Hello Maryann,

When someone has little or no experience with a topic of anything like Astal Travel, Hypnosis or anything else then that person is Ignorant of the topic.

I've been doing hypnosis for many years and my Instructors are Psychologists with PhD's and Master Degrees in the topic.

I learned hypnosis on my own 8 years ago, and then decided to go the school and to received the right training.  I found out that I really didn't know that much about it until I was a trainee.

Yes I can help you to achieve a Hypnotic State in a simple yet Advanced technique.

Holy Reality, you have to know at what level of trance your in there is Hypnoidle, Light, Medium, Deep or (theta) which is hypnosis, Esdail State, Canatonic State, and the last is Ultra Depth or Sichort State.

When in a light trance or medium you have to give yourself a suggestions many times for it to go deep into your Subconscious, In a Somanmbulistic state or Deep Somnambuism you can say a suggestion to yourself 1 to 3 times and then doubling or tripleing the suggestion in the mind like the body. Then say the suggestion will go 10 times deeper with each count from 1 to 3 or 1 to 5

Thats like saying the suggestion thousands of times but only saying it just a few times. So here is the Script. Try it and let me now how it went.  Dont rush it just let it happen.

PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION
(supine)


Speak slowly and pause between instructions.  Have your subject(s) lay in a comfortable
Positioin.  It is recommended to have the knees raised up to avoid unnecessary strain of the back muscles.  A small pillow under the neck to help give support to the neck is also beneficial.  Be sure that any tight fitting clothing is loosened and jewelry removed during the relaxation.  Lighting should be lowered and to deaden the sound of outside noises, soft background music complementing your session could be played.  Please do not say "SLEEP" during the progressive.  When bringing the subject(s) up, do not us the word "AWAKE".  (This is a camouflage method of hypnosis).  Remember, to avoid the word hypnosis at all times.  The wording is as follows.

Close your eyes and keep them closed until I ask you to open them.  Now I want you to take a deep breath, filling your lungs up completely and then let that breath out slowly...Now take a second deep breath and let that out slowly also...Now I want you to take another very deep and comfortable breath filling your lungs up completely and this time hold that breath...(long pause)...Now let that breath out very slowly and already you can feel your body begin to relax...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow ALL the way DOWN to your feet, just feel your feet becoming very comfortable and very relaxed...If you don't feel it in your feet right away don't worry about it, for it will gradually catch up to you...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow from your feet up into your ankles...from your ankles up all the large and small muscles of your legs to your knees...from your knees up all the large and small muscles of your thighs... into your hips...from your hips into your abdomen and with each and every breath that you exhale I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

Now let that wonderful feeling of relaxation flow right up into your back...just let all of those large and small muscles of your neck relax...as it flows right up into your shoulders...over your shoulders...and down deep into your chest...such a wonderful feeling, just going DEEPER and DEEPER...as that relaxation flows down all the large and small muscles of your arms to your elbows...from your elbows down to your wrists...into your hands...all the way out to your fingers and with each and every breath that you exhale your body just keeps right on relaxing deeper and deeper...


Now let this wonderful feeling of relaxation flow up into your neck...feel all these large and small muscles of your neck relaxing...flowing right up into your head ...over your head...and DOWN into your brow...all the muscles around your eyes, relax...Now if you have your teeth clenched, just unclench your teeth and your body will relax much more...just let your jaw sag and all the body muscles will go loose and limp as a RAG DOLL as you go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

As I count from one down to three I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this beautiful relaxed state...so one...deeper and deeper...two...more and more relaxed...three...very deep, very comfortable and very relaxed...with just pleasant, contented thoughts going through your mind and marvelous feeling going through your body, and your whole body is giving in, letting go...you're warm and comfortable...relaxing deeper as all the sounds around you send you deeper...any sound that you hear sends you even deeper...the sound of my voice sends you deeper...

So, as I keep on talking you just keep on relaxing deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...with each breath that you exhale, you go deeper...the beat of your heart sends you deeper...any and all sensations that you experience send you deeper...with each thought that you think you go deeper and deeper...DOWN into a wonderful deep relaxed state...just feel your muscles loose and limp as a RAG DOLL...

Now again I will count, but this time I will count from one down to five and as I count form one down to five you will allow your body to double its relaxation...So one...your relaxation is slowly starting to double...two...your relaxation is doubling more and more...three...you're very comfortable and relaxed...four your relaxation has almost doubled...five your relaxation now has doubled completely thoughout your whole body...from the top of your head to the tip of your toes all the muscles in your body have relaxed and doubled their relaxation...you feel so relaxed and comfortable that all of your muscles are going loose and limp as a RAG DOLL...

Now again I will count from one down to five...and as I count...from one down to five...this time the body will triple its relaxation...one...relaxation is starting to triple...two...relaxation is tripling more and more...three...you are very comfortable...very relaxed...four...relaxation now has almost triple in the body...five...relaxation now has tripled in the body...from the top of your head to the tips of your toes...all the muscles have relaxed...doubled their relaxation...and tripled their relaxation...

All the muscles are loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ... all the nerves are calm ... relaxed ... all the body tissues are rejuvenating in this wonderful relaxed state ... just sinking DOWN ... just letting go ... deeper and deeper into relaxation ...


