In the case of a living animal I believe they already have a soul. I don't believe what some religions have said in the past about this one. Anything that's certainly alive enough to interact with has a soul-in my belief anyway. Probably living creatures we can't interact with on a personal level too..maybe all life has a soul and/or soul connections.

I have heard Leanain that cherished swords do-especially when they are made especially for the warrior. I love playing with my own sword collection-and I've been told one I have certainly has some aura to it.  I can send a pic of my own working sword collection .

Furthermore, these glass beads could not have produced tachyonic energy, because tachyonic energy can only exist within a Unified Field, because only within a Unified Field can superluminal (faster than light) particles exist. These glass beads probably radiated so-called "soft electrons" for a period of time - they were advertised as relating to strength and vitality of the wearer.

Any real scientists in here? Because this sounds like well a rude british word beginning with B .  Anyone, what on earth is a Unified Field? Did someone make a working provable unified field theory whilst I wasn't looking? They finally unified gravity, electromagnetism and the strong and weak nuclear forces?

Yes I do experience and work with some kind of energy that's just as easily referred to as chi-but I don't have a better explanation yet. That said, I find these kinds of devices very hard to swallow-I suspect if someone finds they work-it's because they really believe they will.

Not going to be sweetly politically correct here-as this ain't about anyone's "beliefs" but facts. What tosh. it is funny though.  Good luck if you are sure it works for you, but there's no evidence that any of their pseudoscience is correct.   I'd trust a genuine mage because at least they have to understand the science of the world they are trying to work magic in.

Has anyone ever experienced anything that could indicate that this might be possible? It's far fetched to me however I am currently reading one of the SERRAted Edge novels-Spiritride. There was a line in there that I really loved the idea of. This character's motorbike got carried over into the spirit world with him, because he loved "her" and he was told because he loved his motorcycle he'd created a soul.  Ok so now I have to live in the real world, but I've always had a close connection to cars that I've loved. The latest one in particular.
So in people's opinion-is it just wishful thinking on a stronger scale (likely answer) or is there something more? I've attempted to use my ability to manipulate energy to strengthen this connection before now..as I really mean it when I try.  Yes I'm talking about cars, motorbikes, boats..I guess other folks would think of other things.

Forget IQ test scores...lamest test of real intellect ever. For example when I *did* have some sort of faith in them...I scored anything between 135 and 155 no problem..
Doesn't tell you much . Just tells you you can do artificial tests...based on at least a 30 year out of date model or worse.

Exercise more, try a new career perhaps..

I get my smoothies simply by washing, peeling, chucking the whole fruit into a jug and then using a simple hand blender just long enough to make it liquidish, add some pure fruit juice to make it easier to drink. Works fine for me.  Whilst I refuse to do the prescribed restricted diet thing, I have had to cut down the red meat to once a month if that. Yesterday had a burger for the first time in months-this morning I regretted that. Hurts, so whilst I won't subscribe to the vegan wholefood type approach ever-I can see plenty of reason to take my time on deciding what to eat and where .

2-3hrs of energy training most days-and I still don't have an objective as to why. I just like doing it. Oh well , I'm glad it's not obligatory to have  a purpose because I'd flunk that one.

I suggest carefully, daily steady secondary body training-if possible with an experienced partner to aid you in clearing blockages perhaps. AFter a couple of month of daily energy training (assuming you've not done much consistently that is) your secondary body should be more capable of handling primary centre work which again needs to be done in a steady balanced way.

Think of it like training for body building or some other sport. You'd work methodically and steadily to build a foundation.  The energy body will respond faster than muscles to careful building and training.  Leave the chakras alone for a time. Start as if you'd never done any energy work and assume you'll need 20 minutes daily at least.   It never hurts to start slowly from scratch again.

If you send me a photo I will endeavour to send remote healing-however your strongest result is likely to be from your own efforts in this instance I feel. Other peoples genuine efforts won't adversely influence your effort however .

Develope the secondary chakras systematicaly a.k.a NEW and you'll find primary centre work a LOT easier and faster and/or other energy training-such as yoga, chi kung etc.
You can probably skip through years of trial and error by training the secondary system thoroughly-this is certainly the experience I've had so far.

Well this is a good thread so far. Interesting answers you give Mustardseed. None of them are of "Christian" push ethic either, for that I thank you and have some trust of what is being said even .

My brother was able to observe me doing the thing where I get tears from sending the healing. He told me something real strange.  I start off white anyway to his "sight" (He has to close his eyes to "see" energy".) I get brighter, which is normal for energy work, however more white comes down from above-he describes it as coming from an energy band he feels is all around the Earth - high up..

