Perhaps Mr Buhlman was too stubborn to ask for help 10 years ago, or didn't believe in guides.  He needed to "waste" those 10 years in order to get to a point where he was in a position to turn to guides.

I think I quoted him incorrectly, lolz, I think he ment that he should had asked for help instead of struggling for the early 10 years of his astral projecting. I sincerely apologise to you and him, even though he is not reading this.

Yes, I suppose we are.  Firstly, remember I am talking about the journey of life.  I believe enlightenment to be death, for we are always learning through life.  My point is if there was a "magic" pill that you could take to reach enlightenment (before death), I wouldn't be interested because I believe that the journey through life is incredibly enriching and one would miss all the experiences (good and bad) that go with the journey if you simply swallowed a pill.

I also do not believe in any "magic pills", I think in this part, we both misunderstood each other. You were talking about the journey of life and the lessons learned from the process. And I was talking about a boost in focus, genetic restructuring, and the increase in energy, and a stronger seperation between non-physical/physical body from ORME. I concur with you that life's lesson can't be discarded, nor substituted.

Cheating?  No, I don't think it's cheating.  I say each to their own.  There is no right and wrong way to go about anything in my opinion.  I love astral projection, it seems to come naturally to me.  I have used the Gateway CDs because I found them relaxing and interesting - I was never able to project by using them.  I'm only really saying that in my opinion, it is better to enjoy the ride rather than rush to the end as fast as possible.

I never said I thought it was cheating, it just seems like you were implying that anyone who tries to seek alternative methods to controlled projection, or at least a boost in the process, was cheating.

Firstly, remember I am talking about the journey of life.  I believe enlightenment to be death, for we are always learning through life.

Aslo, I always thought enlightenment can be obtain in life as well? Altered state of mind, and crossing over to astral plane, to me is enlightenment. I never thought/consider "death" or "journeys of life" to be enlightenment, however, I think you and Stookie are correct in this.

Isn't the "Journey" after you reached the astral plane???    Of course training for the journey is part of the journey, but the real path to experience is after. You can train all you want in Martial Arts, and still won't know what the true meaning of what you were training for in the first place, until you actually went to the battle field.

In "Adventures Beyond The Body" by William Buhlman, he mention that he should've asked his guide for help 10 years ago. Then he would be experiencing more than he ever had dream, without wasting so much time on trying a bunch of dead ends. Not to mention, in the end, his guide helped him anyway. I forgot what dimension he tried to reach, probably 5th, but the point he was trying to say is that there is nothing wrong with asking for help, or seeking other methods of help. And you gain so much more.

Are we not doing the same when we seek/ask for help on forums? Asking for guidance, technique, answers, etc... I mean, if you say that its a shortcut, then asking others for help/advise is the same thing? Aren't you suppose to "experience" it and find out by "yourself?" Is it more significant to find the answer without help? Of course not, its just a different way of approaching it. And we all do it, whether you admit to it or not. Even the Hemi-sync audio are consider cheating then, because you can't bring the vibration/relaxation yourself, so you used other methods. Astral Projection is cheating in it self, in a sense, because we all are there to seek for ,knowledge, guidance, power, soul mate etc.. And everything we desire is at or can be significantly altered at the astral level, be it physical, mental, material, and spiritual changes.

Also, I've experience the vibration before, the sinking sensation, and the jet noise. I even had my first conscious projection after 2 months of training and meditating, (although short lived). What else is there to experience in the process of projecting? Not much, if you think about it. The real battle/adventure, starts when you actually get there. But of course everyone is entitle to their own views, and ways of accomplishing their goals. Each and every path is unique in its own way. Don't get me wrong though, I don't believe that a lazy person, who only expects others to spoon feed him, is right. That is totally different, its like completely removing the experience part.

Enlightenment (in some traditional views) is a realization. You can't ingest something and it make you come to this realization. It comes through wisdom gained through an understanding of the reality around you and in you. There are no shortcuts to this. There are ways to help you come to this realization like meditation and astral projection, but I wouldn't go looking for it in the outside world. It's in yourself.

If I had that much cash to blow on "enlightenment", I'd spend it on something like The Gateway Experience CD's. They're very good if you invest the time and effort into the exercises.

If there was a magic potion, we'd all know about it by now.

