Shawn, I'm not sure if it's really aura what I see around my fingertips,  but I suspect it might be the etheric part of it. The reason why I think it't aura, is because it moves and changes when I move my hands. There is also connection between fingers when they are close together, it's like there are milky lines going from one finger to another.

This works also in 3d, I mean if you see the lines, and move your hand a little bit towards the monitor, while the other is moving towards you the connection can be seen to follow the fingertips.

Yes, definetely. I'd say that school is the place where societes normes are banged into our heads. You must be good and obedient and sit quietly and do as authority figure tells you, and if you don't then it's detention for you! They raise people to be sheep, the easier they are to control the better. Fashion is one way to tell us what we should like, what is "in". Society also tells us what is real and if you don't agree, then you are ridiculed, or worse put to mental hospital.

As what it comes to learning to like certain things, well sure you can! Is tobacco delicious the first time you try it? What about alcohol? And have you heard phrase: "it's acquired taste".

Well, maybe I went little overboard with the paranoia, but not much!

I think that drugs affect the filters in our brain, and so they let us "see" more than is usually available to us. Or they might loose our astral body slightly which could also have similar effect.

Now, even if this might seem a thing to do, if you're after spiritual stuff, I think you shouldn't do it. Why? well, because that kind of chemical manipulation isn't good for you. You could say that drugs promise you heaven and give you hell.

Look at at what happens to drug users. All they want, all they need is their next fix. They completely forget this reality and want to live in "heaven", even though heaven can be felt only in the beginning of the drug use. Gradually they need more and more to keep them feeling good, then they need it just to feel "normal" and eventually they need it to stay away from "hell". They take larger and larger doses until it kills them. The only lesson those drug users must have learned in their lives had to be "keep away from drugs!".

From the spiritual development point of view I think that there is not much to gain from them. To be stoned lying down and feeling that god loves you and that you love everything isn't going to advance you spiritually, on the contrary it keeps you from learning, because then you don't live, you just take drugs. The only slightly positive thing I can think of is to use them like shamans do, to help you to make "journeys", and even that can be done without them with practise.

Sorry if it seems like I'm preaching here, this is just what I think of drugs. I can't say I'm talking from personal experience, because I have never taken drugs, but I have heard more than enough of stories about them. Ultimately it's everyone's personal choice.

Don't you find it interesting that there is coding in our cells(DNA?) that determine the rate of aging and deterioration? I wonder if it's natural, or the result of tampering...

Vibrations..well I have had them only once. I woke up from a dream in the middle of them. It felt like I was hooked up to a high power cable from my head and toes and the current was humming/buzzing through me. It was very strong electrical sensation, but it didn't hurt. I was lucky to know what it was, otherwise I would have surely thought I was going to die..

KP, I know that feeling. I think most people think nothing non-material is real, so why bother with something that isn't real, right? They also might think that beliefs of all kind are same as living in the dark ages, and surely he/she is beyond that!

I believe that different people are also at different stages of spiritual development which determines their interests.

I usually "feel the ground" before talking about these things with new people. I start by asking something like "Have you ever had deja vu?" or "Has anything strange ever happened to you?", and see if there is any interest in metafysical. If not, then it's pointless to continue, they will only think I'm looney(which I might be!) Usually if people have had somekind of freaky experience, then they are more open. Face it, if you have never had any weird experiences, then it's hard to believe in any of those things.

Yes, if all people were interested in these things, that would mean that earths population would be more advanced spiritually than it is now. This would lead to the fact that things would indeed be very different here. Sadly, we are not there..yet!

If this is true, then it means we have a full proof method of inducing OBE! [] Now we could also prove that OBE isn't just in our minds.

Just put a obstacle next to lying person and a piece of paper with a number to the other side of the obstacle. Then press the "eject" and the candidate can float out to read the number, shout it aloud, come back to body and amaze the audience!

The only time I've managed to get part of me "out", was years ago when I was lying on my stomach with my arm under the pillow. The arm started to tingle, and after awhile I tried to move my fingers. They moved with very little effort, in fact it felt like they were weightless. So then I decided to see was I really moving them. So I glansed at them and moved them at the same time, and what I saw shocked me. My physical fingers weren't moving at all, but when I raised my middle finger, I saw my astral finger coming out of the physical one. So there I was looking at two middle fingers at the same time. They looked exactly the same. Well, I freaked out a little, and began to rub my arm, so that my astral fingers would reintegrate with my physical ones. And so they did.

