Haha, definetely no offense taken. Most of my 'planning' (which can easily go down the drain because of the unpredictability of kids) revolves around my experiences as a child, the state of the world that they will grow up into, and what I think is common sense.

My perspective is from the "fully aware and enlightened young adult who is still at the age where he can remember the parenting used to raise him, while still having access to that parental assistance when neccesary" point of view.

Well I'm only 20, so I have a while before I have children, but I definetely know that I want to:

-Embrace and support and assist them throughout their childhood with the feelings and concepts they get and are given ie. energy sense, talking to non-physical entities and that sort of thing
-Teach them value of tolerance and respect for every viewpoint and way of life, and show them that organised religion might not be what I follow, but that they should see it as a means for people to believe in something other than this world, and that its a good foundation for those followers to have.
-Encourage them to do what they want to do, but never discourage anything. Give them the freedom to make their own decisions with guidance by myself, but never strict linear forcefulness.
-Realise that they have had hundreds if not thousands of lifetimes before this, and realise that I think they know what they're talking about, and what they need to focus on and accomplish, even at young ages. I would be more than happy to work with them to assist in them achieving what they felt was important in their life.
-I'd also attempt during meditation to contact their souls, I've read that our souls can still move freely outside our physical bodies without negative impact up until 9 months or so, so for a year I would want to work towards contacting it to discuss its purpose, lessons, plans etc.

Just some of the ideas I have. Who knows where another decade of spiritual learning and enlightenment might bring []

I've got five Guides;

The first is a guide in training who I go to for all standard matter, at the moment I am unable to communicate with her, but I can summon her, so I do that and my teacher assists in the communication process.

The second is displays himself as a Tibetan Monk in white robes, the third is a very powerful healer who is in the same group of souls that I work with, she hasn't shown herself yet but I just finished my first Reiki course and am planning on doing an Orion healing course too, and I know she is waiting for my proficiency to read a certain level before she enters.

I am unsure of one of them, although the fifth is the leader and mentor of the group of souls I am a part of, and he won't show himself until I'm 50.

I think you will find spirit guides will come into your life when its time for them to do so, the trainee Guide has the most active role because im her case study so the more guiding she does with me the more experience she gets. In my life I have always asked things in my mind and my intuition guides me to the answer, although I'm unsure of whether this is my Higher Self or one of the guides.

One example is a book in a bookstore, I had no idea where it was but I asked and looked up at the very top shelf and hey! There it was. I would never have looked there if my intuition hadn't come to the fore.

Hope i'm of some assistance.

They were given it.

I think achieving permanent enlightenment is very possible. But its up to you whether you want to make it permanent or not. You always have the ability to drop it and go back to a unconnected and "standard" life whenever you choose to.

Zaicer; may I suggest you read Journey of Souls. It might make you realise why we incarnate physically in order to eventually return back to the Creator. If you want to live a balanced life and accept the possibility of arguements on both sides, then by all means this is what you're looking for to provide you with additional perspective.

Most interesting, and I appreciate the article.

My sister has a book titled "A Witch's Guide to Faery Folk" which lists general information, plus 255 different kinds of...err..faery folk, including generic details on them plus ways to summon them, as well as best uses.

I remember being semi-interested and flipping over it, and I did see "Will O' The Wisp" in there. I'm actually interested in summoning it, or some of the other entities listed.

I subscribe to the notion that everything happens for a reason, so for that reason I respect all the events that have and will impact my life. So far I've been able to link a great many of them together, despite them being months apart in some cases.

I've also got a lot of friends who are very adept in protection and cleansing and similiar protective skills, so in terms of fearing the wrath of such entities, I would not be worried. Granted, fear may come into it if I realise I am currently in a human body.

For that same reason, I do not fear death. Its just a transitional state, and one i'll be more than happy to embrace when I must. Thus I believe the only thing that would make me afraid of death would be your standard human emotions clouding my reason and judgement.

I dont know why but I just felt the need to clarify my position, and also to put anyone at ease in case they wanted to warn me about the problems that may occur with me dabbling into these areas.

Just my thoughts, also if anyone wants me to copy the section the book has on Will O the Wisps', just ask!

If you want people to believe you then here are some pointers:

1) Write coherent english
2) Back up your statements with fact
3) Look at peoples responses and ask yourself why they say what they say, and if they negatively criticise, understand why and fill in the means for them to do so on that level. If it is positive criticism, pat yourself on the back for getting to a person and having the ability to let them see the truth, at least from your perspective.

Your replies appear to be childish and immature, which detracts from what you're trying to do. Your original statements lack any basis and are filled with information that only you can access, which is where everyone comes in who questions what you smoke (quote unquote)

I'm just trying to make you see your own errors that got you to this place. I am completely impartial. Embrace those that question your beliefs so that you can grow from it - dont condemn them.

The same has occured to me, and I think you'll find its in relation to a permanent increase in your vibrational level. You might find it easier to project now.

It happend two days ago for me, and its great.

Generally suicide is frowned upon, however I think its possible that this was a lesson to see of kamil's soul could handle his life partner killing herself.

Its very possible kamil has had a series of suicides in past lives, and this is one way that his Guide and Council is attempting to curb this. If he is able to live through his life without resorting to suicide, even after the loss of a loved one, then this lesson may have finally been learnt.

Thats just the intuition thats come to mind in regards to this specific case. Dont argue with me, its just what I'm feeling.

I've "only" projected while asleep so far, so I havn't had a 'climatic experience' in the Astral that changed me, that happend in the physical with an involuntary Kundalini raising that opened my eyes and awakened me from my previous slumber.

hahaha sean, I find you amusing. You're 15 and you're worried about not having time for this.

The matter of fact is that you will develop and grow when you do. You cannot force it or quicken the time its going to take for you to reach your full potential. The path that is taken is your choice, but dont think it has shortcuts for you to take.

Basically, what happens happens.

Respect that and you'll be ever so closer to understanding that time really isnt an issue, and you will do what you have to do, when you do.

Definetely a tool for furthering my personal development. To build a network which I can use later in life, and as a means to reach higher levels of understanding.

What Trin describes sounds scarily close to whats "supposed" to happen come 2012. Anyone else agree?

Seeker what process do you go through after reaching this state, to achieve and OBE or an AP? I know its different for everyone, but if there is a way to use this 'energy body' awareness to assist in the process then it might make it quicker and easier to achieve such a thing.

I don't know if this is a trance, but sometimes it gets to a point where I can tell that my body is ready to go into a deeper state of conciousness, all I have to do is accept it and let it swallow me, which is what it does. I get enveloped by this feeling and then there is blackness.

Last time I accepted it and let it "swallow" me was after I had the heavy "vibrations" and found myself out of my body!
