After this it stopped answering questions. It might be because
I'm tired, and not concentrating properly. Actually, that reminds
me, after my first go with the pendulum, I felt a bit light-headed.
Is that normal?

Anyway, I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks Edi, and Hypnotist, you're
right. I'll be more specific with my questions from now on.

Viper - I think it's different for everybody. If your pendulum says,
when you ask it, that clockwise means yes and counter-clockwise means
no, then I think that's what you should take them as. I don't know
what you mean by "advanced mode", but I don't think you should try
more advanced things until you have mastered the basics. Walk before
you run, y'know? Maybe ask it to go back to beginners mode? []

Pyro - You're wasting my time, and everybody else's time. If you
want to know "wtf" a Zeta is, try the search button. If you want
people to take you seriously, you could at least type properly,
instead of writing "u" instead of you, etc. You obviously don't
know anything and are just trying to look smart. Spare us your
worthless posts, please. Jeez.

No, like Arthelion said, swinging in a circle means it's searching for the answer, or, I don't know, it might be pondering whether it should answer me. Sometimes it answers "yes" or "no" after, but if it just stops moving after circling, it means "maybe". For me, anyway. But "maybe" doesn't really mean anything - Just that I'm not being given a clear answer, for whatever reason.

Viper, yeah, read Mayatnik's article. It's long, but worth it. Keep practising. I don't know what to suggest, really. I only started today, and my pendulum started working right away. Maybe you should get a new one, it might not "agree" with you? My pendulum is just a quartz cross on a chain. Heheh, the chain had knots in it, and I asked the pendulum if I should undo them. It said no. But I did anyway.

Thanks for your input, Arthelion. I do that too, see things from a "higher" perspective. I heard it's a symptom of some mental disorder, but... Everything seems to be a symptom of some disorder, these days. I'm glad my "puppet" isn't as demanding as The Sims. Have you noticed, if you pay attention to all their needs, trying to keep them all in the green, there's no time left to have them go out and talk to people and things? It's like... Wake up, eat, go to the loo, have a bath, eat again, go to the loo again, have another bath, go to bed.

I understand what you are saying about the pendulum and how it might lie for my own good. If you think about it, one could become quite obsessed with the pendulum. Having to ask it before doing anything, before making even the tiniest decision. Like people who become dependent on calling fortune tellers. Though I suppose it's better to be dependent on a pendulum, as fortune tellers are mostly fakes, and expensive.

Oh, I have a question. Is the entity, or whatever it is that is being channeled through the pendulum, the same every time? So, for instance, next time I talk to my pendulum, would it be the same female Zeta(assuming that was the truth)? And if so, why are they always available to answer my questions? Don't they have their own lives to attend to? Is this their "job"? If it was my guide, I could understand, but it says it's not my guide. I guess these are things I should ask it.

My pendulum goes back and forth for "yes", and side to side for
"no". Sometimes it circles before answering, but sometimes it
circles and then stops. I asked it if that meant "maybe", or I'm
not allowed to know, and it said yes.

I just asked it again if it's my higher self, and it said no. It's
possible that when I asked earlier I didn't give it time to
answer properly. I was pretty excited, heh. I also just asked it
some of the other questions again. The answers were the same.

Is there anything in particular you think I should ask it(her?)?

I thought it was good. It seems like everyone is confused the first