Now again I will count ... but this time from one down to ten ... and this time as I count from one down to ten ... your mind will relax as your body is relaxed ... and with every count your body will double the relaxation it has at that time ... one ...your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... two ... your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... three ... the mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... four ...
samething ...five ... keep right on going ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ...ten ...
your mind is completely relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body has doubled its relaxation many times over ...

You don't care what day it is ... you don't care what time it is ... you don't care about anything but how good you feel ... how wonderful you feel ... going deeper and deeper relaxed ...

Now I want you to go even deeper ... still deeper ... so this time double the relaxation you have in the body right now ... and when this is doubled I want you
to try to say "A" ...it only takes a few seconds ...you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... you don't even feel like saying "A" ...but now I want you to go deeper yet ... still deeper ... and when it is doubled ... try to say "B" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... that you don't even feel like saying "B" ... but now I want you to really let yourself go ... just as though you were on a spiral sliding board ... just sliding on DOWN to the basement of relaxation ... so again double the relaxation you have in your body at this time ...and when it is doubled then try to say "C" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed that you don't even feel like saying "C"...

So jusk keep on sinking DOWN deeper and deeper ... as I keep on talking the body just keeps right on sinking DOWN ... deeper and deeper ... into a wonderful...deep state of relaxation ... where the mind is passive ... and you feel wonderful ... where your arms are heavy ... where your legs are heavy ...very heavy ...very comfortable ... heavy feeling ... the arms and legs are so heavy, so comfortable, so relaxed that when I ask you to lift an arm or leg ...you'd find that they are so comfortable, so heavy, so relaxed that you don't feel like lifting them ... but nevertheless I want you to try to lift your left leg ...O.K. stop trying ... let it relax it feels so much better resting where it is ... it's so comfortable and you feel so good, so wonderful and so relaxed...

You find that from now on your self-confidence is building up stronger in every way
... you feel so good, so comfortable and so relaxed ... you find now that you will only think positively ... and by thinking positively you will be able to work your way through challenges that life may bring ... you find that now you will have a feeling of concern for each challenge you encounter ... and by being concerned you will have clear thinking and good judgment ... you will be able to accomplish so much more than ever before ... just going deeper and deeper relaxed ... very deep, very comfortable, and very relaxed ...

All the muscles are loose ... limp ... as a RAG DOLL ... all of the nerves are calm
... relaxed ... the mind passive ... clear ... now you find that you have complete control of all the nerves in the body ... complete control of the whole nervous system ... you will remain calm and confident at all times ... your blood flows freely throughout your body carrying fresh new oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body ... to every minute part of you ... as you go deeper into this relaxed state  
... and because you have complete control of all the nerves that are in your body, your body, your blood pressure will remain normal ...

You find that when you go to bed at night and there is nothing else you want to do ... you will close your eyes and immediately go right to sleep ... you'll sleep in a wonderful, deep, comfortable, relaxed sleep where nothing or no one will disturb you unless it is an emergency ... if an emergency arises, you'll be physically and mentally alert ... wide awake ... able to take care of the emergency and then go back to bed and immediately go to sleep ... waking up the next morning at the time you desire ... with an alert feeling, an ambitious feeling, a wonderful feeling ... for the body will be rejuvenated, refreshed, satisfied, and contented in every way ...you will wake up feeling as though you've been up for hours ... feeling so alert ... with so much ambition ... feeling good and wonderful in every way ...

This will happen every day and every night ... and this wonderful good feeling will stay with you every day ... at all times ... deeper and deeper relaxed ... very deep ... very comfortable ... very relaxed ... such a wonderful ...comfortable ... feeling ...so loose ... so RELAXED ...you find that any time I say the words "DEEPLY RELAX" to you ... immediately you will close your eyes and spontaneously go right back into this wonderful, deep, comfortable state of relaxation ... always enjoying it more and more ...

Always going deeper each time I work with you ... and every time I give you these positive suggestions, they will go deep into your subconscious mind ... they will be there when you need them ... every time I work with you it will reinforce all suggestions I have given to you before ... every day in every way you will be better and better, wiser and wise, happier and happier, healthier and healthier, feeling marvelous thoughout the day ...

Yes I do make some money on my hypnosis. I'm sorry that you think all hypnotists are greedy.

When you get a job or going to get a job (Profession) are you going to give all your time for free? No I don't think so you do have to make a living.

I also Do free hypnosis to people that need if even if they dont have money. It's call'd Intend of Good Will.  I also use it to help people to AP in groups for free where I live.

Hi everyone,

Let me begin by stating what I have found in my work with hypnosis in the past three decades.  When pertaining to hypnosis, meditation, guided relaxation or altered states of consciousness, there is no such thing as higher, deeper, up, down, back or forward.  These are terms that have been used in order to assist a person in his or her journey in "experiences in consciousness" and to connect with the higher-self. The person experiencing any of these is always going inward to a greater awareness.  

Your Subconscious Mind is a major part of your higher self;  it is within, not above or below you.  Never expect to go higher or deeper to make this connection.   In any altered state, and hypnosis is an altered state, no matter what anyone claims, you only enter into a more profound level of mind than what you normally operate with.