So to answer your question, no it was not hard to move my astral fingers at all, it felt more like someone was pulling my fingers when I was moving them.

Hello my dear magicians, [)]

I have few questions about spells. I haven't tried any spells, mainly because I fear that casting spells will draw negs to me or that negs participate in carrying out these spells, which would end up me being  in dept to them. And that is unacceptable!

I remember reading somewhere that some dude picked up automatic writing and came in contact with some spirits. Then the spirits did him favours, gave winning numbers and the like, but when he wanted to get rid of them, it wasn't that easy. They started to bother him, because he was "in dept to them". I know this wasn't magic, but could this same sort of thing happen when doing spells?

So correct if I'm wrong, but is there any danger in doing spells, and what kind of  spells are "safe" to do?

powder, I think to say that we live in hell is little over the top, but not much.

I think that most of this forum's members agree with me when I say that things are really screwed here on earth. And it seems that they are not getting better in the near future. Some say that this is because we are nearing a threshold in consciousness and before that threshold is reached, things will get really chaotic because this old "screwed" system will fall.

You make it sound like evil is substance like liquid, and you are thinking whether this substance is totally black or can it be in different shades of dark. Well, I believe that people are all beings of light and we can just be "lost" if we seem to be bad. But on the other hand a demon is in my opinion a totally, purely evil entity, all black with no desire whatsoever to become good, just like we have no desire to become evil.

I think you are right on that one, that on this 3d material world, it might be impossible to reach extremes. But hey, this 3d thing is not all there is.

Yes, fear is good in some cases. Look at a little child. It has no fear, and so parents must make sure he/she doesn't hurt himself. But fear can also be bad, when it paralyses you in a situation when action would be the thing that saves your life. So there is two sides on this also.

Robert Bruce mentions in his book similar experiences. He concluded that it was negs way to distract him. Try leaving night light on for the children and maybe some soft music, maybe nursery rhymes. That should make things more difficult for the negs. (If that's what happening in your home also).

Good topic, you might think it's easy to label good and evil, but on closer examination, it's not so simple. Here's what I think.

Good and evil are opposing forces and one couldn't exist without the other. The universe is complete and couldn't function if one is taken away(ying-yang). Think about it. if there was only evil, nothing would last very long, because evil is predatory in nature and it only looks out for itself. On the other hand if there was only good, then there would be no driving force to evolve and things would stay the same, or begin to wither, and that wouldn't be any fun!

Evil is also defined as "sin", or not doing the God's will. This brings us to the question, what is God's will? This alone could be one whole topic, so let us assume that God want's us to learn and evolve, to reach higher toward him. So sin, or evil would be not to do so, or to hinder others from doing so.

As you could imagine, there are a lot of ways to hinder other peoples evolution. All manipulation which is there to keep people quiet and from asking questions surely fits this category. And on personal level inactivity itself could be considered evil, if we do nothing to better ourselves spiritually.

I believe I'm a being of light (and I hope you believe it too about yourself!) and my ultimate goal is to become pure light by raising my spiritual vibration until all there is is light, at which point I will become one with God at the highest level. So I'm on the "white t-shirt team".

However about the other side I'm not sure..
As I see it there are two possibilities:

1. It might be that all evil entities are just lost souls, who will see the light one day, and join us on our path to heaven. This implies that path of light is the only right one for everyone and that God is ultimately good and that duality only manifests in his creation, in this universe.

2. There might be a "black t-shirt team" whose goal is to become pure evil and their ultimate goal is to merge with that aspect of God. This possibility brings us to the uncomfortable realisation, that God is not only good, but there is equally strong evil God, both just different sides of the same coin. I mean there still is only one God, but "He" has two sides in Him.

I think that considering there being such strong and purely evil entities as demons, it's unlikely that they will one day "see the light" and turn to the other side(there also might be much stronger evil entities we know nothing about). So I'm starting to believe in number two.

Which one do you belive is more likely?

I must agree that adrenalin rush is very different than vibrations. I've had both once(that I can remember), and both were strong sensations.

Here's the occasions:

The adrenaline rush happened when I was lying on sofa in my grandparents house few years ago. There was this baby, maybe three years old and he went to the dogs meal cup. At this point I wasn't aware that there was any danger, I was just sitting there very relaxed.

