Take up a hobby like clay sculpture/pottery, abstract painting electronic gadgets anything to let out and express yourself. All these things can be done alone to get the most out of them and they don't cost that much to get started.

I'm not sure about the squares but have you seen the threads about the 3D void. Try the search option for it and maybe next time relax into the void move your consciousness into it. I've read of others using it to open many astral doors I myself have been there without thought of the physical body just floating and wait to see what comes next lol usually dreams or blacking out but often visual landscaps, portals open and I move into the picture and become apart of it for a while  them back into the void.

I have gone into the ocean while AP'ing I'm not sure if it was this world or not. But it was a very long oobe flying around above the coast line mostly but when I went into the water I felt enclosed like I had a body but befor that I just "was"...consciousness. The water was very interesting as the sun filtered down although shallow around 10 foot under I just floated above the bottom looking around at the sea weed. After a short while I preceived a presence coming towards me so I left the water and flew some more above it then blackout.
It was a great filling and hope to do it again soon []

Just adding a bit to what Risu no Kairu replyed at the top of every forum page, open the link: important atral pulse news read about the avatras in there as well as they have to be around a 64x64 pix size and Nick has a few great avatra links if you use the search tool to find them. You can of cause make your own  avatra with a scanned picture saved on your computer to resize that open it any photo programe click on the properties and change the pix's setting. I spent way to much time playing around with my avatra but it was lots of fun []

Athios your idea could be put into practise . During the rem cycle the eye movements could be detected by a modified eye band, night cap ..what ever you call thoughs eye things to keep out the light so you can sleep better [:I] [] anyway a small shock to the wrist could promt you to look at the time in a dream, just as an example  but it wouldn't be that costly or hard to make hmmm I've got the copyrights everyone  L.D.T  lucid dream tripper lol "This time it's Lucid"

Going with what FRedhedd posted I've read on other posts that you could move this vibration, energy up and down your  body stimulating all your chatras' relax into the filling and make it pulse faster and faster up and down until you excite. Observe the journey  passively have the intent,end or destination in mind but not anxiously contend for it. Was it after someone told this might happen or did you read something about it first then it happened to you.
The subconscious  is a powerful antenna transmiter thats why I usually avoid reading about neg's altogether....the topic sounds familiar have you posted about it in the recent past!