I have discovered a definite difference between the unconscious and Subconscious Minds.  In my experience, the unconscious is the brain.  It only carries out pre-installed and created programs.  The brain is nothing more than the CPU (central processing unit) for the body.  The Conscious Mind operates the brain through intent and choice only.  The Subconscious Mind has the ability to reprogram the brain when given the opportunity.  This is where more profound states of awareness and hypnosis come into play.

There is yet another part of the higher-self, and this is called the Superconscious.  This is the storehouse or repository for all of a person's past lives.  The Superconscious stores every past life which a person has ever experienced.  The gatekeeper to the Superconscious is the Subconscious Mind of the person living today.  To deliberately access information stored within the Superconscious, Ultra Depth®  technology must be applied.

Ultra Depth® is a system that assists a person in achieving the most profound level of hypnosis ever known, the "Sichort State".  It was discovered and developed by Walter A. Sichort, Sr., more than thirty years ago.  The training in the unique Ramey Hypnotic Staging Process© enables a practitioner to guide a person into plenary hypnotic somnambulism, the Esdaile State (hypnotic coma), catatonic state, and the Sichort State.  This system is the simplest, yet most profound technology used today.  It brings about more in-depth changes within a person than any standard hypnosis technique.

Esdaile State, (hypnotic Coma), the Catatonic State, Sichort State or (Ultra Depth) this levels are past the Somnambulism State.

A person in the Esdaile State experiences general anesthesia without suggestion. The catatonic state produces limb rigidity without surface muscle contraction, which eliminates muscle fatigue and muscle burn.  This is unlike the cataleptic state which is achieved in light hypnosis, where the subject experiences rigidity of the muscles.
A person in the Sichort State produces rapid-eye-movement, or REM as it is commonly called, and experiences extreme time distortion.  REM is not to be mistaken with fluttering of the eyelids, which can be produced in the lighter states of hypnosis.

The person in the Sichort State can produce alpha, beta, delta or even theta brainwaves at the request of the operator while still producing REM.  In the Sichort State, the person may not recall ever being at this ultra-profound state and recall cannot be triggered.  This state enables the practitioner to truly engage in direct communication with the person's Subconscious Mind since the Conscious Mind is no longer aware or focused.  This allows the person to experience far greater benefits from hypnosis.  When the Conscious Mind is aware, it often blocks the Subconscious Mind from providing its special gifts because of fear and ignorance.

The Sichort State is very euphoric in nature and the body's healing process is enhanced from six to ten times its normal rate.  The person will produce REM continuously while in this state and at the most profound point, the Conscious and Subconscious Mind's have completely reversed positions.  It is the ideal state for power naps and self-healing.  This state, once achieved, seems to open up the intuitive senses within a person and amplifies one's gifts and talents.  

Mr. Sichort discovered this profound state while working with his assistant, Mary Borgessi, more than forty years ago.  Later, Mr. Sichort discovered and developed yet another remarkable tool while working with his colleague, Sara Zane.  He called this the "Mind-To-Mind Healing Technique."    This is accomplished by linking the energy of two Subconscious Minds.  Unlike other systems used in hypnotherapy, this one enables the necessary energy that the Subconscious Mind needs to make needed changes within the physical form.

Today we have advanced in the technology of Ultra Depth® and have developed two more powerful techniques - the SkyWalker Technique© and the Ultra Depth® Cellular ReEducation Technique©.  Each has a very specific purpose and unique capabilities.  Information on these two newly developed techniques will soon be forthcoming.  We will continue our research into further development of more Ultra Depth® technologies.

Yes Mind wake, body asleep is a hypnotic state. Once in Theta there is 8 levels of trance in Theta . Hypno-Idle, Light hypnosis, Medium, Somnambulism, Deep Somnambulism, Esdial State, Canatonic State, Ultra Depth.

Question for those that try to go deeper into trance. Please write your insturctions on how to go deeper.  Mine is to double the relaxation with each count from 1 to 5 then tripleing the relaxation with each and every count from 1 to 5.  Then my relaxation will go 10 times deeper with each and every count from 1 to 10.

Then fractionisatiion of eyes 3 times.

Doing this is like counting into trances from 1 to 4,000.  This takes less then 5 minutes with doubling, tripling, multiplying the relaxation 10 times with each count then fractionisation of eyes 3 times.

When I reach Theta (Hypnosis)- (Lucid State) I give myself my KEY WORD so when I say it to myself in my mind I will go back to that same level of relaxation in seconds.

Its very easy to achieve that state in less then a minute when the right technique is used and done. Once done the key word is given. (Deeply Relax) When said to ones self in his mind it will take you to that same level of trance in seconds.

Once there the mind is more awake then before and the body is hundred times more a sleep and you can stay in Lucid State as long as you want.

I read your post:

So OBEs are closer to ordinary dreams than to lucid dreams? I think there's something wrong with that statement since they say consciousness of ego can only act till the brain reaches theta waves and not beyond that, delta.

It means that when you're lucid dreaming you're actually having a lighter sleep than when you're having unconscious dreams?

I guess it would make sense to say that all dreams happen at delta mainly and when you're lucid theta is also playing a big role in the mix of frequencies, and as theta starts fading you begin losing consciousness. That could explain why it can be hard to maintain lucidity for a long period, you either awake or gradually lose it. It would also make sense to say that not everyone experience a 'pure delta state' in which no other waves can be detected, and somehow there can be a consciousness at that state (OBE).

