I've had this problem allot, and it was quite simple when I worked out how to do it. Just DO NOT! think about your body, or waking up, or thinking about that your about to wake up. Concentrate on scenery or talk to characters in your dream to divert your attention away from waking up.
I did this and stayed lucid for a long time, until I got a little worried that the lucid state was going on for to long, and that something may of happened to my body. At which point, I forced my self to wake up.

I think your thinking to much into it. If you try rollout like I said, just write something down on paper next to your bed. So when you go back to bed, you can try the technique I mentioned.

Glad I am lol

I've got ringing in both ears, it's called Tinnitus. It's not pleasant, 24 hours a day for the rest of my life. It's usually caused by hearing lose. I have had it for many years, and weather conditions also affect it. Also consentrating on it makes it louder.
I wouldn't use it myself to try to AP.

Woo hoo, I'm 2 star!

Lol disorientated. I 99% of the time use rollout. Some times I don't rollout onto the floor, but instead just keep rolling in body.

Thinking about it now, I'd wished I'd gone along with it.

Can't believe people still talk about this (or am I annoyed I ain't getting any). I have the occasional dream, but I did project in the morning once, and was pinned by a Succubus. (Or did I create it?). Scared the crap out of me, but manged to escape.

I've got 1. I've stoped having headaches, but to be truthful I think it's "Mind over body"
I think their still too pricey, I'd try Aragonite first.

I thought it was important that I typed this. I've suffered with metal illness for many years now (Depression). The easiest way that I can project is when I wake up in the morning to go to the toilet. When you go back to bed consentrate on rocking. Mentally pretend your doing it physically, but not really physically. As your going to sleep, you will feel like your really rocking, and eventually you will roll out onto the floor.
It's also important that you know I do come across a few baddies who want to hurt me, but I know that this is something that I've created. I thought it was important I added this. Also, I've had many good experiences AP, which I've woke up many times very happy.

Problem with dreams is the characters in it don't just come up to you and tell you whats wrong. (And most of the time they make no sense). It's all very symbolic. When I'm dreaming I'm on a train, it means I'm getting some where with some thing. Gangs in my dreams represent society, and nukes represent my anger. (I usually detonate it when some one ticks me off).
You will have to work out what things mean to you in your dreams. Dream journal is a good start.

I've experienced it twice and I agree, it was very frightening for me. On both occasions it caught me off guard.

I projected this morning. I don't have vibrating, or loud jet sound. (I did a few years ago). Only a quiet drowning sound, like and engine. I struggled to get out, but when I did I just kept floating down. I vision was black for about 30 seconds, but then I could see my hands and forarms. This is the freaky bit, they were in black shadow form with black smoke coming off them. I also had claws. (This is the second time I've been in this form). I seen something move in front of me, it also had the same features but with a hood. (like half Reaper, floating). It took 2 swipes at me, as I laughed at it, and showed it the Vs. Not panicing at seeing something like this isn't easy, but when I snapped back to body, I felt the tingling feeling you get from projecting. I've seen these black shadow form creatures a few time, of different shapes and sizes, and now I'm convinced that I'm creating them. My demons if you will.
I've also had nice experiences. I went through my bedroom wall and ended up on a bank of a river in a jungle. (After version being clouded). I could hear the birds singing and felt the cold, from drops of water from the branch I shook. This continues, but I'll stop there.
Your thoughts?

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / WW2 siren
January 07, 2010, 08:04:21
Ever time I've projected I never feel any vibrations. I was dreaming I was in school and got annoyed at a teacher, and stormed off. People where getting in my way and I said some thing scary. Any way I became lucid at this point and started to wake up. I had sleep paralysis and a blood really loud WW2 siren going off. I also heard a mans voice cursing me (couldn't see any thing but I wasn't going to hang around) so I flew straight up. The WW2 siren faded, but I still couldn't see. Just grey but, I would see a glitch of sight here and there.
So A:- why don't I feel vibration when I ain't that experienced, and B:- why was my sight grey or patchy?