Stookie, actually I have the Brainwave Mind Voyages, their good, but I notice that I started to depend on it too much. When you don't use those hemi-sync audio tape too much, and focus on learning how to self hypnotize, you will reach Delta mode in a more profound way. I also have the Hemi-sync by Robert Monroe, which I also downloaded. These things are expensive, anyway you could download it at Demonoid.com, you will require a peer2peer software called bittorrent. Google it for more info.

It is true that everything is in oneself, but you can't deny the fact that these methods have been used by the ancients, for their spiritual enlightenment. I for one have build a 6' by 6' base pyramid, and it is really good for meditation, calms you down, and give you a more focus mind. Haven't been able to use the experiment on plant growth an such yet, hope to do that in due time.

Anyway, the ORME is said to work within you, I'm not saying it works or not, but I will not discard it until I try it myself (with more research and review on whether its safe first). Remember the only truth is experience.

In the 50's, people were using LSD to stimulate the mind. You know in the past drugs was not illegal, until the government found out that people were tapping into the other dimension, and started to regulate it. Kids as young as 7 was using it. Drugs is surprisingly not bad for you, if you do your research into the past, you will find that there is no scientific proof that drug has any negligible effect on the body. Of course if you overly used or misused anything that has benefit, it would be a double edge sword. The only bad part about drug is, if you have an emotional swing, weak minded, you would experience what they call a bad trip. All the media spin on drugs being bad, are mostly disinformation, brought on by governments and elites who govern them. Here is the video on LSD, which was discovered by Dr. Hoffman, he himself did alot of experiments and said that there is no negative effects. I for one had in the paste, been involve with drugs, and had bad trips. I thought it was the drug that was damaging my brain, but as time went by, I found out that it was my emotional swing that cause all the bad experience I had. Fluoride on the other hand is bad for you, because it is poison. But that is completely another subject.

Sorry for getting off track here, but what I'm trying to point out is that there is more than one way of enlightenment. If there are hundreds of flavored ice cream, there should at least be more than 1 way of spiritual enlightenment that works great. Its like getting from destination A to B,C,D etc. You could walk, you could run, you could drive, you could fly, and you could even teleport(if the mind is strong enough)? Anyway, looking at the example, which is more effective? You could still view the neighborhood/city/landscape, and experience the surroundings, with the other methods, just as good as walking. For instance, you could run slower/jog, or you could drive slower, or fly slower, and still experience it all. Actually you would get a totally different view with flying, still wonderful in its own way.

I appreciate your replying, and welcome any point of view. I am open minded (literally, to a certain extent), and would love to discuss this more with anyone who is interested.

Hi all, was wondering if anyone tried Pure High Spin White Powder Gold? I've been doing some reading on it, came across some people who said the Bible stated that someone in the distant past used this and gain enlightenment. They also lived very long, something like hundreds of years old. Can anyone verify this, I am not into religion, nor do I read the Bible.

I read an article on someone who put 24k gold in a glass cup, rap it with foil paper, and put it under 12inch base pyramid, and 2 weeks later, there was a secretion of liquid. This liquid substance was forming around the gold, he ingested it, and said that it was really really sweat, and it made his third eye open like crazy. I'm not done reading the whole page yet, as there are mountains of information on it (too much technical terms for a non chemist). They seem to know what they're doing, and claim that they've been doing it since the 80's. Any insights on this matter would always be appreciated.

P.S. And one more thing, please don't view this as trying to cheat, or taking the shortest route to enlightenment. If you think about it, its not that bad of an idea. Why spend more time training, when you can cut the time in half. Not to mention, lets say if a friend wanted to give you 10million, would you say, " Oh, I don't want to take the short cut to life, so I can't except your gift." Of course not, you would take the money, open some business, that way you would be financial free, and then be able to spend more time on energy/spiritual work (any sensible person would). Also, isn't our main goal is to experience more, so with the shorten time, you would be able to manipulate energy better, you would be able to heal sick people faster, more efficient. You will be able to do more things, faster than you would normally, and experience more amazing results. So I guess it all depends on point of view, I tend to look at most situation, in more than one angle.

