So this shaking bed occurance happened last night, but there have been other times that i can recall this happening in the past. I'm not EXACTLY sure on how everything happened but here's what I think happened. Last night I was in the middle of a random hot sweat (the first I've had in a while) and after about an hour or so I believe, I was finally able to fall asleep. I remember dreaming, but for some apparent reason i awoke abruptly from my dream in sleep paralysis, but I didn't realize i was in the state until after attempting to move failed. I closed my eyes and immediately wound back up in my dream (which never happens). It caught my by surprised and confused me so much that I back up. When this happened, I began feeling vibrations, but my eyes were open (which also never happens). Just to add to speculation, in a recent most I talked about how I could see spiritual body leaving my physical body with an eye open. So while i felt these vibrations, I could feel my body shaking and I remember asking myself if it was an earthquake or not. After a few moments, I closed my eyes again and felt even stronger vibrations and saw IMMENSE white light much like I've experienced during my very first few experiences which is odd because recently, due to the many more OBE's I've had, I don't usually feel the vibrations so strong or see the light so bright anymore. This is irrelevant, but I think I should mention it because the shaking bed + strong vibrations + super bright light + random hot sweat aren't very common with my recent experiences. Once I felt the phase, I began separation, but quickly changed my mind because I had been so frustrated with being unable to sleep due to the hot sweat, and I had a final i had to take in 4 hours. This morning I checked if there was an earthquake on the internet, but there was nothing, so I got all confused haha.

So, the last couple months or so i've been busy with school and other things, so i really haven't been lusting for any OBE's. a couple days ago i decided to go on this site, and read a bunch of posts which motivated me to start practicing again. correct me if i'm wrong, but that night i became aware that with my eyelids closed, i could either look forward with my physical eyes or i could open my astral eyes. i didn't have any crazy experience because i lost focus due to my sleepiness, so i dazzled myself and played with the flow of energy and went to sleep. the next day, i was at my girlfriends house taking a nap on the couch while she watched tv, and for some reason i awoke from my nap in the right state to separate. i awoke a number of times each time closer to projection than the other. it was really weird though because i was having trouble figuring out which eyes to open and which ones to close. i was in the perfect state to separate and i actually did partially separate the few times i woke up before my full separation. the way i was laying down the couch had me facing my girlfriend sitting on a couch across the room. i remember i began separation with my legs but i kept having to open and close my eyes. my physical right eye was open during my attempted exit. i could even see my nonphysical leg separating for a moment and then i lost it and awoke. when i finally did successfully separate, my vision was somewhat blurry but i quickly just forced things to become clear. it took me a couple moments to open up the right eyes. my gf told me i was staring at her with one eye for a bit lol. but once i had my astral eyes open, i felt 100% satisfied. i assume i could hear the television with my physical body, but i could see everything else quite clearly including my physical body and my gf which is coool cause i didn't think i'd be able to experience a projection with people that i know. i walked to the bathroom and projection of my gf appeared and held me as i looked in the mirror. my body looked the same except the whites of my eyes were really pinkish red. this stood out to me but i didn't really understand why it was that way, so i just took it into account and proceeded to leave out the front door. when i opened it, the yard and neighborhood in which we lived was completely different. after this i just walked down the street and it began shifting into a short dream and then i woke up.

sorry if this is somewhat choppy and hard to follow, but leave comments! i love reading new replies to posts on this site. oh and any information as to why the whites of my eyes were discolored would be appreciated. maybe it has some meaning or maybe not. thanks!

^^ Thank you lol. i don't base my speculation directly off movies.

I don't recall anythng like that given to us by the Mayans. Could you tell us where you found this information?

oh i'm not sure where i found the information. this was months ago when i did some research of crystal skulls and came across some myth or story in which 13 crystal skulls need to be brought together in order to keep the earth from falling off its axis. i think there was an involvement of needing to please a god of some sort. it may very well just be some rumor someone made up, but a myth speaking of the earth being knocked off its axis could tie into other theories such as niburu flying past earth and throwing off its axis. and if this happened, then perhaps it would explain some aspects of revelations. hahaha this is all just my speculation though  :-D

isn't there something about mayan predictions in relation to tilts of the earths axis?

ahh okay i see. what about the UFO siting above China where they had to shut down the airport? i believe that one was on the news so i'm confident in it's authenticity. anyone have any ideas as to who or what these UFOs actually are and why they even appear to us in the first place?

My friend sent me this link today. I wanna keep this discussion open to any related topics, opinions, etc. So, what does everyone think about the multiplying number of UFO sitings?

I feel like more people should be commenting on this. These files are mind-blowing hahaha.