It suggests consciousness doesn't depend on brainwaves, or, if it does, it would be on delta (since without delta there could be no theta, alpha or beta), and if so then comes the question: why does consciousness fade at all?


Correct me if I'm wrong, please, I'm trying to sort it out to understand it better.

The Subconscious or Delta State is a protective state.  Your Subconscious mind accesses billions of information for the Conscious mind.

If the Conscious part of the mind had more input from the Subconscious that overflow of information would put the Conscious into shock.

Think of both the Conscious and Subconscious as a football in an upright position.

The top is the Conscious part of the mind awake and at the bottom is the subconscious during the waking part of the day.

Now as you go to sleep imagine the football tilting slowly towards the right, and as the Conscious part of the football goes down the Subconscious goes up.

When the Conscious part of the football reaches the Middle on the opposite side is the Subconscious at that point one is in Lucid State or (Hypnosis).

As the Conscious part of the football still goes down and reaches the bottom the Subconscious is at the top which is Profound Sleep or (Delta State).

At this level the Conscious mind is inactive to any suggestions or awareness of any external stimulus.

You have to remember that both Conscious and Subconscious is like Ying and Yang.  Once can work with out the other.

Hi everyone,

All this talk about Mind Awake, body asleep and then visualizing two color as Mind and body is a disguise technique or method because its the basic foundation of hypnosis.  

I've been a Practioner of hypnosis for 10 years and you can use a single word that can put anyone in a Deep Profound Trance (Hypnosis) in seconds.

Without every going into Delta Brain Wave which is Sleep. It makes me laugh that everyone is disguising hypnosis as other methods.

Deep trance is not Alpha it is only hypnoidail or light hypnosis, true deep trances is in Theta, in Theta there are several other levels, Esdail State, Canotonic State, and the last is Ultra Deepth or Sichort State.

In the hypnosis class that I attended we practiced the techniques of different levels of trances.  While I was going into trance (hypnosis) I monitored my physical body and it was going to sleep becoming extremly relax'd.

As my Instructor was doubling and tripling my relaxation I was still thinking in my head making notes of what was happening to me.  So I realized that thinking in the process of trances doesn't stop the relaxation and body asleep process.

I stay'd in the Lucid State the whole time.

When I go to sleep it takes me seconds to go to sleep and to go into deep trances with a key word we use in hypnosis. When taught one can relax in seconds.

The stage of Meditation that you are discrbing is HYPNOIDAL or Light Hypnosis. (Alpha Level)Ware one as the feeling of being slightly detached (floating or sinking). All of my subjects or clients go through the same experience.

Some also have the feeling of having to minds one out side of themselfs while still in the physical body.

  (continues REM)              (Sichort).  In the Sichort State the body is
                               completely anesthetized for minor or major
                 surgery.  There is no recall of what has been said or
                 done after coming out of this state, and recall
                           cannot be given back.  Subjects experience complete
            time distortion, eight hours seem like minutes.  The
            Sichort State is, or at least resembles REM sleep,
            but is safer than normal sleep; in any emergency
            subjects will come out spontaneously.

Hi Everyone: Im a Certified Hypnotist!

Did you every try using Hypnosis and go into a Computer Game. I used it on a few of my friends and they love it.

I tell them befor the hypnosis session to play their games. The one that they know quit well. Then they make an appointment with me and in a group session I hypnotis them and they go into their own Compter Game.

When its over we talk about it. The people that go into it the first time can't believe it. They tell the group that they where actually there in the 3-deminsional world and using all their 5 senses.

You can even create new seance or invornments in that same game that you play.

IF you know any good hypnotists in your area ask them about it and try it.

Bio-Feed Back is another name for hypnosis.  But in the Theta State there is levels in that area.  Esdail State, Canatonic State, then the last one in Theta is Ultra Deep Or (Sichort State).

Yes when you Preoccupy your mind on something else, like starring at a candle or washing the dish's or talking a walk, put one in a hypnotic state.  Even watch the TV. going to a movie, reading a book, or driving a car puts a person in a hypnotic relax state.

Hi Graupel,

The difference between the Conscious and Sub Conscious mind is that the Conscious mind thinks with thousands of other thoughts popping in.  It Clutters the mind.

The Sub Conscious mind works more effeciently because it filters out the other non important information.

My Instructor told me that the Two minds the Conscious and Subconscious is like a titor tator a child at one end and a child on the other.  

So lets say that the right left side is the conscious and the right side is the Subconscious.  At the titor tator on the left go's down ( the conscious mind )  slows down to the point that no exteranl information will influence it.  At the same time the Right side go's up and the Subconscious mind becomes more aware.

But what happens when both sides of the titor totar are at the same hight or equal.  Thats where one is in the (Lucid state or Hypnosis).



The Consciousness:  The characteristic of all awareness by virtue of which everthing eperienced by a person from a point of view in the chronological continuity of his mental life.

The Subconsious:  The levle of mind that programs the brain and is able to overried the conscious mind during an emergency situation.  This is where all deep emotions, consciously unkown knowledge, intuition, and unreallized exceptinal strenght reside. This is where the major faculty of hypnosis and any process tath alters the mind are housedl.  It is a sparate thinkng process of mind that can distinguish between truth and falsity.  Its primary function is to sustain life in the body for continuation of the whole self, within the physical.  In this state the Subconscious has no chronological reference of time and space.

