Im doing bodybuilding and 30-45min running every 2nd day. Doesnt help so far.

Im meditating every day for at least 40mins.
Im trying a few weeks, then i stop for a few weeks...and again.
I wrote up my dreams a few months, nothing happend.

reading the whole forum here would last about 10 years or so lol but
of course you can find all the infos you need here.

People had this tools since the beginning of mankind, more or less.
Its the fear that hinders us, its the evolution of the whole mankind,
not from one individual.

There are a lot of reports about what we are and why we are here

people just dont accept this as a reality because theres no "proof" and
it frightens them. So all you can do is proof it to yourself atm, and maybe
spread the word in your jurisdiction (if you want people to think youre crazy ),
but the whole mankind evolution is something different imho.

I liked Buhlman´s books more then Monroe´s. Monroe seems to be sometimes a little confused and
its a bit exertive to read for me. Buhlman seems a lot more clearer to me.

Im an absolutly obe n00b, though im trying since a year or so. But i know why....theres one technique
that "does" work everytime i try it - the rope technique. Its just my lack of concentration that stops
from getting out. But i´d recommend trying this technique (google).

im doing my workout every 2nd day where i also run for 30-45mins.
its totaly balancing for me. everyone should do it

Why im writing this, is because i did the technique to raise the energys through your chakras,
and guess what...i tried the cellphone technique this morning and got vibrations all over the body
(which was never the case on other tries).

I try and try and wonder...of course it cannot work if my energy is too low.

Btw, the author describes how to raise the energy and open up the chakras, but he doesnt
mention to close them again...shouldnt they be closed again afterwards?

Well, to be true. Binaural beats "do" have an impact.
Im meditating since 8 months with "Lifeflow", a mix of binaural, monochrome
and some other stuff beats which do have an heavily impact on my emotional beeing (healing-wise).

I just think they are not that strong to catapult someone out of his body, without
the subject beeing ready for this experience.

Gave the i-doser "out of body" another try yesterday, just fell asleep hehe