For the record, if your computer was hacked and someone REALLY didn't want you connecting to WWW, you would not have been able to post this. And could someone clarify for me as to whether or not a Nazi-type organization still exists to this day? I'll accept confirmed facts as well as sensible theories. My thoughts go out to the child you describe. If I might ask, what country do you live in?
#60
ohhh alrite fasho, thanks! haha

i think you should create an off-topic forum! for example, i wanna make a post pertaining to music interests of those on the forum. it's not on any main topic and some would say that i should just go to a music forum, but i wanna discuss such things with members of the astral pulse. and music is but one of many topics that could be discussed.

oK thankyou.. yeh i don't know why it always feels like there is something evil in the room. I'll try this next time and see what happens .

yeah, i remember one time i woke up in paralysis under my covers (i actually felt like the wall was on my left, when really it was on my right), and i felt like someone was right next to me. it pretty much scared me hella for a few moments because i couldn't move. when i was out of it, i realized that it was pretty much me scaring myself because my mind didn't recognize what was going on so it probably input the thought that it was a ghost or evil being next to me. for me, i actually would close my eyes and concentrate on how my body felt and what i saw with my eyes closed. darkness would brighten up, and as that happened, i would start to feel vibrations. once the light and vibrations were so bright and intense, i easily found myself detaching from my physical body.
#63
are they like flashes of white specks that seem to spot up spontaneously in your vision? if so, then i've been wondering the same thing.
#64
for me, i simply have to have the desire to want to leave my body. thinking thoughts out loud in my mind like "it would be nice to float away" or "roll over" would only hold me back for some reason. everything for me has to "flow". if i'm caught in the middle of the process of separation, and i'm trying to force myself out, it will never work.
#65
Your fear is probably gonna make things very difficult for you if you really want to have an out of body experience. because you don't hallucinate and hear disturbing sounds, it should be easier for you to overcome that fear leaving simple intent and desire to have an out of body experience. generally, when i have an OBE, i wake up in paralysis and close my eyes bringing on the vibrations and darkness, but as seconds go by, the darkness starts brightening up. then there's a point where i feel myself separate which brings on full blackness as if i'm kind of falling in blackness. this morning, i jerked my legs almost as if i was trying to jump while i felt myself separate and i immediately projected. i've been wondering why it happens, but when i project, immediately i end up standing next to my bed, facing my physical body.

Hi people :)
I've just joined this site, i'm not sure if i'm writing in the right bit lol but i hope i can talk to someone here about what i'm going through as i'm a little freaked out.
I can't really talk to friends/family as its all very strange.

Anyway for years i've been having very lucid dreams, and i think there great fun, which is pretty amazing really. But very recently i seem to be suffering from i think sleep paralysis or something, i keep waking up in the night paralysed and its so scary, i feel like there is something in my room, i'm very awake it not like a dream. Well i could just about handle these occurences every now and again until the other night when it happened again but this time i opened me eyes and i just got pulled out of my bed from under the covers and i drifted out into my hallway, i was so shocked as i was very awake as usual, i rermember then laying on the floor still paralysed in the hallway lookin up at the window, it was raining.. then i drifted off down the stairs but this time i felt i was in control. I felt like the i was dragged out of bed into the hall and then left and then i was on my own. Am i making sense? i woke up then if u call it waking up? i'm so confused i think i may have had an obe.
One more thing is... i only have these paralysis moments at my boyfriends house, never at mine . Any help would be much appreciated.

oh and that night i hardly slept, everytime i fell asleep i would go paralysed and i'd have to jolt myself up, after the obe thing that same night i preyed to God to protect me and help me get some peaceful sleep that night, i then fell sleep shortly after and slepy soundly. Since that night last week i have had a short prayer everynight before bed and i haven't suffered again.

Please some one reply i'm a bit scared thanx x

it may FEEL like somethings in the room, but i really don't believe this is the case. i used to get the same feeling, but after awhile i got over it. i would wake up calm in paralysis, because i was aware of what was happening. you pretty much just wake up in a state where your mind is awake and your body is asleep which is perfect if you're trying to have an out of body experience. next time this happens, keep your eyes closed and concentrate on trying to leave your body!

Let's say that you and I go to a learning place.  The collective quality of it is that it is energy, and information-  it is a place where you acquire information.  The information is collective- some created by others' experience in 3D, and others in np experience.  Let's just say for kicks and giggles, that this is specifically for humans.

Let's say, that you and I both visit this 'locale' in nonphysical reality.  We go at the same time but don't recognize each other because we are focused on what we're doing.
You see it as a computer bank, populated by robots that maintain and program the machines as new information comes in.  You want to find something out, so a servo gives you a seat in a cubicle, where you sit down, type some keywords and receive your information.

I enter a clearing on a sunny afternoon, in a Greco-Roman colonnaded open plaza that is right by the seashore.  There is a philosopher-looking person who is giving a lecture on something that interests me.  There are others sitting around the plaza raptly listening to the speaker.  I sit on a small boulder and listen.   The philosopher starts talking about something that I find interesting.  I ask him questions, he answers them.  He then shows me a scroll with names.  I look at them and think about what they mean.