All I know is today I was able to keep sending from the heart chakra to people-people I passed in cars etc etc for ages with the whole strobing, tears of joy thing etc...
ach I don't know... Will he tell you if this is something to do with some kind of partnership here? one where I acknowledge His/Her/It's presence and open to allow my intention to send healing and his/her will to flow with it? I can't express what I am knowing properly so there's some arrogance in the statement that I do not intend. All I know is I'm talking from a sense that I can't fully vocalise..is he willing to reveal anything to me via you here? I not quite trusting of my own verbal channeling ability.

Mustardseed, I've skipped from page 8 to here for a reason.  As you know from my other posts elsewhere I'm not inclined to "deep" spirituality or beliefs-actually systemised belief makes me quite annoyed/uncomfortable for some reason.  

Anyway the reason I'm typing to you, and I really don't know what I am meant to be saying to you is that something you wrote earlier hit a sensitive chord in me.

If any of you want to ask anything of me ask for spiritual gifts to aid others, the gifts of love to heal and the gifts of dicernment to be forearmed and vigilant and if asked in a right spirit I will surely answer such a prayer. I am more willing to give than you are to recieve.

This one for some reason.  Basically in another thread in Astral Consciousness I mentioned touching something you might call "God".  During that time-which was about 20 mins (I only know this because I was driving at the time so I know how far I drove.) I also asked questions of whatever it was.  The one thing I did say was to make a request I sort of believe is slightly out of character for me.  Basically I really really wanted the power to heal that I have worked on to grow stronger, more certain and for it to  always work for those who wish me to use it on their behalf. That's the essence of what I asked. That left me in floods of tears and now as I write the tears are starting again. WHAT GIVES!?..

normally I've played with energy work because I like the sensations. The chi kung and similar because of how my body feels. The use of this for healing because I like the effect the success has on me and the patient both.   I just like doing it. No altruism is being intended consciously, I'm not some really unselfish holy type at all. The opposite. Outside of my relationship I'm 90% self centred, I don't have a regular job because I don't have to work much, I refuse to because I want to energy train, physically train and do my own pursuits. So I don't do charity work or anything like that-though others have said I "should".   I'm mentioning this to give you some idea of how I am.  Basically apart from enjoying the sensation of healing and energy work etc, what gives with the spirit thing? I was a skeptic outside of healing but now I have something more to consider-I kinda want to-but I don't want to become some "etheric" type or oh I don't know , I'm not really sure what I'm on this thread for...except that I've had regular tears of joy experiences for the past few weeks and have conscious choice to have them...so if you are really channelling God and you have faith enough in what you are doing-just would you ask him/her/it what gives with me here? I'm trying like crazy to avoid the "special" syndrome, the "touched" syndrome, "messiah" syndrome and similar ego things. I guess whilst I enjoy the buzz and the emotional intensity I don't want to be "crazy"-but be real... actually, maybe can you ask if he/her/it knows what it is I want to ask? .   I don't trust myself to know if I've got answers just yet...but right now my heart centre is going like crazy and I know I'd only need to concentrate a little and the crown will strobe...

Seriously, I don't want to grasp things to believe in. I want to be "real". Does it make sense here?

btw the act of "prayer" as I understand it really makes me feel cheesy-especially as I avoid all "religion" like the plague-NO OFFENSE INTENDED ANYONE-PERSONAL REASONS/BELIEFS/FEELINGS. So um...is communicating whilst in the middle of healing rapture a good idea? opinion sort-yours will do if God doesn't feel the need to answer .

I've used music like this since I was little to deliberatly amplify and build up energy.  I also used it to help me with healing others. When the music concerned is not some tinkly etheric stuff either, but heavy metal etc  it really makes a massive difference to the amount of energy I transfer.

Guys I'd practice generating this energy without music however also.

Well right now I'm certainly just an energy worker of some kind. I've always said I'm a simple sort. This spiritual stuff is something I feel is way beyond my need to understand. I just search for anything to increase my ability to use what I know already, I leave the complex philosophosizing and spiritual holiness to those who "know" . hehe.... a nice drunken Friday night post!...

Very likely true Lorelai . Apology unnecessary for differences of opinion. That's what we are here for, discuss such different approaches and opinions etc etc.

I don't care enough about such opinions these days as to consider trying to jump through Randi's hoops. Now if there was a genuine scientific challenge that was clean and clear with only the intention of proof/disproof (is that a word?) the way science SHOULD be-along with a £1million prize then that would take my interest-of course it would.
The fact is anyone well informed about Randi, would totally avoid the man-even if they could walk on water.

Based on personal exploration and experience I think we'll have to agree to disagree.

