we're all different i kno nd our guides as well i just wish mines were more willing to help or show up already ive heard of people having their guides even pull them from their body to help them ap or say their names or grab their hands or appear etc./w.e, + maybe im just not ready.....Yet

o and rcolumbusk im gon try i-doser tonight n see if it helps but ive almost given up on using music to induce my OBE's. like u all they do is help me focus and maybe get my mind relaxed in the right state but it wont induce it or do the work for me (which is what i wish it did itd be much easier to AP lol)

my eyes roll up by themselves after a while, but then i get small flickering in my eyelids which gets really distracting

lol i get the flickering too and if i let it distract me my eyes end up open, and then its time to start over

i have the same problem i could do it at first but my eyes have been hurting when i try to look up...since they started i notice instead of rolling back or lookin up eventually they end up lookin downward or just lower and i end up drifting off to sleep, i know thta this works for me cus it has before but damn my eyes hurt from trying so much and i kno that while im feelin the pain in my eyes im not comfortable enough to AP.! been trying other techniques and just sitting and just repeating over n over i astrla project i astral project or mind awake body asleep etc. but none bring the "star scene" that i get with the 3rd eye technique.

how do you guys prepare to meet ur guide do you call him once ur out does he just come, do you call it before u start to prepare for OBE? what the heck do i have to do to make my guide help me i have a feeling i have a very lazy guide! or he/she's shy

*nov. 16___i havent been able to reproduce another OBE since my last one on october 19th when i had a succesful exit. last night i was trying when i woke in the middle of the night but i had trouble stayin in "theta" and i kept coming in and out of consciousness. i do remember inbetween when i was drifting again i saw almost like a lightning bolt or a blue light flash and i drifted back into consciousness, to my astral body a little bit above my physical body glowing bluish...after seeing this i was still kinda sleepy not fully conscious but i remember telling myself "dont forget this" and i lost it and drifted back to sleep. i know my next exit will lead to some kind of adventure since im no longer scared to the point where i will only stay in my room for fear of leaving my room and ending up who knows where in the astral. fear by far is our biggest enemy and its been stunting my progress. getting inpatient hopefully i am succesful tonight.

o and i thought after 1 or 2 exit its easier to seperate but it seems to be getting harder for me ;/, before i cuold get to the vibrational stage easily now i cant get it and when i do im always half asleep, i might feel it real quick and eventually i drift off! errrrrrr

HEY astralpulse! ive been studying astral projection for about 5 months now. ok i can induce an AP if i try but it takes me weeks sometimes....ive been able to do successful 3 exits in the past 2 months. i would like some help tho!!!! i have problems when it comes to exit. can someone please pay me a visit and maybe help me come out???<i heard this is possible. i kno it must be crazy to ask but i would like to meet another projector and if they could help me apart from verifying everything it would serve as proof to me that these OBE's are real and not just crazy dreams.

i can give you information that you might need to "find me" thru the astral perhaps, or we can become friends on fb. im scared to speak to anybody i know about this subject as they may think im dillusional and i dont want to end up in a psychiatric center in a white jacket.

let me know if you can help im a college student who stumbled on this subject recently by accident but have become very curious on the subject and have been reading on it non-stop for a few months now. i know there are people all over the world here, i myself am located in South beach, Florida. (although i hear being in another country is nothing to stop you in the astral, places you can travel to just by flying are limitless) unfortunately ive yet to explore outside of my own neighborhood in the astral. meeting someone would help me get over my fear of leaving my local area. ^^yea  i think ur right^, been going thru too many methods/techniques trying to reproduce another OBE (getting technique overload ), i should just stick to whats worked so far.

  im trying to use music to induce an obe since ive been having trouble reaching the theta stage lately ive just been sleeping right thru it. are binaural beats better than isochronic >? whats the difference and is it better to use headphones or no headphones. ive also heard of Gamma waves ones and different "hz" etc. how would i know which is the best to induce an OBE.

there are many on youtube does anybody have any theyd like to suggest or have had success with this technique?

thanks for the help  guys! ...hope this can help me increase my energy so i can project more often....from the dates on my journal so far ive noticed that it takes me almost exactly 2 weeks to have another successful AP after having a successful exit/obe. maybe this will help induce my OBE's more often.

IM trying to have easier exits for AP, i heard of something called the "new" technique that can help you raise you energy. can someone please explain what the NEW TECHNIQUE is how do i do it and is it the same as meditation?

im studyin all 3 now and im plannin to do the same once i make it to the akashics

very interesting OBE experience! howd u know it was cuba that you ended up in? and why do u believe cuba out of all places...are u in fl or sumthin etc. good luck on ur next experience and for me i noticed telling myself before going to sleep "I will be able to remember everything about my astral experience" although best way to be sure not to forget something is to write it down, have a notepad near you and write down soon as u get back because you may be able to remember things but then an hour later or after the next nap/sleep state you may find it hard to recall memories or forget a few important details. def wanna know bout ur next experience keep us updated!

i agree with CFTraveler it could be that your conscious is projecting that becuase maybe deep down inside your startin to think its wrong and ur imagination is gettin the best of you. our surroundings seem to be very sensitive to our imagination and feelings in the astral. KEep posting the rest of the story though i like it got me interested like a mini series...wanna know whats gon happen next!

The mountain is not literal if the whole temptations only occur in the mind's eye of Jesus.

hes right it does say something bout jacob going up a ladder with angels entities ascending or descending im not sure....also the quran says how the earth is made and set on one of the 7 heavens that God created or sumthing like that. the scriptures/gospel usually refer to dreams when being revealed something from God. wether earth is one of those levels referred to the Seven Heavens or theyre set above earth etc i dunno it doesnt go into detail im not sure @ the moment the things catching my interest are reading all 3 scriptures and AP so i can maybe find more knowledge this way.

sorta like how people say the astral is just one of the planes/levels and how there are higher levels and lower levels. also alot of time when it speaks of past prophets etc speaking to God or having visions etc. alot of times its in a Dream that they either get carried into the heavens by angels or they meet God or He speaks to them etc. although im pretty sure any of them mention astral projecting or OBE it kinda seems like maybe they could of been having OBE isnt it? even Jesus was in the limbo after he died and supposedly was helping souls during the 3 days til his resurrection. nowhere its going to say anything specific but if you put the pieces of the puzzle together im sure we can find the specific points that relate to astral projecting. and connect the dots. But i do believe by the descriptions in most stories but not all that they could of been in OBE type experience @ the moment of these happenings. just a thought.

thats an amazing experience, never had anything like it tho cant help you but wow. i just started to AP 2 days ago i had my first official Exit. once i feel more comfortable in the astral i want to visit Michael or Gabriel. thats amazing that you got to see a fight against Michael and Satan and actually assisted in it. keep writing more stuff your experience+ was extremely interesting i wanted to keep reading.
