That's pretty interesting,  I see swirling colors when I close my eyes as well, and everything I look at, when I blink i see an "imprint" of what I saw, and usually more vibrant, against "blackness" where as when my eyes are open its more like slightly transparent colors that pulsate around people and objects. I see swirling colors when my eyes are open too. When you see the lining around people, does it ever change color? does background effect it? Do you see any swirling colors when your eyes are open? And what's nn-dmt?

Usually I see them in rainbow tones, greens and oranges are most common. I see it more if I concentrate on the colors or in bright light/against the sky or a white wall, when the lighting is dimmer and I'm trying to ignore it the colors are much fainter. Hm... I do meditate occasionally, but even if I haven't the colors don't really go away.
Yes with my eyes open they start when I stare at something for a minute or so.

That's the kind of thing that fires me up, a lot of the people that report such things are actually very trustworthy individuals and nowadays it's certainly more than one or two. You phase for a while and you end up having months or years worth of experience. I'd love to see what Lionheart can tell us about this. Is that information on a thread or something?

You also got a taste at some point, and pretty significant if you ask me. Did you notice anything particular about the time you experienced this? Not any particular technique probably but more your state of being, or sleep pattern, your health etc. Or as far as you can tell it just happened?
I know that feel, Lionheart said he saw the people around him age. I heard this one time more, someguy said he lived a whole life on ayahuasca. Can you link the stories you have? (I lost the ayahuasca one, it was on 420chan, I don't think they store their info)

It just happened, 2 out of 3 times of using galantamine I had some pretty sick realitic lucid dreams, this occasion wasn't one of the times I used it I think.
It was at the middle of the night, like 5 am. Dreams later in the morning(7-11 am) , that are forced kind of, tend to be lucid more often but shorter.

I have it a bit, a white or purple glow around someone. More so when I close my eyes and see purple or gold like energy swirling around.
Happened more after meditation and trying nn-dmt.

Lionheart said he had an experience of 33 years ^^

2 times I felt like I was in the dream world for 6 hours, while it lasted only one hourd (or less) IRL.
The second time I was lucid almost all the way through, and I remember being at the end of the dream and saying, well this definitely lasted 6 hours. But when I woke up, it didn't feel like I was there for 6 hours anymore, more like 2 or 3 (while it was one hour IRL).

AAAAAA, have you ever experienced the universal oneness?
It seems unlikely though but I'll await your answer.
If so briefly explain what you experienced.
Have you?  :-)

Ofcourse dreams presumably never in the rtz, but when you go into dreams consciously, with the feeling of leaving the body, you could expect this to happen right.
I think that's what made the whole thing famous, the spying on your friends irl etc. But when ever I project I am always in a dream version of my neighbourhood. I am not necessarily complaining but you get point.

DEA have experiences that are truely in this physical space time continuum, or are you only in dreams that have charactaristics from our world?

I just wanted to say that sometimes, or most of the time, these non-physical beings are the most extrodionary, funny, witty, smart characters.

Well, intent gets the ball rolling in most cases but I believe they do all of the work

When I have had enough sleep (after 7 hours, I have the highest succes rate), I try to sleep again, I wait till I am at the brink of sleep, I ask my guides to pull me out, immediately I get a pulling sensation, I let go and I find myself in a lucid dream.

Cheers.

Published in Nature Neuroscience today: lucid dreams were induced 77% of the time when electrodes placed on the scalp stimulate the frontal cortex at 40 Hertz two minutes after entering a dream.

From what I read, it's safe as far as we know. It's a plant extract btw.

This is controversial, and it shoudn't replace your practice but I had huge succes with galantamine this night, maybe give it a shot http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/welcome_to_astral_consciousness/are_there_supplements_worth_doing-t44392.0.html

6 lucid dreams after 2 hours of taking haha
They felt very real, and were quite intens, I did not have full control, very little control even but I don't really mind that. The dreams were a bit vague though, in story, but solid. This is my first try with this stuff. Make sure to read the guide Volgerle posted before using it though http://www.galantaminedreams.com/how-to-lucid-dream

I can recommend it, 7.5/10

Ofc, this isn't something that should be used as a replacement for your practice but you can only do it once every 3 days anyway.

edit: I normally have 1 or 2, and these happen between 7-11 AM mostly. These all happened 2 hours after taking it 4-6 AM.

Well, I didn't had the motivation to WBTB and make the tea last night. I did get galantamine this morning, which I am very excited about. I also ordered 100mg vitamine b-6 which is suppose to increase dream recall and vividness:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2127013/Want-remember-dreams-Start-taking-vitamin-B-6-eat-lots-bananas.

And I recently also found out about peppermint tea which can make your dreams more vivid aswell.

I'll use them all apart and will report back.

Traditionally a handful is used, people on net recommend either that or 3-6 grams.