I hope this helps.  You can acheive this Lucid state without the process of sleep.  And be aware of your Lucid State.

Here is a hypnosis script that will put someone or yourself into Somnambuism. Its call Progressive Relaxation technique that puts a subject or yourself slowly into hypnosis.


PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION
(supine)


Speak slowly and pause between instructions When you see (...) this in the sentecnes pause for 4 slow seconds.  This give the Subconscious time to take in the suggestions or information. Have your subject(s) lay in a comfortable
position.  It is recommended to have the knees raised up to avoid unnecessary strain of the back muscles.  A small pillow under the neck to help give support to the neck is also beneficial.  Be sure that any tight fitting clothing is loosened and jewelry removed during the relaxation.  Lighting should be lowered and to deaden the sound of outside noises, soft background music complementing your session could be played.  Please do not say, "SLEEP" during the progressive.  When bringing the subject(s) up, do not us the word "AWAKE".  (This is a camouflage method of hypnosis).  Remember, to avoid the word hypnosis at all times.  The wording is as follows.

Close your eyes and keep them closed until I ask you to open them.  Now I want you to take a deep breath, filling your lungs up completely and then let that breath out slowly...Now take a second deep breath and let that out slowly also...Now I want you to take another very deep and comfortable breath filling your lungs up completely and this time hold that breath...(long pause)...Now let that breath out very slowly and already you can feel your body begin to relax...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow ALL the way DOWN to your feet, just feel your feet becoming very comfortable and very relaxed...If you don't feel it in your feet right away don't worry about it, for it will gradually catch up to you...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow from your feet up into your ankles...from your ankles up all the large and small muscles of your legs to your knees...from your knees up all the large and small muscles of your thighs... into your hips...from your hips into your abdomen and with each and every breath that you exhale I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

Now let that wonderful feeling of relaxation flow right up into your back...just let all of those large and small muscles of your neck relax...as it flows right up into your shoulders...over your shoulders...and down deep into your chest...such a wonderful feeling, just going DEEPER and DEEPER...as that relaxation flows down all the large and small muscles of your arms to your elbows...from your elbows down to your wrists...into your hands...all the way out to your fingers and with each and every breath that you exhale your body just keeps right on relaxing deeper and deeper...


Now let this wonderful feeling of relaxation flow up into your neck...feel all these large and small muscles of your neck relaxing...flowing right up into your head ...over your head...and DOWN into your brow...all the muscles around your eyes, relax...Now if you have your teeth clenched, just unclench your teeth and your body will relax much more...just let your jaw sag and all the body muscles will go loose and limp as a RAG DOLL as you go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

As I count from one down to three I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this beautiful relaxed state ... so One ... deeper and deeper ... Two ... more and more relaxed ...Three ... very deep, very comfortable and very relaxed ... with just pleasant, contented thoughts going through your mind and marvelous feeling going through your body, and your whole body is giving in, letting go...you're warm and comfortable...relaxing deeper as all the sounds around you send you deeper ... any sound that you hear sends you even deeper ... the sound of my voice sends you deeper ...

So, as I keep on talking you just keep on relaxing deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state ... with each breath that you exhale, you go deeper ... the beat of your heart sends you deeper...any and all sensations that you experience send you deeper ... with each thought that you think you go deeper and deeper ... DOWN into a wonderful deep relaxed state ... just feel your muscles loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count, but this time I will count from one down to five and as I count form one down to five you will allow your body to double its relaxation...So one...your relaxation is slowly starting to double...two...your relaxation is doubling more and more ... three ... you're very comfortable and relaxed ... four your relaxation has almost doubled...five your relaxation now has doubled completely thoughout your whole body ... from the top of your head to the tip of your toes all the muscles in your body have relaxed and doubled their relaxation ... you feel so relaxed and comfortable that all of your muscles are going loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count from one down to five ... and as I count ... from one down to five ... this time the body will triple its relaxation ... one ...relaxation is starting to triple ... two ... relaxation is tripling more and more ... three ... you are very comfortable ... very relaxed ... four ... relaxation now has almost triple in the body ... five ... relaxation now has tripled in the body ... from the top of your head to the tips of your toes ... all the muscles have relaxed ... doubled their relaxation ... and tripled their relaxation ...

All the muscles are loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ... all the nerves are calm ... relaxed ... all the body tissues are rejuvenating in this wonderful relaxed state ... just sinking DOWN ... just letting go ... deeper and deeper into relaxation ...


Now again I will count ... but this time from one down to ten ... and this time as I count from one down to ten ... your mind will relax as your body is relaxed ... and with every count your body will double the relaxation it has at that time ... one ...your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... two ... your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... three ... the mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... four ... same thing ...five ... keep right on going ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ...ten ... your mind is completely relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body has doubled its relaxation many times over ...

You don't care what day it is ... you don't care what time it is ... you don't care about anything but how good you feel ... how wonderful you feel ... going deeper and deeper relaxed ...

