You are not doomed to live here, this is just an experience we have chosen to experience.

You are not your physical self, its just an energystructure that is part of earth, that you now use to learn through.

If it is failure you see around you, then there is something inside that says it must be fixed. By fixing it you fix yourself.

Others are here for other purposes.. there is alot of things you can do here. Some are here to play the physical game.
Some are here to chaos things, without these chaos people.. there would not be anything to fix, and you would need to look somewhere else for stuff to fix.

There are infinite ways to see and do things.
One person might see a tiger and say "WOW" what an excellent creature and then take out his camera to take a shot.
Anotherone might say "DAMN he will eat me i must kill it" and then take out his rifle and shoot it.

Lets say earth gets destroyed and you endup in the astral.
And then you think "there must be more places like earth with people killing eachother".
You will never rest until you choose too.

Everything exist, there are infinite ways to experience the infinite.
If you choose death and destruction.. that is up to you.

You can move around helping others, earth is a good place todo that.
But you are not doomed to do so, its a choice you have made.

Kiauma: i agree with you about that some people focus and stick to other things and get too focus on earthly things that glue themselves.

But this question was about "naturals".
What that means for me is those who as children can OBE with ease without even know the name of it.
They use it as we use our legs to walk with.
This is not something they have learned, they just do it.

Like small kid on a piano etc, just gets one infront if him and he can play like crazy.

I think that the more you practice on something, the more it gets pulled into your subconscious mind.
So the more you do it, the better you get at it.
And after a while you dont need to focus on every little detail to get what you want.

These "naturals" are people who have had lives before where they have learned this, and their subconscious mind allready have the patterns installed for the person to use.
Its not that they are better or anything, its just that they have practiced more..in other lifetimes.

People like me however, needs to focus really much if we want to learn it. Because there are so much stuff around us that wants our attention, and we tend to go that way really easy if we dont focus enough.

Until you have it in your sobconscious, you really need to focus...really really focus on it.

I recently discovered a personal method for falling into a trance, for meditation purposes, i guess i can use it for AP.. tho im not focusing on AP at the moment.

I sit in a chair.
I have found that lyin in bed almost always makes me fall asleep or loose myself in the trance.
Sitting in a chair gives me more control and are relaxed at the same time, when i have the good position with legs and arms.
Best is 90degree angle on the legs, and arms in the lap with one hand in the other.

Then i sit and relax for a moment, accepting my thoughts as the physical part of myself.
Im not trying to remove the thoughts, i just accept them and focus on the part that is not the physical.
How to this is abit tricky at first because i was always trying to make somekind of 3Dstuff in my mind to focus on to remove myself from the thinking mind.
This just made my thoughts expand into that environment and it made me loose myself.

When i was meditating or doing trancework i would feel this feeling in my body that made me feel a warmth of energy moving inside my body and around me.
Now, this feeling is veeeery weak at first.

Before, i would not use that feeling for anything than just letting it move around on its own.

Nowdays i use it for getting into a trance.
When i sit and relax i can feel this feeling inside me somewhere on the body, its like a very weak exstacy feeling(veryvery weak).
When i focus on this feeling, i kind of remove myself from the physical senses and how the physical world works.
I focus and just flow along, it becomes stronger and stronger and spread around my body.
After a while i become the feeling and are floating in the void(total blackness and exstacy).

I can get into this trance ina very short time, usually in like 5min im inside and then i phase out and are back in my body feeling all relaxed and can sit and gase at the stuff in my room with a total peace in mind.

This method is really effective for me.
Because this feeling is somehow not related with the physical part of myself i can sit and meditate almost everywhere.
There can be dogs barking, people moving around in the room or telephone ringing, i would still be focused on the trancework.

Lets say you hold out your hands in front of yourself.
Look at them.
Now your left hand is your state you want to focus on and your right hand is your physical part.
Look at your left hand and focus on that one, and at the same time blow at your right hand.
This is how i feel it when starting to go into a trance.
I can feel the right hand but im focusing on the left one.
Holding my focus will make me jump into the left side after some time, knowing this makes me relax and not really think about the right hand, i know the right hand is there but it doesnt annoy me.

Accept and trust the process will make this method really effective.

Same has happend to me when i have been really sick.
Lyin in bed and just relaxing, shifting out from sleep and wakefulness.
I can then hear these chattering like people are wispering , and that there are alot of people doing it tho it is only one with many voices.