What happened next was very fast. I heard the dog growling in a very hostile manner. At that instant I felt and heard a very strong whoosh-sound/sensation, this made me feel incredibly strong and I felt like I didn't have ANY fear whatsoever. I felt that I could have taken any adversary with no fear of hesitation. [}:)] It was an incredible feeling. I immeadiately "flew" to the dog ready to protect the baby. Fortunately the dog was only giving a warning, and nothing else had happened. Only then I came to realise what had happened, it was that fast. The most incredible thing about this was the speed in which I changed from relaxed state to FULL combat readiness. And I mean full, I have never before or after felt that kind of power in me.

The vibrations happened one night when I was dreaming. In the dream I suddenly had a strange feeling that something strange was happening. I then found myself on my bed lying on my side, while the vibrations were buzzing/humming though me. This felt like there were these high voltage power lines attached both to my feet and head and then I was being electrocuted. It didn't hurt, but I really did feel it very strongly. I was fortunate for me that I knew what was happening so I didn't panic. If I didn't know about it, I would have surely thought I was going to die. I managed to get partially out of body, but started dreaming soon(or slipped to astral, hard to say).

So there, my experiences with these phenomenon. Both strong, but very different. To summarise: Adrenaline rush is quick whooosh feeling, which is not electric in nature. Vibrations are steady, ongoing buzzing/humming sensations with very electric nature.

Someone wanted an intelligent point of view to why I believe/don't believe in god. This idea is from online book, but I modified it a little.

So here goes:

Do you believe that a house can built itself without any help? Even if we provide boards and windows and all that is needed and put it in a pile and waited, would the house built itself? What if we waited for a very long time? Would the house built itself?

If your answer is no, it wouldn't, then why is it so?

Doesn't the house need planning, intelligence to imagine and create the house, before it can be built?

And if so, then which is more difficult to create from scratch, a house or a living being? (and I said from scratch, so there is no DNA to begin with, all that must be created).

So, if you think that life is more difficult to create, then do you think that life came to be by itself, if even as simple thing as a house can't just be there one day?

So, what do you think, which is more likely. That there was/is something that designed life and then created it, or do you think that universe and life itself just popped out of nowhere. Which do you think is more logical?

Ok, that was basically the reasoning in the book. I haven't myself seen or heard God or any other higher spiritual beings, but I have seen my mom's astral body, so I know there is more to this reality than material world. And yes I believe that there is God in some form. And I don't mean that some alien who can levitate is god, no way. God is the ONE who created this universe and our souls. Our bodies may be genetically engineered by aliens, but that doesn't make them gods, because we are not our bodies, we are souls.

I think that we are parts of God, like drops of a ocean, on our way to realise what we really are.

Well, as I understand it, ascension is part of our natural spiritual evolution. When we reach certain level of spirituality or learn the lessons of current "level", then we naturally ascent. It is said that our whole planet and everyone on it are on a threshold of ascension to 4th dimension from our current 3d experience. And I've also heard that our solar system ascents, our galaxy ascents, everything learns and evolves higher until all there is, is THE ONE!

So how to ascent more quickly? Live and learn, I quess. Don't do the same mistakes again and you should be on the fast track to the next level! Ok, seriously, why would you want to ascent more quickly?

Isn't the journey more interesting than arriving to the destination? I think we should enjoy ourselves right here and now, because that's all we ever really have. So that when we arrive "home", we won't have to look back and think that we could have done things differently, or regret some things that we should have done, but didn't because we were in a such hurry to get there.

So live now and let ascension come in it's right time.

PS. You can always meditate to make your connection to your higher self or whatever it is inside us, more strong.

Hi, I read this thread few hours ago and thought to myself "Well I've seen numbers 3:33 awful lot lately, but maybe it's just a coincidence, I won't mention it here".

I just looked at the clock and guess what: 13:33. And I don't look at the clock all the time. I don't even wear one.

So maybe there is some significance in this phenomenon...I heard somewhere that there is this law of syncronisity or something operating here. Maybe this is related to that.

Sorry to hear about your problems. Have you read Robert's Practical psychic self defense, there is a lot of good countermeasures which you can use to make negs life more difficult. Few pointers:

1. Use sound. Uplifting music like classical and especially nursery rhymes have strong positive effect, and negs hate those. Negs like silence so you should keep some backround music playing while sleeping. Use earplugs if the music is a distraction.

2. Use incense. For instance garlic has a odor, which negs don't like. Eat it and/or put it around your house.

3. Use water. Running water around or under your bed is a strong neg repellant. Crossing running water can drop the neg completely if the attachment isn't very strong. Showering also helps. Sprinkle holy water around your house.