Hi Zephyrus, glad you like the video, I can do something like this, but not to the extreme. I can heal with my hands, and I'm trying to create heat while healing. I need a way to prove to my patients( in my case, family, myself, and who ever needs it) that I can manipulate things/matter/energy. I showed my sister the video, and the first thing she said was, only special people can do that... I am not trying to show off in any way when trying to demonstrate that this is real, I am trying to convince them that I can activate chi/energy of their own to help them self heal. Its very difficult to convince someone who's mind is very closed by disinformation by governments etc.

Heres a few forum with free ebook, and mentoring. I havn't tried the mentorship yet, I think there is some cost involve, not sure. Anyway, they teach/provide different type of techniques.

I have already seen this video and although I do not really like ripleys believe it or not (I tend to sway towards the not category) I really do believe practictioners like this exist. and this has already been discussed in many other threads but still maintains its appeal in my eyes. because those practices kinda go like this.....you could master every fighting style and become the strongest but without tai chi (qui qong or nei kung or basically anything simalar) when you grow old all your training will be meaningless. I could go on forever so if you have any questions ask away.

I'm still trying to astral project my second time. I wonder if it is possible to ask the guide/s, once I'm in the astral world, to somehow configure me to be able to astral project at will. I want to ask them alot of question on magic, the ancient civilization, healing, ect. Woohoo, can't wait!

Yeah! Finally I found the clip with the Qi Gong Master who can heal and heat up things. I was looking for this for ages, wonder how long for this to take fruit.

One of the master can use electricity, and heat, awesome!

I have had a board for many years.  Always bless it and use white light.  My guides have talked to me for years via Ouija.
If any wierd stuff comes through, just quit.  Don't put up with any vulgarity, etc. 
I only had problems once, and that was about 30 years ago.

dovelady, can you please tell us a good and safe way to use Ouija board, since you have so much experience in it, also since your able to talk to your guide. Heard alot of people saying that its dangerous.

I made some pyramid power, heard they benefit in many ways, energy, health, growth in plants, better tasted food etc.

dovelady, if i might, I have a few request, wondering if you could ask your guide/s the following questions. 1) What is more important when building a pyramid? Size, angle, measurement according to PHI, or align to magnetic north? Or all? 2) Are they as effective as the experiemnts that alot of people have conducted? 3) What type of crystals are good for energy work, psychic enhancement, healing others, and help with astral projection?  4) What type of crystals did the Atlanteans used, what is the current names for them today?

amen to the swallowing problem btw.. i've had countless potential projections ruined thanks to that! i cant sleep with a high pillow, somtimes i even sleep with none. So i'll try using a thicker one or 2 for when i want to project from now on... great idea thanks!! Also a tip.. i've found that the sinking sensation you speak of, is good to get familiar with, i often think about how it feels and try to induce it in my body which speeds things along when you're trying to relax. You sort of have to 'let go' of your body so to speak.


As for crystals, i've found having a small cluster of amethyst next to my bed hasnt done much for me. Maybe an obelisk, a larger cluster or even a geode might do the trick. Tho i have had some success with a small glass pyramid on my sideboard, in that it helps me remember my dreams more but thats about all i've noticed (so maybe an amethyst pyramid?)

Hey Spawn_Xe, thx for reply, why is my post so lonely? Hehe. Anyway about your experience with the crystal, maybe they are too small, or maybe you haven't charged them? Some people may say crystals are a cause of the placebo effect, but I recall Edgar Cacye doing a reading and mentioning that the Atlantean had used powerful crystal to advance in their civilization. Cacye readings seem to be very accurate, so there must be more than meets the eye.

Maybe you should try to build a pyramid, you can go orchid and buy the sticks, and just saw and hammer them to gether. Very cheap to make.

For the pyramid, there was actually extensive private research done by several if not many folks who are in different background with totally different sets of skills. It is documented in books, that the pyramid, if builded to PHI (or PI), and lined upto the magnetic north, would have alot of benefits to living and non living objects.

Trees and plants seem to grow 2-3 time faster and bigger, food, wine, and water seem to taste better. Theres a few books you can get on amazon.com, called " Pyramid Power" by Dr. G. Pat Flanagan, which talks alot about his research with different size and shape with pyramids. If you want the measurement, let me know, I'll post it.

It is also said to enhance meditation, and what ever is inside a pyramid, in the cellular and DNA level, seems to changed dramatically for the better (like returning everything to its perfect form). He said that its not the material that makes a difference, but the size and aligning it to magnetic north, not true north, which require some calculation.

