didn't know how to start a subject about this, so thats my best attempt

then how do you explain the fact that i "felt" an old girlfriend approach my door when i had no clue she was coming over. or text messages i get, i always happen to open my phone as i get one. or when my cousin calls me. i look at my phone, it rings and its him on the other side.

i hate being an empath....on fathers day the family went to a military cemetery...i couldn't stand it...as soon as we went thru the gates it hit me like a tidal wave, all this sad emotion, i just wanted to scream and cry at the same time.

could it be sleep paralysis?

you might get dreams to where your APing, but not...don't let that get you down either...trust me, its the most amazing experience that you will have....at lest for me it wast.

so i put my hands close together, but not touching, then i rotate my hands in opposite directions. move them apart and then close together...it feels like something sticky is between my hands. it feels like i can pull it apart, then it snaps back to place.

i can't see, but i can tell if something bad happened...its werid

and...if i can add something from my own experience...

so i got really drunk last night, and tried weed for the first time...i wanted to see what it was all about...can tell you, its not worth it...anyway...it was only about 4 or 5 hits and i was wondering how long it would stay in my system? and what can i do to get it out faster?

we didn't invade Afghanistan...the terrorist faction that was responsible for 9/11 was there. we went there with Afghanistan's cooperation, thats not an invasion my friend.

searching for buddist temples would be your best bet...at least i imagine it would be.

i know theres a buddist type temple in San Fransico. thought about "Running away" to it...but i can't leave my life behind.

it happened a couple nights ago...


it was me and one of my cousin's in some cabin or shack like thing. he was sitting in an arm chair and said "Hey, lets play 360, put in [Game name]" i said alright, i reached for it, and was like wait....i don't have a 360...i'm dreaming. i thought to myself, i'll see what happens. WAIT no...i wanna control it! so i closed my eyes, thinking...my dream is gonna change when i open my eyes and im not gonna realize im dreaming. as i was thinking that i said something along the lines of me knowing im dreaming. i opened my eyes, and it seemed as time stopped and everything changed...it was still the same but it was graphical(like playing a video game) and not real looking. i still had the game in my hand, i let go of it and it stayed there. i pushed it to my cousin and it floated towards him and smacked him in the face. i jumped in the air and floated towards the ceiling. i went thru it with ease. while i was in the attic i woke up. when i was awake i wished i had tried the dream jumping thing...but hey...always next time!

so i was laying in bed last night, i was on my stomach with my head turned. i had my eyes closed thinking and waiting for sleep to come. out of no where i started to have a sensation of falling forward. i felt my body jerk to brace myself to hit the ground. did i happen to fall asleep and start to OBE or something?

i always wondered that too..thanks!

its one of those things you can't prove or disprove...you either believe in it or not.

it'd be exciting if something did...but yeah...if the ice caps did melt, it wouldn't be enough to kill EVERYONE. if we do get flooded from that, my idea(not a scientist) would be to stay away from the ocean...but thats just me.

so thats what i've been doing wrong...

lately every time i start to get an OBE(wake up in the middle of the night with vibrations and such) the rolling tech. pops into my head so i try it...only to lose concentration cause i physically roll my body out of sleep paralysis 

wow that does sound like what i have, i do have two weird skin growths...i noticed last week their starting to go away. i never had an exposure to an STD, i have noticed that when i pee sometimes it goes and stops, or has low pressure

"Postoperative problem after groin operation."
   - no idea what that means

sometimes i do hear a "pop" when i walk before or after i get the pain goes away.

hmm i need medical insurance and need to go to another doc.
