I didn't say Rugby because it isn't Rugby! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0> It is a brand of football played pretty much only in Australia. The official name is Australian Rules Football and only really shares the shape of the ball with Rugby.

It can probably be described as a cross between soccer, rugby and gaelic football. It is fast and tough and well worth watching. If you ever head on down to Australia I'll take you to a game! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>

Qui-Gon Jinn,

Aussie rules....or 'no rules' as some call it is a brand a football played in Australia. One of the greatest sports in the world but I may be more than a little biased! :)

Look it up...

I find the beach works for me! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>
I find a quiet spot on some rocks overlooking the ocean...but I guess I am lucky here with an abundance of beaches!

In times of anguish, anger, despair, etc etc I always find myself at a beach..even if I dont remember how I got there!

Welcome to Astral Chat! / Sleep disorders.

Hi David,

I have had sleeping problems for quite a long time now. I never used to as a child but as I got older it started. I go through really bad periods of insomnia lasting anywhere from 2 or 3 days to 4 or 5 weeks in which I struggle to get more than a couple of hours sleep a night. I have tried natural remedies with no luck and I hate putting pills into my body so no sleeping pills for me. All I do is persevere and it clears itself up.

I have discussed this briefly with Rob and if I can find his email I will paste it in. From memory it was something to do with restlessness concerning humanity and this time of change we are all going through. Hopefully when the changes are complete we might be able to sleep like most of the rest of the world! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>

Hi kifyre,

I will watch this space with interest. Please report back with your findings... might be worthwhile looking into for the sake of my eyes too! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>

That happens to me all the time. I can just be sitting somewhere relaxed and feel my 'body' spinning and twisting all around. I always just get into it and swing it around some more! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>

Meditation is all about being in the moment. Concentrating 100% on one thing...there are a lot of activities that create that feeling. I used to surf almost every day when I was growing up and for me it was more of a spiritual experience than anything else. Ah, the good old days!

Anyway...enjoy it guys! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>

Welcome to Metaphysics! / End Times?....
April 16, 2002, 02:28:29
I have never really gotten into much about phrophecies and the likes but I used to have a little interest in Nostradamus (spelling?) and was expecting the world to end sometime during 1999 or 2000 I think it was...well not end exactely...just more of a holocaust thing.

I do however believe that the future is not truely set...that is why we have choices...and if enough people choice a path then that path will be the one that gets followed.

If i do however see four horsemen riding past one day however I probably will run inside and start to pray like nothing! hehehe

My advice is to hang in there....
I am struggling through probably the toughest period in my life at the moment. There have been many times in the last few weeks where I thought what is the point...may as well give up...but thinking that doesn't help. Yesterday I nearly became another statistic but the kindness of a stranger saved me!

Just gotta have some faith in humanity and your part in it all...

I'm now mostly ready to face whatever changes are coming! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>

Technology causes us to act as individuals, rather than as a race.

I dont agree with this totally. Technology can be used to create wonderful interactions between people regardless of location, age, sex, race, etc etc. Just look at these forums!

Hey Fenris,

I gotta agree with bitsmart...if you are in a position to help someone then it is happening because it is meant to happen. As long as you help for the right reasons! :)

I am no expert on this but I believe the pentegram is used for protection and ...ummm.... I suppose binding is the word. To bind the spirits and protect the user from them. If that makes sense! :)

On another note...your sig line....I have always said "I am a god...not the god but a god!" Ripped straight out of Groundhog Day but it is a line that has stayed with me! :)

According to some stuff I have been reading we are in the final stages of a 'shift' as it is called. Where humanity will move to the next level. I haven't read much about it or really put much thinking into it but more information can be found at

Hope that helps...

I agree with nightflier101. I think the meaning/purpose of life is to experience. Whether it be good or bad it all adds to our knowledge and I believe this is how we evolve as individual people and as the human race 'collective'!

Hi Tom!

Australia is a great place to live!
Your cat would have to go through quanrantine...but I'm not sure how long that is. 3 or 6 months I think!

Hi Rellik,

If you go to the main Astral Dynamics Page http://www.astraldynamics.com and click on the Download link. There is a download at the bottom called the The Astral Dynamics Workbook (90 Day OBE Program By Brian Mercer). Here is a cut & paste from the site...

"This applies a goal-oriented structure to the knowledge given in Astral Dynamics, in an easy-to-follow day by day program; fully referenced to the relevant pages in Astral Dynamics..."

Go check it out....I found it very useful.

I have only just started using NEW with any regularity and find AH quite good for targeting specific areas. My mind is always running at a mile a minute so to counteract getting restless with only working on one area I have grown an extra two AH's and work on up to four areas at once, i.e. both hands and feet at the same time. If I run into a trouble spot I usually rest two AH's and get the other two to work in joint for a litle while. Initially when working with AH's I had difficulty with relaxing my physical arms but have now got use to having them as seperate entities! :) They can go anywhere and do anything they want and are not tied to motions only my physical can do, so I have no problems with twisty turny movements.

I suppose though, the best thing to do is what feels most comfortable for you. As long as you know the energy is moving where you want it too then use whatever tools work best for you.

Hi Sasser!

I don't know much about the Gateway program although I have had a look into it in the past. I read somewhere a long time ago about Remote Viewing experiments from both the US Military and CIA (I think). They were very interested in it during the second world war / cold war from memory.

The paranoid conspirator in me would think that this is a distinct possibility, but surely some experiments on the program CD's could prove either yes or no.

The skeptic in me would think that this is balony, plain and simple.

I guess there is only one real way to know for sure! But...you never really know who is watching!