Another person that is not either you or I walk into a school.  As she sits in the classroom she realizes she forgot her notebook.  She walks to the cafeteria where she realizes she is famished.  She goes to a buffet and sees several tasty treats.  She chooses a piece of cherry pie.  As she bites into it, she remembers when she was young, the pies her grandmother used to make.  This brings her back to memories of her childhood and things her grandmother (may have) taught her.

All these scenarios are possibilities of the same area- all three of us went to the same 'place'.  Each person has different cultural backgrounds and needs, and will experience the same 'place' differently, yet each one of them has identified it similarly.  Two of them interfaced with a 'being' 'there' who facilitated the information transfer, and the third person received the information from a 'buffet', and it was in the form of an immersive event- the flavor of the information packet brought back memories (download).

So you see three different ways of interpreting the same energetic event.

ahh okay that makes perfect sense. can there be a certain level of subjective perception though? if you were to have travelled to the same locale that i did, you probably would have perceived most of it as the same i take it. also, i'm pretty sure i was with someone else as well, but because i was focused on flying and reaching the star clusters, i didn't notice him/her. I just remember seeing someone in my peripherals. Although, I have also read upon this being 'guide' type entities.

yes but with breath  8-)

:NoY:

so do you focus your energy by literally blowing it out into the sky (not being sarcastic), or do you concentrate your energy in a certain spot such as the clouds from deep breathing?

I'm sure many people are going to give you well thought out, highly intelligent replies. I just wanted to say that I'm with you as a teenager trying to understand everything. I would call it rather intriguing than stressful. It's kind of sad to say that I simply cannot wait until I die so I may understand and experience what's after the life we live in now. But, for now, I'm just going to live to the best of my ability and not stress over it. Instead I'm just going to try and learn as much as I can now, so as to be prepared for what will come when i die.

in terms of your fear, that's pretty much all on you. whether you meditate for protection, pray, etc., it all comes down to simply believing that you are protected. if i were you, i'd simply forget about fear and concentrate on your inspiration to explore the astral realms. things will only appear or feel frightening to you, if you let them. i once woke up in sleep paralysis (my body was actually flipped around from how i really was physically if that makes sense). i was under my blanket and immediately i felt crazy vibrational sensations, but the thought of my dead grandpa popped into my head and immediately i thought i could feel a ghostly presence next to me on the outside of my blanket (i was covered). when i was able to get out of it, i quickly realized that i just let my mind get the most of me.

I used to go for walks at night in a wood
and a few times I created clouds and dispersed clouds

my method was to just blow my life force up into the sky hoping that a sacrifice of my life would be enough to effect the cloud cover and it always worked

:NoY:

exactly, how does one blow his life force up into the sky? do you mean you concentrate on moving your energy up into the sky?

Think of it this way... two people can be in the same "place" or "area", yet perceive it completely differently.

Each person is subjectively perceiving an objective place.  The place exists, but each person will see it differently.

Does that make help any?

ahh thanks, that makes perfect sense. but let's say two people were in the same place at the same time, would they still perceive it differently? it's confusing because if it's all an issue of different perception, i would think that it would be hard to understand the true nature of what you're perceiving.

Good question and I don't know.  If the astral is the result of our thoughts and emotions (back to the idea of the M-Band there) then the structures given by collective thought will be perceptible as objects, but I don't know if you can call it objective, or under what ruleset- so I'd say 'subjectively objective'.  Sort of.

haha well that's kind of confusing, but i think i get it! thanks errbodyy.

if you've experienced things such as vibrations and what you refer to as the "pink cord" (something i've never heard of), then i'm sure you're making progress if these aren't thing you don't usually experience in normal everyday life. practice of maintaining that state and keeping your legs relaxed are all you need it seems. goodluck! :)

I just wanted to say that your short experience of flying into a wall could have easily been an OBE. i'm in the same boat, that is, i've been trying to achieve a conscious OBE, but lately i haven't been that successful; however, from all my attempts, I have been experiencing more & more OBE's through dreams. They might not be from conscious attempts, but i sure as hell was conscious while experiencing them. Maybe if you had some more confidence in yourself, you'd make more progress (if you don't have much confidence). Maybe you do have a confidence in yourself, but if you projected and got stuck in a wall, and after, doubted the possibility that you had actually projected, maybe that's what's holding you back. don't get fustrated! that's what held me back from making any progress after my first projection. I wasn't sure if i had even projected during my first projection. Later, i accepted the possibility that i had actually experienced an OBE, and i simply used it as an inspiration to want to experience more. this led me to experience many more. over the past week, i've had OBE's every night, all because i overcame my doubt. just saying! :D