I've never been happy with faiths, ideas or systems that have a "true for all" blanket philosophy. The universe is too diverse for that.

I will however have a browse of the links you freely offer, as I'm always happy to pinch a technique from anywhere if it works for me .

Though the alchemy one is way too esoteric for me. I'm a simple person don't ya know? .

More seriously, I don't go along with the assertation that developement of the chakras automatically is going to confer psychic/spiritual powers-at least not in the way you've spoken about.  To me the real power is the interconnectedness sensation to the universe, the ability to heal more strongly and the peace/joy/satisfaction so obtained from such practice.

I have managed to reach a pitch of energy at times where I felt "more" of me and occasionally something else interconnected with me. I wrote a thread on it in astral consciousness.

Yes I've touched "something". I'm uncomfortable with most of the traditional labels for it-probably because I was an atheist and now am sort of agnostic.  Yes it brought tears of joy, and I sort of know how to touch it again to a degree-providing it's willing to be "touched" that is.

Most of my healing work has been carried out however without this particular sense, so I've not worried about it. When people have said "how can you heal without God" etc, I just tell them to believe what's in their heart and I'll believe what's in mine.

I guess I'm not really that comfortable with much of the new age and/or religious labels and trappings. I'm too much of a lone wolf personality-like to work out my own way in the end.

As I'm unable to "see" "hear" or do any other psychic stuff beyond the healing I've no other real personal evidence of anything beyond the sensing of this presence when I'm really pumping a lot of energy.

I should have been a mechanic-cars like me , I like them LOL. I don't know quite why I never kinda saw an oppurtunity to work with them in that way.  Probably cos I'd never have found my current partner or Robert Bruce and this site among other things by being a mechanic.

This is typical snake oil salesman speak. If it's too good to be true-it generally is-especially if it's for sale. Time to spend a few hours googling perhaps .

NEW (the tutorial is free), some good books/sites on various forms of chi kung and yoga and no doubt a few other systems others could mention are worth reading and checking out. This site is PURE profiteering.  I sincerely hope that kind of organisation does not flourish and that the owners suddenly find themselves with a more useful purpose in life .  

Thanks for bringing it to my attention at least. Now I have an example to show folks here of the kind of ripoff scams being done.  Technically they will say it's not a scam-they are likely to give you the reports and documents etc-they've just super overblown both cost and speed of benefits.

All I know is at least one car I owned that I loved very much and deliberately tried to put "energy" and intention into ended up with a distinct personality. That car would exhibit physical behaviour when driven by others-lights doing weird things and stuff like that.  

Anyway it certainly spooked out one (alleged) black witch and my mother, also that car reacted solidly and negatively to my Grandma (whom I don't get on with). First time, she wouldn't start and the bonnet wouldn't open outside my Grandma's house. When my Grandma went back inside the hourse, the car started on the next attempt. Next visit, clutch broke.

Most of the stuff that happened is like anecdotal and individual Can't convince anyone but me and other folks involved at the time-and they have slightly different views. However I know what I intended with that car at 17 yrs old.  She was as far as I was concerned the only thing I had that I trusted and relied on-so with my healing and energy sensitivity I built on that. Security blanket don't ya know

I'm attempting this experiment again in a slower and more controlled way to see what happens.

Anyone else had any odd stuff happen as a result of investing energy into something in this way?

With one exception, I've done this for 17 yrs at least now.

Some of us have easy latent abilities and/or the perspective to recognise them for what they are when they happen.

I do not. I don't recognise or notice any real psychic ability.  I use NEW, chi kung and kundalini yoga daily for between 1-2 hrs most days minimum.   Why I keep it up?

I like the sensatios-which are stronger, deeper and more consistent. Secondly immunity to crap like flu and other nonsense. Thirdly i like the strength enhancement.  Fourthly I've been able to use it to perform healing on others, despite the lack of obvious  psychic talent.  So I've written off the psychic stuff, I don't need it to heal. Or i've got enough of something I don't have conscious knowledge of to use.  Fifthly, I've had epiphany (sense of divine presence and revelations) a number of times in my life and can *almost* make it happen consciously-within limits.  

I guess what I'm saying is I do it all in all because I enjoy and the results I get are almost enough in their own right.

Let go of the "abilities" thing. Concentrate on the flow now as you've had some success already with NEW and stuff. Expand your knowledge into chi kung, yoga and any other you find. The tactile knowledge in NEW will help you translate the sometimes obscure instructions in older more developed systems. and function as a good BS detector .

So who here doesn't believe in Compassion, Giving and helping others?

I can imagine music with right intention could do this, I raise power to various kinds of music easily. Might be worth a shot .