The pyramid can not be a placebo effect, because I have read a few people in forum and blogs, constructing research on them, and they confirm that it is true. I too will begin to conduct alot of pyramid research on different life forms, and will return here with my findings. I will also buy the energy meter, which is expensive.

Hi all! Wow! That was so weird, and amaaaaaazzzzzzing at the same time. It hit me so unexpectedly. Finally, I think I just experienced my first conscious semi Astral Projecting. I was Lying on bed, with a very high pillow, double pillow actually ( Best way to avoid the swallowing issue so many beginners get. Anyway, back to the story, I was just practicing relaxation on my bed, just letting myself drift away, I was doing this for awhile.

Then I heard people coming home from my parents home. First it was my brother and his family, but I somehow didn't hear their entrance, then I heard my sister coming home, then my parents.

Then all of a sudden boom! Total darkness, and here comes the vibration, then boom! I'm sinking into a dark hole? I then unconsciously ( I guess from all the practice ), tried to get up. I felt the vibration getting stronger, and then the so call "jet engine" noise I keep reading about, came onto my right side of hearing. It was kind of like a boom, but not a smooth one, rumbling so hard and loud. After that I think I projected halfway or fully for a few second, and either the vibration, or sound, or both made me jump back to my physical. When I snap back to my physical body, I felt alot of energy all over my body, and for some reason, it started to float again.

Now, was I dreaming or imagining all of this? It happen so suddenly, so quickly, that I'm not sure what to think, and it is also my first time so I wanted to confirm with all of you who had experience this. I didn't even get to stay out long, whether I actually did projected fully. I probably only projected halfway, since I still could hear/feel the vibration. I had always gotton vibrations in my meditation, sometime strong ones, which reach all the way to my head. But most of the time, I never felt like this with the sinking in the dark hole, and jet engine noise.

The past I had problem with relaxing, for some reason, when I meditate, only half of my body would float. Top half of my body would seem to be more difficult to float nowaways. I guess it is because of the swallowing problem ( anyone having problem with that should try to add more pillow, so that you will be kind of elevated on top part of your body ).

So please comment on any part of this as you wish, and any idea how to improve anything would be greatly appreciated. I hope I will get another conscious projection tonight, woohoo, what an exhilarating experience. Can only imagine what the adventure would be like. It seems that the key to projecting is, like many of the members have stated, is relaxation. However, you cannot relax very well, without fixing the swallowing problem. For beginners like me at least.

P.S. Oh yeah, I was sitting under my 1 1/2 foot base pyramid before this. I'm also trying to build a large copper pyramid, any idea on where I could find high quality copper? I went to Home Depot, Orchid, and private ware house, but they only have a few size, let alone types.

P.P.S. I want to  get some crystal too, I read that Clear Quartz are good as an amplifier/focus, and Amethyst, is good for healing and psychic energy? Any recommendations for crystals? Also how can you avoid paying for cheap/fake, or manufacture crystal? I bought a book called, "The Crystal Bible" by Judy Hall, it had great reviews so I wanted to give it a shot. Ive been doing energy healing through my hands for about a year and a half now.    I discovered I had this ability one day when my body started to vibrate intensely and I could project that vibration onto others.   

A funny thing happened the other weekend that I, nor any receiver I have worked with has experienced before. 

I was visiting my fathers and I decided to introduce them into the world of energy medicine.  My sister was eager to try so I placed my hands 6 inches away from her arm and concentrated.  I meditated for about 5 minutes and I could then feel the vibrations in my arm.  My sister felt the vibrations at about the same time.  At that point my sister said that her arm not only had the vibrations but it sort of felt weightless. 

I shrugged it off as something that she just experienced.  My dad the skeptic then blurted out that he wanted me to try on him because he didn't believe it, although he does have an open mind.   I once again placed my hand about 6 inches from his arm and began to meditate.   The vibrations came quickly and he began to feel the vibrations as well.  Not only that but he said the vibrations shot through his arm and across both his shoulders where he fell off a ladder and had painful nerve damage.   I continued to concentrate and to both our amazement he said his hand felt light.  I kept on focusing and his whole arm began to slowly lift off the kitchen table where he was resting it for me to do the energy work!!  His arm in fact cleared the table!  My father was stunned by all this and is now paying for an energy healer to help him with his ailments!  Something he would never have done!!