Not only this, but i would feel at the same time as if im expanding and shrinking at like pulsation feeling.

One time i did this technique where i held on to a stick that was conected to 2 ropes one on each side(those on cirkus).
Then i held on to it and let it pull me out of my body.

I let the feeling stretch out beyond my house, away from the clouds and upupup, letting myself be liften out of the planet and into space while at the same time imagine myself looking down on earth while i was beeing lifted out.
Then after some seconds i would pop out.


Another thing i did was that i imagine myself holding on to a rope like someone was giving me one end and that person would drag me out up, now at this point i would let myself feel as if i was falling down to the ground on the otherside, like the pulling out force was too hard.
So i would feel asif i would trip and fall.
I did this several times, after sometime it would kick in and i would feel myself falling outside my body and i would pop out and dropped outside my bed.

Study it more and practice and you will soon remember more and it will come automatic after a while.

I say this.

When you can pinpoint every place and run energy though a specific place and when you can do the whole body,
Then you will notice while charging up your energy if there is any blockages somewhere and you will work on that place and start over with the wholebody thing.

I mean, if you practice these small areas, when you know about them and have worked with them for awhile, then you will know when it has blockages.

The more you practice the better you get at understand your energybody.
Just practice and learn to feel your energy, learn to feel blockages.
Feel your energy and understand how it works.
Practice in your own speed, if you have time to practice, then do it.

Im experienced with both hemisync and bwgen.
From my point of view, i would suggest you go with hemisync if you dont plan on building your personal programs.
The thing with bwgen is that you can adjust it so it works better for yourself i.e finetuning.

Hemi-Sync is really a great professional constructed tool.
Bwgen tho is more accurate than hemisync because it can be adjusted according to how you want it.

If you want OBE, go for Gateway Series.
If you want to improve your life, go for the other Hemi-Sync stuff.
If you want to play with your mind and learn about it, go for bwgen.

None of the things have made me leave my body.
Tho one preset called "Tommies Vibration Starter" got me to the point where i could understand the vibration feeling everyone is talking about.

There are plenty of creatures, vampires that know how to stay around and get the energy they need to stay "down here".

Unaware people are like a small sun on speed.
Best once i think, are those that are depressed and excrement.
Or those that are dreaming nightmares etc.

I guess you can trigger people(tickle them) to burst out energy.
By making them scared etc.
Guess thats what poltergeist use to get their energy and other ghosts.

My last travel was my first one aswell, probably 1yr ago.

I was moving superfast through the void and was passing through one grid after another(like those you have in 3d programs).

I could feel when i was at the location i was supposed to go.
What i felt was that i used somekind of homingthought, some key to get where i needed to go.

For me, LD's are in a sense an OBE.
Dreams occur outside the physical mind.
So an LD is infact a very low active obe.

You are aware of yourself but you are still in a dreamy environment.
In an OBE you have stepped out of that dreamenvironment.
More so when you astral travel.

Some think that LD's and regular dreams are a hologram inside their brain and that it is very physical like.
And those people say that an OBE is the same (a hologram inside the brain).
Ill say they are ignorant to the fact that they are more than a physical body.
You know better, let them have their limited belief, they probably get simething out of it.. im pretty sure you dont, so let them be.
Focus on how you see the world and let everyone have their own thoughts about the reality, you dont need to proove anyone wrong.
Go with the flow and follow your heart.

feeling sad and down is not the same thing as depression.
Depression is when you are so down that you cant do anything except cry and feel unhappy every second.

One thing that each person should know is WHY the feel down and sad.

Most people that say they are depressed cant say why they are that way, only say "im depressed buhuuuuhuuuhuuu"

Depression can be used to understand some stuff, but in order to use it you need to understand why you have it.

If you dont know why, figure out why and DEAL WITH IT.
Instead of just sit in a corner and feel sorry for yourself.

If you dont want to be depressed, Analyze why you are really deep down and try to figure out how to deal with it instead of you beeing passive feeling sorry for yourself.

If you need depression, then you should know why and learn from it.
But have a controlled way of dealing with it.

Its not your meemories that are depressing.
Its you who make up the depression.
SO STOP IT!
Trust in yourself!
Know that you are making it all up, you dont really need to be depressed but you choose too.
If you want to get out of it STOP FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF.
Tell yourself to shutup!