Now I want you to go even deeper ... still deeper ... so this time double the relaxation you have in the body right now ... and when this is doubled I want you
to try to say "A" ...it only takes a few seconds ...you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... you don't even feel like saying "A" ...but now I want you to go deeper yet ... still deeper ... and when it is doubled ... try to say "B" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... that you don't even feel like saying "B" ... but now I want you to really let yourself go ... just as though you were on a spiral sliding board ... just sliding on DOWN to the basement of relaxation ... so again double the relaxation you have in your body at this time ...and when it is doubled then try to say "C" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed that you don't even feel like saying "C"...

So jusk keep on sinking DOWN deeper and deeper ... as I keep on talking the body just keeps right on sinking DOWN ... deeper and deeper ... into a wonderful...deep state of relaxation ... where the mind is passive ... and you feel wonderful ... where your arms are heavy ... where your legs are heavy ... very heavy ...very comfortable ... heavy feeling ... the arms and legs are so heavy, so comfortable, so relaxed that when I ask you to lift an arm or leg ... you'd find that they are so comfortable, so heavy, so relaxed that you don't feel like lifting them ... but nevertheless I want you to try to lift your left leg ...O.K. stop trying ... let it relax it feels so much better resting where it is ... it's so comfortable and you feel so good, so wonderful and so relaxed...

This will happen every day and every night ... and this wonderful good feeling will stay with you every day ... at all times ... deeper and deeper relaxed ... very deep ... very comfortable ... very relaxed ... such a wonderful ...comfortable ... feeling ...so loose ... so RELAXED ...you find that any time I say the words
"DEEPLY RELAX" to you ... immediately you will close your eyes and spontaneously go right back into this wonderful, deep, comfortable state of relaxation ... always enjoying it more and more ...

RECOMMENTDATIONS FOR COUNTING
AND OTHER HYPNOTIC PATTER

There are many different ways to take your subject deeper into hypnosis and to have him exit the state.  The most effective method is number counting.  Many hypnotists and hypnothereapists use various forms of counts.  Some use a ten to one count for going deeper, while others use it to exit the state.  Still others may count the same way to deepen and exit the state.  I have found some hypnotists that change directions throughout their induction, deepening, while giving suggestions and exiting hypnosis.  This could be confusing to some people and possibly prevent them from achieving a good hypnotic state.

In my years of practice and research I have found it most effective to use one down to ten to deepen.  Going from a small number to a larger number takes most subjects into a deeper state more rapidly.  Going from ten up to one to exit returns the subject to his normal awareness at the point where he started.  This keeps things simple and consistent.  My logic behind this type of counting is simple.  If you are floating in a pool of water and someone hands you a brick, you begin to float down a little deeper.  If you then are handed a second brick, you float down even deeper.  Now isn't this the same effect that you are expecting to achieve with your subject?  That is, in a sense, having him float deeper into hypnosis.  If you count from ten down to one, you have no more numbers after one and your subject cannot go any further.  If you count from one down to ten you have numbers that follow after and your subject can keep on going if he chooses.  So, commonsense leads you to realize that more helps you to go deeper, and taking away will help you to return from where you started, at the normal aware state.

The techniques of other hypnotists included in this text, and the texts for my intermediate and advanced course, have been modified to include this counting method.  I have also changed some of the works used, such as "sleep" to "relax," to "drowsy," and "deep asleep" to "deeply relax."  The reason for this is because we now know that hypnosis is not a sleep state at all.  Instead, it is a state of relaxation in which our senses are heightened while our body is relaxed, thus allowing physical and behavioral changes to take place.  Remember to keep your directions clear and your subjects will find it easier to follow your directions.

He explains that you are traveling in the astral world, so you are not experiencing the physical world but the astral replication of it.

All colours have a uniquely coloured aura of their own that are of a completely different colour. These auras, given off by colours, are denser and far easier to see than any other aura. Using this as a basis, I have designed a simple, graduated training method that has most people seeing an aura the first time they try it.

The auric colours you will see building up from coloured objects are similar in appearance to the after images generated by staring at a brightly coloured shape and then quickly looking at a neutral coloured wall. The similarity in the colours, rather than contradicting the validity of the auric colours of colour, confirms them. Why would they be any different?

You can, in the early stages of learning to see auras, cause an after image that is still seen when you look away. This is caused by staring too hard, and for too long, resulting in colour depletion of the rods and cones in the eyes. With practise, much less effort is needed and no after images are seen, only the aura.

The way the aura builds up is totally unlike the way an after image appears. If, while an aura is building up, you shift focus slightly, or blink, it disappears instantly. An after image does not.

I have been able to see the human aura for many years. I was not born with this ability but taught myself. It took me several years! I know the problems inherent in learning this and the new training method is designed to overcome them.

What is an Aura?

The human aura is an energy field that reflects the subtle life energies within the body. These energies make us what we are and in turn are affected by our surroundings and life style. The aura reflects our health, mental activity and emotional state. It also shows disease - often long before the onset of symptoms.
Close to the skin is the etheric aura. It is seen as a pale, narrow band that outlines the body, usually no more than half an inch wide. It looks like pale smoke clinging to the body. This is the visible part of the etheric body in it's contracted state. During sleep the etheric body expands greatly and opens to absorb and store cosmic energy. The etheric is better named the vitality sheath or energy body. After sleep it contracts, forming a dense sheath around the body close to the skin.

