Hi, Alaskans! I actually haven't seen her again (she was really creepy, or maybe I only just got scared) - however, I have since then started encountering other beings, beings of light. Imagine the shadow people so many see, but only made of light in your room...  

I guess they get really embarrassed!

I agree upon the statement that churches are powerful places and good where to recharge energies. I've had some very interesting experiences in churches I like myself.

Nothing to be afraid of, just some harmless hallucination during the hypnagogic state. If you see more of them, just ignore them, as the worst thing they can do is turn your attention away from meditation.

Some call the magnetic feeling in our hands "psi" - basically, it's just our energy, and the fact you've started feeling it means, you've started moving it, therefore - it's good!  

Your dreams of telekinesis might be caused by you thinking about such things all day.