P.s  I know the WW2 siren is astral wild life and Robert Bruce puts it.

Athymari is correct, just try to recall the dream soon as you wake up. Even if its a little bit of a dream, just right it down. You'll start to remember more and more of the dreams, and then should start lucid dreaming. Just be patient.

I use to love playing Sonic when I was younger, and my brother forced me to play it through a school night. I remember falling to sleep the next day in a RE class, and was playing it in the dream, it was very accurate to.
Best thing to do is before going to sleep keep saying to your self "I will remember my dreams" over and over, (It works for me). When you wake up, try to recall the dreams straight away and focus on them for about 15 minuets. Do this every day till you start to remember more of them.

It's not that you don't dream, it's because you mind has a fantastic way of erasing what you dreamed.
What I do is after going to the toilet early in the morning, as I fall to sleep I concentrate on rocking. Not in the physical sense, but in the way it feels. You will start to notice it get stronger the deeper you go into sleep. It will actually feel like your really rolling back and forth. Eventually you will roll out of bed. This is the easiest way for me to do it, and I always end up in etheric from here.  For me there is no break in consciousness from doing this technique.
If some one tries this can you tell me your opinions.

Ok, I'll give you an example. I had a dream where I was playing a game of (that thing with a puck, on a board of air), and I was determined to win. She did try cheating and I got a bit annoyed. I did win in the end though, and I was friends with her later.
This dream means to me, the problems I have socializing with women.

I was attacked once again in etheric. A frekin shadow shaped like a dog attacked me while I rolled out of my body. I was stuck to the floor and couldn't move. I snapped back to body a little shaken up. I waited for about 10 minutes then roll out again. And once again it was there, I then proceeded using lightning bolts at it, which seemed to shake it a little. I was then snapped back to body. I then roll out once again but this time it was slopped on floor. I remember running towards it shouting "puppy". It ran off saying "Beware"?
I thought I'd share this experience. Thanks for reading.

I suppose it give me hope. I did believe in life after death before this, but this reinforced my beliefs further. I hope I go there again some day.

I really wish I could explain it better, but words don't come close to what it felt like. I experienced this at the age of about 14, and I never know about APing till I was 19. This is Robert Bruce's quote:-
"This is a warm, abstract world filled with utter peace and infinite love. It is a dimension of pure White. There is no sight or sound perception here other than the all pervading, brilliant White. In this dimension you very quickly relinquish conscious thought and individuality. You cannot think for long once you enter here and there is no need or desire to do so. There is an irresistible urge drawing you into a quiet stillness. It is like being immersed in warm, pure White cotton wool. In this world you cease to be an individual and you become, PART OF THE ONE. You also cease to be male or female. In a way this is like returning to the Mother's womb. You are surrounded, absorbed and assimilated by infinite loving warmth, understanding, forgiveness and atonement. AT-ONE-MENT

Time here ceases to have any meaning. If you enter this world you will never, ever want to leave it, you cannot leave it, until your physical body calls and drags you back. This is the healing, resting place of the soul."
This is very much exactly what I experienced. I hope this helps.

Personally, Robert Bruce and Robert Monroe explained the same place. It was pure yellow & white light, and I was floating there, bathing in it. I was one but was also with many. It's hard to explain. I wasn't male or female, and nothing really mattered. All I felt was a overwhelming feeling of love and understanding.
One thing I don't like is some bashing what I experienced.
#73
It's a bit of a long story at the beginning, and is very personal to myself. I believe it was the buddic by how Robert Bruce explains it, in one of his online books "Treaties on Astral Projection" It fitted perfectly on how I experienced it.

Yes, I think I should of been more exact. I was talking about depression.

I've been to the Buddic plane & never wanted to leave. VERY, VERY, beautiful and peaceful place.