I was really surprised by this because I have never experienced this sort of levitation before!  Does anyone know about this type of effect happening while doing energy healing?

I did the same exact thing the other night when I was meditating, trying to astral project, and healing myself. I'm still trying to gain complete control over it. I can do the vibration on both palm as well, its pretty easy, just command your palms to vibrate and send off warm energy. The weird thing is, my palms, when not healing, feels like cold air/energy is coming out or in. I'm trying to emit heat, so that the receiver would not mistaken it as a cold breeze, or your breath. I'm also working on aura sight, because if you could see your aura and energy, as they are two separate things, you can better control the density, strength, heat/cool, and form. I think it would also be a good idea to focus on the FEELING you get when you see those numbers, and learn what the feeling of 'correct' and 'incorrect' numbers are. Also, you could try asking your subconcious mind\higher faculties to associate correct numbers with a color for example... so if you see a number with a feeling of GREEN for example, you know its a correct number.

Thats actually a good idea, I did once with my jade necklace, sorta like pendulum, everytime I pass a number, I started feeling vibration. It turn out I got 3 numbers right, 2 more numbers I felt it, but didn't write it down. At the time I didn't know I was suppose to program it to move left for yes or right for no. There is a free pendulum instruction on this forum, type up in search. I bought a diamond pendulum, still waiting for it to come. But the color idea is also a good one. Thx

When used for divination the pendulum isn't controlled by other spirits, it's controlled by your own subconscious. When you're channeling info from "above" (be it your own higher self or guides) this communication comes to you via the subconscious.

there are a number of people who claim all kinds of unusual things cure cancer. I have no idea if this works or not, I am just quoting it here as it is an interesting story.

Why in the world would anyone pay that much for that, when they can just practice Reiki, and Quantum Healing? I rather depend on myself, because then I would gain the power to heal others and myself, and not be limited by only cancer.

Sunn, I'm trying to do the same, although I have other scars on the face, like keloids, which I'm trying to heal. My palm chakra is so open right now, I can feel the energy flowing out. I have not seen any results on the acne and keloids yet, but it could be because I haven't tried to heal it more than 1 min (I'll try tonight). I however felt myself healing my abdominal pain. I had a surgery years ago, and the pain consist, so now I try this. And I can feel something happening, it sure is healing. Don't lose focus, I think in order for them to really cure your illness, try to heal more than 5 mins, if your palm chakra is open as wide as mine, then it will work. I can't wait till my KR 3 tomorrow, January first I have KR4, and TA1, since Master Stefan said we can do other attunement with Tacyon. Keep me update on your results, I'll be sure to keep you posted. And another thing, don't sweat it too much, just let everything be natural, and try to reach a higher meditation when healing.

Oh yah, I heale my itchy, soar throat before with self-hypnosis. The mind is very powerful, if you know how to utilize it, and be patient.

Another method I'm trying is, building my own 6' by 6' base copper pyramid. This I read will increase in relaxed meditation, and at the same time, restore your energy, and heal all defaults in your body. It is difficult to build however, do to the fact that you have to measure the angle correctly. Buy some books on amazon.com, and research on that. The pyramids also make plants grow faster and 2-3 times bigger. The other difficulty about pyramid is you have to get the placement right, it has to be toward north and south pole, for it to collect energy. There are some people who are selling copper pyramids on ebay.com, however I don't like the big model ones, too expensive. Theres one that is not the right shape I want. These big pyramid can cost from 390-550, this is why I prefer building my own. Although its alot of work, due to welding and cutting etc.. One last thing, affirmation is good too, I also like it when I ask or demand my subconcious or my higher intelligence for help or for more power (Have to be in deep meditation, most effective)..Good luck on your healing, and trust your inner self.

Hey everyone, I thought I might add my experience as well. I just finish with my second attunement today at 10am, having my next one tomorrow (same time). My hands seem to be open quite big, not sure if its because of the attunement or because of my own meditation with and without audio assistant. I feel this air sensation on both of my palms, its a great feeling. I've been attempting to heal myself from illness. So far haven't notice any changed yet, but am determined to continue. Can't wait till the 9th KR. I have many family members with illnesses, which I intend to cure all of them. My brother has a rare skin disease called Psoriasis, which has no conventional cure. My father has ankle problem, and my mother has bone thinning problem. I myself have some illness I want to cure. I'm thinking about completing the KR series, Reiki Master Stefan says on his page, we can do the Tacyon simultaneously with another attunement.