The main aura is banded around the body - strata like. Imagine a person with thick, coloured hoops of light dropped over them and you get the idea. These colours emanate from the chakras. Basic energy is drawn up from the planet through the feet and fed into the chakras, much like a plant does with water. Each chakra is a transformer that generates energy of a different type and colour. The strength of each chakra depends on the person's nature and life style. Together these chakras generate the dominant hue of the aura.

The main aura is photo-sensitive, it reacts and expands in light. The aura's chakra system can be likened to a tree. Energy/nutrient is drawn up through the feet/roots and fed through the body/trunk to the chakras/leaves.

Many experts suggest people can be classed by the basic hue, or the dominant colour, of their aura. For example, Blue means a highly spiritual person, trustworthy, honest. Orange means an emotional type of person etc... I have found this to be misleading. The aura is a complex and changeable engine and cannot be judged so simply.

The aura is sensitive to colour. It reacts to the colours of clothing and to that of its surroundings. This accounts for our natural likes and dislikes when it comes to choosing the colours that surround us.

The effect of colour on the emotions is well known and are they widely used in hospitals and institutions to calm agitated people and put them at ease. Pink is the most frequently used colour for this. It is the emotional colour of love and happiness. Watch a mother's aura when she first looks into the eyes of her new baby, and falls head over heels in love. At that special, happy moment, you will see this most lovely of auras in all its glory.

There is a whole science devoted to the use of colours. This is called Colour Healing or Colour Therapy.

It is impossible to get a clear view of the aura through clothing. The auric colours of the clothes react with the person's aura, causing interference that blocks and changes it. For example: A Blue shirt will flood the natural aura with Yellow. Even neutral coloured clothing will block and dim the aura making it difficult to see.

Disease: This shows up in the aura in many different ways, sometimes weeks before any physical symptoms. An ear infection, for example, will show up as a shadow over the side of the head before any symptoms appear. This shadow will gradually change into a murky, khaki Green. As the infection takes hold, it will become shot through with Red and Orange flecks. Khaki and murky Green with Red and Orange flecks, is commonly seen with any infection.

Death: When a person is dying the aura changes dramatically. I have observed the auras of people with terminal cancer in the weeks prior to death. First the aura fades and weakens, and then, a week or so before death it expands, changing into a beautiful pale Blue shot through with Silver sparks.

Why most people fail to see the Aura

The most common reason people fail to see the aura when they first try is simply the way they go about it. The human aura is not a good training ground for beginners.
This is what usually happens: Your volunteer sits and waits, for a long time, while you strain for a glimpse of their aura. You are trying to relax and concentrate and master a tricky visual technique, all at the same time. You subconsciously worry about what they are thinking of you. Are they getting bored or impatient? Do they think you foolish, a failure, or both? This kind of pressure causes tension that effectively negates the relaxed state needed to see the aura. Trying to get results under this kind of pressure, as a beginner, is next to impossible.

Email letters from a young man. It shows a common problem encountered when trying to see the aura:

>>David:> "I was sitting in Economics class when I started to see a faint white glow (not really though, I can't really describe it), it was surrounding the sides of his head. And I could also see a similar one coming from one of the students sitting in front of him, except the student's had a sort of bluish tinge to it. Then I started to see the same thing coming from some of the computer monitors that sit on the desk. At first, I was hoping that I could see auras but then when I saw it on the monitors, I had my doubts."

MY ANSWER:>> Every living, and non living thing has an aura, including monitors. The reason you saw them when you did is {let me guess} You were very relaxed, maybe day dreaming a little. Your eyes were tired, relaxed, and these are the PERFECT conditions for seeing the aura.

>>DAVID:> "That's exactly how I was. The discussion sort of went off topic and wasn't all that interesting to me."

>>DAVID:> "Anyway, I was wondering if you can tell me if I actually did see their aura. I tried staring at myself in the mirror to see my aura but it didn't work and I haven't been able to see their auras since that day a week or two ago. As for some of my questions. I was wondering what colours non-living objects give off (is it white?), how come it was brighter on their heads?"

MY ANSWER:>> You did see the aura! The colours given off by non-living objects vary with the colour of the object. The human aura is brighter around the head area for two reasons: 1. Clothing blocks the aura. 2. The head area is usually bare and is where the YELLOW of intellect is most active. This yellow varies in intensity according to the degree of mental activity. Maybe the student you observed was really on the ball that day.


How to see the Aura
To see the aura you have to be able to relax and concentrate, at the same time, and there is a trick to focusing the eyes in a special way.
1. You need soft light to train in, not dim, but good soft light. No harsh light shining or reflecting in your eyes! Get a book and cover it in Blue or Red paper. Stand it upright on a table several feet from you. Experiment with the distance until you find what is best for you. Make sure you have a plain neutral background. If the wall colour is wrong, hang a sheet of neutral coloured paper or cloth as a backdrop.

Note: The auras of the colours Blue and Red are the brightest and easiest to see. Blue has a Yellow aura and Red has a Green aura. The brightness and tone of the aura varies with the shade and tone of the colour used, so use bright primary colours.

2. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and relax. When you are calm, look at the book. Focus your eyes on nothing, a little to the side and past it. Gently hold and get used to that focus but don't strain your eyes or tense your eyes or forehead. Concentrate! you need a gentle, steady un-focus, similar to day-dreaming.