Tell yourself to get a grip on who you are and what you want.
Sit down and write on a paper what you want to have right now.
What you want in your life Right now and what you dont want Right NOW.
Then observe the paper and look around you.
Is it the way you want it to be?
No?
Then STOP BEEING DEPRESSSED, because it doesnt help you to be the way you want to be RIGHT NOW.

Stop looking back on your life, stop looking forward, see where you are right now.
Know that what you do right now will reflect your environment.
So if you want other things around you... think differently, act differently.
Depression is not good for you, so STOP DOING IT.
Focus your present moment to get rid of the depression.
And when you do that, trust that when you remove it the learned skill you use to have is still there waiting for you to be used.
You just have to work on removing the depression.
So do it NOW, not tomorrow.

I can't explain it in physical terms really, you have to see it for yourself.
Step out and know for yourself.

We can only use the words we have here that has a energy to it that means something. Problem is that the words dont have very good meaning behind them that can explain the things you know out there.

Someone on tv just said something very funny when he got a question about how to explain the experience on the "other side".
"Well, its like trying to explain an orgasm to a 10year old kid"

Answer to your questions:
You are controlling everything.
The Body is like a spacesuit, you step into it.

Ill give you another dimension to it.

Think about all the ladys out there who have a baby inside.
Wherever they go it follows(it doesnt have any choice).
In this case, your astral is the female body and the baby is your physical dimension.
So you dont really leave your physical body, you just shift awareness outside to the astral body.

You control everything, but you dont have to keep track of everything.
And the mechanics behind it is not really something that can be understood in detail while in the physical. You just know.

You create your own reality, both inside and outside.
You control everything around yourself with your thoughts.
In the astral everything happends instantly, in this dimension there is a delay to almost everything because its so dense.

So, the best short description is: Your thoughts.

It is connected on a dimension we cannot see here.
We need to focus outside to see it.

Its like you play a computergame for a very long time and you start to try and understand how you can make the body in the game operate.
You can look around in the game environment but you will never see the connection.

Its not until you step away from the game that you realize how you can interact with it. You are using tools to operate the body in the game (keyboard and mouse etc).
It becomes quite obvious how you make it work when you look at it from the outside.

In the game you dont see the electricity that flow through your fingers and into the keyboard, to then transfer itself around in the computer to transform into the gameworld as a "jump" command.
You just experience whats inside the gameworld.

But when you look outside you see your computer infront of you and your gaming tools.
But just because you cant see the connection in the game doesnt mean it doesnt exist.
Its there, it has just changed energyform into a digital body with digital movements.

The same goes for us and the connection to this phsycial dimension.
We operate the body, and the learned movements and actions becomes an automatic action when you have learned how to make it work.
Like walking.. when you have learned howto, you just do it without effort. Its a programmed action.

That is why we have the brain.. to be able to function and understand this dimension, to be able to interact with it.
without the functions you have put into the brain you could still use the body.. but you would have todo every single part of the functions yourself to move a finger for example.
You would have to focus every muscle to tense in a specific way in order to make it bend.

What you experience here and what you learn is not just stored in the brain, you yourself learn from the experience and the energy gets transfered over to you(your soul).
But in order to operate the body and interact with the environment you need the brain, it makes the functionality alot easier.

Now, the chakras are the connection points for this energy transfer/communication between the body and the soul.
Different input/output in each points.
All the main chakras are located at the major organs in the body btw.

Thats how i see it.

I think the word speeding up is referred to as a mental state of amfetamine rush.
That is a mental state that can be accessed through extreme stress.
Most people nowdays do this automatic.
Get yourself a job and you will see ;)

When i meditate i go for the mentalality of NOT TRYING.
And when i am in that state i imagine that whatever sound or disturbance from outside world that i get or whatever thought comes up, i let it flow over me like clouds faar faar up in the sky.
The higher up they are the better i go in to a trance.

Could also be used the opposite way, that you are sitting on top of a cliff meditating and that thoughts and outside dusturbance are a flood down there waaay waay down there.

Or maybe you can make yourself be in the middle.
Let all the thoughts and disturbance be a waterfall.

For me it feels best if you can accept what is and just let it have its movement but you just put it into an experience that makes you step away from it.