Before KR attunement, I've done self-hypnosis, and tried to astral project. Still trying to astral project, but seems difficult, so I'm trying to increase my energy, and try to control it better, so that I can control my vibrational frequency to astral project. I had in the past, been able to enter into alpha/theta, to heal my sore throat in 2 meditation, in between of 20 mins. It totally healed my itchy soar throat, however it wasn't the intense type, nonetheless it worked. I had open 8 of my chakra port, but only my hand chakra seem to stay open. anyone else have this problem?

Just google it, I use Azureus, but for those who aren't familiar with setting their firewall, try to find something easier to use. P.P.S. Anyone here changed their healing ball to emit heat? I once watch a video of a Chinese Qi Gong master on discovery, he heated up his hands to 2000 f (scientist observe in amazement with their heat sensing tools). He is also a healer, he can also walk on thin Chinese painting paper, and not rip them  .  I'm trying to find that video, but can't seem to find it, anyone come across it, let me know. Thx

What is the movie called? The person that post it, took it off. Although I had seen an old Qi Gong Master burning a napkin with his hands. He also has his own practice, healing people with his hand. They did a show on him on discovery channel. Had all kinds of machine measure the heat, it measure to 2000 F. They couldn't believe it, he also  could stand/walk on thin painting paper without puncturing it, which is pretty much impossible with out the mastering the Qi Gong. Qi Gong is awesome, you can make yourself lighter, or heavy, or stronger in any part of the body. Been looking for that video but can't seem to find it.

Sometimes when I can't sleep, I play with energy around and through me, visualise colors, or crack open my view to other energy levels.  Sometimes I notice my boyfriend's energy, and how it changes as he sleeps.  I don't try to manipulate his energy specifically but we do sleep in a knot, so it's to be expected that sometimes it happens. 

So last night, unable to sleep, I was alternating between clearing and raising energy in my own body, and creating a sort of rushing water cycle or vortex around and through me/us.  Then I immediately switched to visualising colors, and as usual as soon as I let myself do that, my field of vision was flooded with a very pretty purple colors spinning in shapes that gradually calmed down so I could move to blue.  I decided to sort of mentally open up the field to allow my sleeping boyfriend to also join in if he was in any way in a receiving mode, and then simultanously went to blue.  As soon as I did that, I got a very distinct image of this weird lady made of fluff or something, with a very teeny face, tiny little black eyes, tiny mouth, barely humanoid, expressionless, strong, and "dressed" or made of a light blue color, poofy.  No limbs, just poofiness.  It was a little odd and she hung around for a little while just making sure I saw her and sensed her presence, and it sort of took the fun out of my little visualisations so I stopped, tossed and turned for a while, and eventually slept.  As I tossed and turned I noted that my boyfriend slept very still, somehow more still than normal.  He was not awake but he did talk in his sleep (I can't remember what he said). 

I had very weird, tiring dreams all night, right through the alarm, and felt totally unrested in the morning.  Boyfriend felt normal today.

Who might that lady have been?

When your doing your energy visualization, is your eyes open, or are you visualizing with your "minds eye." I'm still trying to astral project, for some reason after all these hemi-sync audio I've been listening to, kind of made my self-hypnosis experience weaker. I use to be able to hypnotise myself into a very strong state, whereby my whole body feels incredibly light, as if I'm actually floating, head to toe. Now only my lower body feels like this, can't get my upper body ( chest, arms shoulders, neck and head to float).

I received mine too. I don't yet feel any change though... Or at least not something huge that I notice. Maybe it's a little easier to do NEW, but I'm not sure yet. I have been wearing the necklace 24/7 and only take it off when showering.

Try to meditate and astral project with them see if there is any difference. I would buy this too, only if it had a return policy. Cause if it doesn't work, you just got swindled. I'm not implying on anything, although it is quite suspicious to not have a policy with all the claims Adrian made.

Suen did you get additional energy boost? Were you able to astral project faster, better? Any improvements besides the bump? More sensitive to psychic senses?
