It is a lie that your handicaps are some kind of punishment from other lifetimes.  I believe these things happen because humans just don't know enough about how to prevent them.  A lot of people in the sciences and medicine are not the most spiritually advanced.  What they do is often just low alchemy.

May I explain why the original post could be considered offensive?

There was really only one sentence in there that was obviously a joke.  The rest of it sounded like weird channeling.

The word Satan is word that has a lot of meaning for many people.
It mostly refers to anything that isn't true or good, and even incarnate evil for some people.  I don't know how wise it is to use it lightly.

I think I agree with James the most.TheKingdom of Heaven is where you are, if you align yourself with honor and truth.  Other religions are paths to this too.