4. Use light. Keep light on for the night. Maybe a bedside lamp. Negs like darkness

5. Pray. Ask God/Jesus/Beings of light to protect you.

6. Change your life to more positive direction. Usually there is something that draws the negs to a particular person. That might be alcohol abuse, or some other negative aspect. I'm not accusing you of anything, but this is something that some people need to do before negs start to look for greener pastures.

For more effective result,use as many measures as you can simultaneously. I hope you can ease your situation using these pointers. Don't let them beat you!

Hi there,
you are not going crazy, but you could be, if you don't keep yourself grounded. I believe that there are a lot of people in mental hospitals who are just sensitive and "floated away with fairies" because they didn't keep themselves grounded. So I suggest you don't do the same mistake.

There are a lot of methods to keep oneself grounded. Eating heavy foods, physical exercise, hugging trees, walking barefoot on grass ...I personally like physical exercise because it also releases endorphins, which gives you a nice relaxed feeling of wellness. This helps to overcome sadness, which might be what you are experiencing because of your visions.

You also said that God talks to you. How do you know it's God? I mean there are a LOT of non-physical entities out there who can claim to be God. And if one claims, then one hardly ever is. And why would God show you images of horror to which you can do nothing? Think about this. Does he want to scare you or prove you something. Do you think God would need to do that sort of things. ALWAYS.. I will repeat..ALWAYS use your own mind and NEVER do or believe anything blindly if some voice says so.

As to your vision of your death..we are all going to die, but that's just the ultimate OOBE. We are not physical beings to begin with so that which awaits us is much closer to home for us than is this reality. Don't start waiting for your death as you saw in your vision, because then you start creating your future in that direction. I believe as kakkarot does, that future is not set in stone, and you saw that yourself when you saved your fried. So stop being afraid of the future and live today as fully as you can.

I believe you are sensitive person, and some negatives are trying to make you scared. Don't let them. If they bother you tell them to leave and come back only if you call them. If they are "good guys" they will obey, if not, they will start making up some excuses like "I know what's best for you, I'm your God!" or something like that. If that voice really is from higher source, then it will respect your choice and free will.

Also try to find like minded people to whom you can talk, really talk about these things. They are rare, sad to say, but you could be lucky and find someone. It's useless to talk about these things to someone who is not interested. They will just think you are "unstable". When talking to someone try to feel the ground before you get to heavy stuff. You could start by asking something like "Has anything weird ever happened to you?" and go from there. If they have had unusual experiences, then they are more likely to believe in these things.

I hope this message gives you some comfort and helps you on your journey. Remember, you are the creator of your destiny, no one else.

I also suggest using music, according to Robert cheerful, uplifting music creates uplifting atmosphere, which is poison to the negatives. Robert suggests classical music or nursery rhymes. Also light is a good repellant. Incence is also mentioned(eg. garlic). Of course combining these is preferable.

So when you go to sleep, leave at least small bedside lamp on(which you have done already) and play some music silently(not heavy music!) You could also throw some pryer in, ask sincerely from your heart that beings of light will protect you. Put some emotion behind this request and it will be heard and then KNOW and FEEL that you are protected.

have you talked her about this, and if so, does she have this remote sex with you at the same time.

The reason I ask is that if you just assume you are having sex with her, and she is not "the partner", then what you are experiencing might be an entity called succubus, which feeds on sexual energy.

Succubus usually takes somekind of appealing form, so that people would be more likely to have sex with it. It causes massive arousal and orgasm, and then feeds on this energy. Well, I guess you could call it a "sexy leech".

Sorry if I sound negative, but I wanted to warn you, because if it's succubus, then you should get rid of it, because it could make you ill by draining your energy.

So if you haven't yet asked her about this, do it!

One way could be this: try sensing your physical body...this might end it all, but is worth a try.

Another chinese pressure point thingy that might work: rub your temples in circular motion, and use some force so that you can really feel it. I don't know if this works, cause I don't get headaches ( I know I'm blessed).

Reiki is a healing system, which was originally found by Mikao Usui, a Japanese man. You don't learn reiki, it is passed to a student in an attument where you are permanently linked to this infinite source of energy.

There is usually clearing period after the attunement, but you can treat self and others right away after the attunement. What energy reiki fundamentally is, I think nobody really knows. Some say it is the same as Chi of Ki, others say that it is higher in vibration. I've heard that when already gifted hands on healers have taken reiki attunement, they have stated that the energy is different. But that is of course subjective.
