Thanks for the link, I signed up. :)

I mediate with my eyes shut, I find it easier to concentrate in this way because there are less things to distract me.

Welcome to Psychic and Paranormal! / Depression

I used to pop pills, but not anymore, since they don't cure the root problem.

Maybe negs/attachments are more attracted to depressed people?

Quotepush down emotions

I wouldn't do that, as I think it would cause more problems than it solves.
#55
Well that was interesting. They say that everyone has a double elsewhere. Maybe you were expecting too much, and this guy maybe felt a bit overwhelmed and decided to take a break? Just go with the flow, and see what happens.

Yes, the negative thoughts do need to stop, but it is not easy at all, since a lot of them are "external".

QuoteDo you often happen to experience:

Changeable moods
Depressive states
Easily losing control of your emotions and falling into strong negative emotions
Weakening of your body and mind
States of panic, anxiety
Headaches, stomach-aches
Dependency on narcotics, alcohol etc.
Suicidal thoughts
Personality disorders

BTW I have 7 out of the 9 descriptions listed above. Does this mean I have a neg problem???

Quote from: SententialGod / Demons dont send pain your way simply because they hate you or you have something they want.

Well, IMO pain is a part of life, it's there to make you stronger spiritually/personally. It's part of personal growth. I would say that if you believe in God, then pain is part of His plan for you for the purpose I've pointed out above. I do agree with what McArthur says, negs do want something that you have - your energy.

I wondered if depression is just a medical problem - a disease of the mind, or could it be linked to neg problems as well? What are your thoughts?

I simply point out a truth
How you can be sure that what you've said is true?

And how do YOU know that what you're saying about guides are true? We've been through this before. It's getting tedious hearing you claim that guides are out to control and decieve.

As for looking into your past lives, maybe try regression therapy (or whatever it's called)?

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Yikes!!!
December 07, 2004, 09:22:38
Ha, I've had weird things happening to me as well...

The most common thing was my bed (well, sofa actually because I sleep on the sofa) "vibrating" when I'm trying to sleep. Last night something banged my sofa when I was trying to sleep.

Welcome to Dreams! / How to stay Lucid?
December 05, 2004, 18:58:04
I wasn't excited. I was scared. Maybe that was what happened. But I didn't have a chance to get my emotions under control at all before zipping back into my body. And couldn't get back to sleep after for a while because I was very uncomfortable.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / OBE Problem
December 05, 2004, 18:43:22
QuoteSorry for double posting but I still didn't get any answers for what phasing means...

Well it's hard to explain really... EOL007 please help! LOL.

I'll do my best to explain... it's a way of LDing or OBEing without going through the usual ways of projecting... i.e. vibes etc. (At least in my experience that is...). I usually phase through my dreams or as I'm falling asleep.

Please someone, correct my rubbish explanation.

I started to have a LD the other night, in a nightmare I was having. Only problem was, once I became lucid, I woke up. :( How do you prevent this from happening? Check it out at http://www.astralplanet.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=45 to see what I mean.
#67
Well I haven't gotten out of my body yet, so you're not on your own. PS This isn't my forums... LOL.

Welcome to Dreams! / Reinterpretation of dreams.
November 27, 2004, 09:37:27
Well, the first dream does look like there was a message there, I don't know what the message is, but if you keep it in mind, the meaning might reveal itself to you in some way or form at some point - either in dream form or waking life.

I don't know about the second dream.

Kissy isn't limping so much now, in fact she's hardly limping at all. She does seem to be very tired, as all she does is sleep, apart from when she'll have a nibble and do her jobs.
#74
I get what you mean. I knew all about that anyway, but I just didn't understand what you meant because of the way you said it, that's all.

Quoteit is like being angry and then have a dinner. the energy of food will sufer from this anger.

Not sure what you mean by that.
