25-30 minutes usually, but now it take like 5-10 to get in a sleepy mode lol im so happy     :approve:

Oh I dont know if it increases projection, Ive never had one yet. But it does relax me a lot quicker than other ones. It took 4-5 minutes with Boxed Nirava II to feel the tingles in my legs.

Quote from: FunnygirlHey everyone! I'm 13 and i tried astral projection for the first time the other day. It didn't work out as i planned it to.... i was wondering if any experienced projectors out there could give me some tips!

thanks,

Katie

hey im 13 to. I didnt have an OBE yet   . I have tried when I was in 6th grade, but a lot of stuff happened to me and I stopped. I started to pick it up again in the summer, and Im trying to have one every night so far. I used to have really bad insomnia, but now since I have been trying OBEs everynight, its really easy for me to relax and go to sleep. I feel pretty relaxed right now acually and I could go to sleep if I wanted to its just to early and Im not really tired. Also I can wake up feeling refreshed now and I can remember dreams to. So maybe im gettin close. If you use the brainwave stuff try Boxed Nirvana II its really relaxing when I used it the first time, I couldnt feel my legs, and it felt like I didnt have an arm, than I tried it  on Halloween but I took a sleeping pill so I went to sleep before I could get relaxed.

Airsoft guns are like BB guns. They look like real guns execpt most of them are plastic and they all have the orange tip. They shoot small plastic pellets, that you can buy a lot for cheap. I like airsoft a bit better than paintball because there more cost friendly. If your interested in airsoft, go to airsoft128.com. They have great deals.

What stage would be ideal for an OBE?
#75
Ive been trying to have an OBE for a couple of months. Its really easy for me get to the sleep/awake state. I could do it sense I was like 5, I just didnt know what it was really for, or what it was really called until recently. The only thing I cant do is get out. But do get to the tingle sensations or vibs i guess, i listen to Boxed NIrvane, and just visualize a square or keep telling my self Im Gonna Project lol.