Note: When you need to blink, do so, or it will cause your eyes to tense and water. Blink normally and quickly without changing focus, and do not become preoccupied with it. It may cause the aura to disappear for a second, but it will reappear quickly if you stay relaxed and hold your focus.

After a while you will see a pale narrow aura coming from the book. Hold the focus, don't look AT it, soon a bright Yellow or Green aura will start building up from the object. Don't change focus or look directly at it or the aura will disappear.

There is a reason for this strange un-focus. Your outer field of vision is many times more sensitive than the focused area is. Have you ever seen a movement, out of the corner of your eye, only to turn and see nothing there? What you may have seen is an aura building up from something and your outer field of vision has detected it.

3. Once you have completed the first step, gather several books and cover them, each with a different coloured paper. Study these one at a time and write down the auric colour for it. Next try using two at a time, and watch how the auric colours affect each other.

4. Get a pot plant or some flowers and study it. The aura you will see emanates from the living plant and also from the colours of the petals. The Orange hue comes from the green of the stems and leaves. You will also see a more distinct etheric and a shimmering optical effect around them. This shimmering is the energy field or living aura of the plant.

5. For the next step use an animal, dog or cat etc, if you have one. Try and observe them when they are resting.

6. Observe your own aura. This can be done both inside and outside in the sun. Hold your arm out and study it against the sky or clouds. Alternatively, lie down and look at your legs. Make sure the skin is bare when you do this, and remember, grass will give off an Orange hue.

7. When you feel proficient enough, try it with a human subject. Just remember not to try too hard. Do it exactly the same as in the original exercise with the book. Get your volunteer to remove some of their clothing and study the bare skin area against a neutral background.

On a human subject, again, the first thing you will see is the etheric aura, like pale smoke clinging to the skin. Next you will see the shimmering optical effect in the air extending from several inches to a couple of feet deep, depending on the strength of their aura. Keep trying and the aura's colour will build up, and out from, the etheric. It will first appear as a narrow band of colour next to the etheric. This will expand slowly, if you hold your focus, until it is several inches or more thick.

8. The brightness of a person's aura has a lot to do with how they feel. If they feel happy and full of life their aura is stronger, larger and brighter. Try playing their favourite music, this will help to energize their aura and make it easier to see.

9. Try it on your volunteer outside. Make sure the sun is behind you and use clouds as a backdrop.

Note: The basic auras of colours are as follows: Blue = Yellow aura, Red = Green aura, Green = Orange aura, Yellow = Pale Blue aura, Orange = Pale Green aura, Violet = Pale Gold aura, Indigo = Gold aura, Pink = Iridescent Green. These colours will vary slightly according to the shade and tone of the colours you use.

It takes practise to see the human aura, so don't be disappointed if you fail, or see very little, the first few times you try. If you managed to see the auric colours of the books, you CAN learn to see the human aura. Using this training method stimulates the forehead chakra, which is responsible for this ability. With use, it will grow in strength, and become progressively easier to do.

I have taught many people to see the aura using this method. The fast results build confidence and keep interest high. This ensures enough work and effort is put in to get the desired results... seeing the human aura.

No one can be hypnotized against their will.  If you don't wont to you won't.  When a person is will to be hypnotized they will go into hypnosis.  

When the hypnotist said he will take your arm off and take it to the other table to work on it, you that that was possible to do so you accepted the thought of hypnosis as a reality.  

So if the hypnotist by passes the clinical and analytical thinking of the person then they are in a hypnotic state.

Meaning when your not analizing the situation but taking it as reality that he can take your arm off and work on it and when its away from the rest of your body you wont feel it when he is working on it.

Any suggestion when you hear it in a Conscious State and it sounds stupid and you wont do it but in a Somnambulist state your Subconsious mind think in a childish manner (as a 5 year old) and it takes every suggestion literally.

Hi Amber,

Its the same with my subjects in hypnosis, each person is different under hypnosis even though their doing the hypnosis I just guide them and Instruct them but each one gos into it differently.  

The same with Astral Projection you give the basic idea of how to do it and that individual will follow the same instructions but he will go into AP differently.  Generally the is a basic technique that everyone uses, but there is a percent of people that it won't work so the technique has to change a little so the person can AP.  

Its the same with Medications a person can take one medication and it will work great and fast while another person may have to get another type of Medication or you have to adjust the medication so both people will reach their goal.

Thats why there are quiet a few techniques to go by.

Hello everyone, Im the (Hypnotist) and to give everyon some advice about smoking.

I've been doing hypnosis for 10 years and Im Certified, and smoking does not relax a person its how they in-hale the smoke that does it.

My wife smokes and I observed her while she smokes and as she in hales she hold her breath for about 4 to 5 seconds then she exhales ithe smoke slowly.

So its the breathing that relaxes the person.  Thats the technique that all Hypnotist use on their subject to put them in a relax state during the Induction.

The cigaretts reall stimulate your heart beat faster and that will make your blood pressure go up a little bet more.  So how can that relax a person.  But the breath while you smoke relaxes the person but in the wrong way.  Your damaging your lungs and body but it makes you feel relax'd.  How stupid it that.

You can achieve that same relax state without smoking and you will keep your Health also.

I hope this will help all of you that dont smoke not to try the smoking.