So I bought 25 gram of Calea Zachetachichi, I was wondering, how much should I take.
I bought it for 12 euros, which is 16x times more expensive than if I would buy 4 of these in go http://www.ebay.com/itm/Calea-Zacatechichi-Tincture-Lucid-Dream-Inducer-4-Oz-120-Ml-/170928944402?pt=US_Dietary_Supplements_Nutrition&var=&hash=item27cc28b512
But I want to try it out before I buy such a large quantity, anyways, I am planning on doing it in a tea, or maybe eating it if that's possible, I have no capsules I can use btw.

Though tonight, I was shaken and put out of my body, and flew out of my window being held by a hot chick so atleast that's an improvement.

You probably already know most of this, I wrote it somewhere else and I thought it may be of benefit for some.

How to get lucid dreams:

-Put your intent towards, before you fall asleep tell yourself you will become lucid and remember your dreams

-Start Meditation (I'd say 20 min twice a day atleast) and start being mindful (You are more aware in general and this will help in dream state, it will increase your happiness and tons of other beneficial effects)

Sleep 10-11 hours a day if you can (this will really help) (Napping works good aswell)

A dream journal (helps you remember your dreams) (I just write a few key words, you might want to do more)

Now if you really want to improve your LD's A LOT: Everytime you wake up at night (set an alarm if you have to), drink some fresh water to get you awake and meditate for 10 min minimum (this is the hardest part, but it can result in quick results)

After waking up (and preferably staying awake for a bit, especially when in the middle of the night, though this is not the best tactic in some cases), you can try to remain conscious, either by tapping your fingers lightly (fild) or with any other technique, while trying not to move. The philosophy is not to fall asleep, but rather to abseil into it slowly. This can result in crazy sensations, like vibrations, or pulling sensations. (Some try to induce an OBE in this case, but I'd say relax your way into your dream, same thing)

When you wake up from a dream, and you didn't get everything out of it, it ended halfway, and you are still very sleepy, don't move, and relax, or visualize yourself back into the dream.

Everytime you feel like you are in a dream, do a reality check, PINCH YOUR NOSE AND SEE IF YOU CAN BREATHE, look at your hands or in a mirror (you can do this all day if you like, to the habit will happen in dreams aswell, but IMO, it's too much work for too little result)

    Get enough vitamins

+

Galantamine (the supplement that works the best by far and has a really high chance of making you lucid (70-90%)(+ more vivid dreams) http://galantaminedreams.com/ here is a full guide + cheap vendor. Really research how to take it before taking it.

If supplements are your thing, you can also try Calea Zachetachichi (more vivid and lucid dreams) or Silene Capensis (More colourful and lucid/vivid dreams, how ever I heard you need to take long breaks after use). These are the only supplements I found worth using. Some say you need to take choline with your galantamine but Idk, and it's expensive. You may want to research this futher.

Beginners often wake up due to excitement, try to stay calm and just observe. Here are some tips to ground yourself in the dream:
- Focus on your senses, put something in your mouth
- Grab an object and focus on it

To extend the dream when it's starting to fade (the things above could help aswell):
- rub your hands
- Spin around

My guides are usually near, if I can't see them, I can at least hear them.  I might have three guides now.
Yes, I hear them aswell. Sometimes pulling be me out, or controlling the dream, laughing etc.

AAAAAA I've been around far longer than you and ALL of that time projection has been active. If you had 1000+ experiences you'd understand far more. No human can grasp the immensity of the wider reality. Our minds are not even working in the same ballpark. I would suggest you do your best to allow the process to teach you more of what you need to know the next time you are successful.
You can do this easily once aware. Simply pull out of the experience into the void and demand an experience to show you what's required. I hope you can do this simple task. It will yield results that'll amaze you.
At your age I already had 12+ years of experiences and some of these were very emotionally challenging.
Being alone with learning the art and it's extra 'gifts' placed me in some difficulties over the reality of reality itself. Daytime was mundane and nighttime was crazy with it's adventures. Eventually this craziness followed on into the physical world. I mastered it and hopefully can do this until my time is up.
You do have some experience but it's extremely limited, this shows in your posts.
I know you mean well too, which is good to see.
Another 20 years and you'll read these early posts and chuckle.
A tip for you,
Take the wood out of the forest before you light the fire. A simple gust of wind can burn the forest if you fail to do this.

Contemplate from experiences YOU have, not from others. Your perception isn't their perception my friend.
What do you mean go into the void? Fly into space?

Btw, it would be nice if you can do a post on the daytime being mundane and how the craziness followed you into the physical.

I try to dream with my guides all the time, but it's weird:
So I call them when I am lucid, and this one time I was pulled into basement with 2 black children, I asked if it was smart to go on a vipassanna retreat and I got a sentence: 'yes, that buddhist retreat might be good'
This was my first experience, I thought these were my guides. But in the next dream I got a white girl saying I should go back sleep, and walked away. wtf
The third time I got another girl on a bike and she said I should approach 2 big girls on the street, oh yeah such great clear advice.
The fourth time I got a butterfly that turned into a bug.

edit: They were all between 4 and 5

wtf universe

And that illustrates perfectly how even with a strong Intent, things can get messed up.
I am sorry, what are you saying?
