You keep mentioning that people are telling you to move on from the past.  Then you go into a big dissertation about how memories should be kept.  I have found that when I and others go on about something too much about something we are usually trying to drown out what we know deep down to be true, but we do not like that truth.

Memory is important "Those who do not remember the past are doomed to repeat it".  However we should not dwell on it and obsess about it.  Learn from it and move on.

A computer is just a big complicated array of switches. So is consciousness. Our brains are just an interface device.  Consciousness comes from the quantum entanglements across the cells of the body and brain.  These entanglements make a vast and complicated array of switches that form consciousness which in turn forms our reality. 

So the brain is just an interface that we use to interact with the physical.  It gets more complicated but these connections are always being rewired from one set of quantum particulates to the next as we grow and move about.  So when we die the data that is us does not have to go away.  It is more likely that inertia will cause the connections to rewire themselves to another interface device.

I think a lot of this stuff about aliens is the same as the stuff about angels and demons. When spirit beings visit us, they dress in fashion.  So if the fashion is angels and demons they appear as angels and demons.  If the fashion is good alien vs bad alien then they show up as aliens.

It would not do to show up as good alien to some guy who has no concept of aliens. :-D

Work on balancing your Chakras don't forget the connections between.
Do some basic breath meditation. 
This will bring in positive energy and clear negative energy and will help balance the energy flows.

I think remote healing can work. I have done it and had good results.

I put positive intentions into my videos and I get a lot of positive feedback that they are working.  About half of them are healing videos.
I believe that as people use the videos and have positive intentions it increases their strength.

Sometimes when I see colors it is indication to work on the associated chakras.  Sometimes it is not.  The green mist could mean you need work on your heart chakra.

I am not sure why.  I would suggest a basic breath meditation daily.  Read up on the subject.  Breath in positive energy and out negative energy.  Then clear head of thoughts and focus on breath.  If thoughts creep in just acknowledge them and go back to the breath.

Also read up on chakra balancing and do some that.

Learn to do reality checks.  Do them every morning.  That way when you find you are astral traveling you can decide if you wan to wake up for real or astral travel for a bit before waking up :-)

I get a lot of people asking me about this.  They feel sensations, electrical feelings but then do not manage to project.  I usually recommend to take a couple of weeks off of AP and just do basic breath meditations to build positive energy and get the energy flows correct.  In the meantime read about AP, LD, OBE, etc.

I think this is an especially good idea for anyone who has been trying real hard to AP without success.

If you are feeling vibrations and do not get out with your exit technique then try another technique.  I read somewhere that using the same exit technique for a long period will be counterproductive.  The idea is that if one technique does not work after a few minutes, move to another one.  So it is good to know a few to several exit techniques.

Use the Shyness videos in the morning as 10Hz is Alpha range and that is good for a state of alert mind & relaxed body.

Do these videos everyday for at least a month.

Here is the meditation that goes with the Shyness video (It is in the video as well):

This meditation has just four affirmations to keep it simple and focused.  Repeat these affirmations to yourself during the day as well.

Find a comfortable place and close your eyes.
Relax.
Listen to the beats and focus on your breathing.
Breathe in relaxing, positive energy.
Breathe out tension and negative energy.
Focus on your breath and the beats.
If your mind wanders acknowledge the thoughts and bring your awareness back to your breath and the beats.

Do this for a few minutes until you are relaxed.

Think of things you are grateful for.  Think of positive social interactions that you have had.

Feel grateful for these things.

Repeat the following out loud a few times, then whisper a few times then keep repeating it silently.

I am grateful for what I have.
I am aware of my negative feelings, and I can let them go.
I am outgoing.    
I am relaxed, easygoing, and social.

Do this for a few to several minutes.

Then bring your awareness back to your breath and the beats.

If your mind wanders acknowledge the thoughts, repeat the affirmations and bring your awareness back to your breath and the beats.

Do this for as long as you can.  Do not over do it.  A short daily meditation is better than a long weekly one.

When you are finished bring your awareness back to the room and open your eyes.

DETOX HEALING MEDITATION

Sit in a comfortable position. Keep your hands open. Close your eyes. Relax. Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.

Imagine you are breathing in light of pure healing love energy. Breathe out black smoke of tension, toxins, sickness and negativity.  Do this for a few seconds.

Start chanting OM or you can just say I AM. Bring your awareness to the OM. After a while start to whisper OM and then just say it mentally.  If your thoughts wander just acknowledge them and bring your attention back to OM.

After about 5 minutes focus on your heart.  Keep your eyes closed. Bring all your attention to your heart. See it with your mind's eye.  Hear it and feel it beating.

Experience your heart for a few minutes.

Imagine a ball of light the size of your thumb that embodies all the love in the universe. Imagine the ball descending down through the top of your head down into your heart. Feel the warmth.

Expand the light until it fills your body.  The light cleanses your physical and non physical bodies. Let the light cleanse you for a while.  Be grateful.

After a while bring your awareness back to your heart. Once again experience your heart for a few minutes and breath in positive cleansing energy and breathe out toxins and negative energy.

Repeat these steps again if you wish for as long as you wish.

Do not over do it. A short daily session is better than one long one per week.  Even a few minutes is better than none.

Do what you can and then build up from there over time.

When ready to finish bring your awareness back to your heart.  Feel gratitude for all the things you have to be grateful for. Open your eyes.

I like Stookie's suggestion. It will help with visualizations as well.   I do a similar thing, I will look at something like a person on the bus and then close my eyes and try to remember what I saw.  What color was the hair, shirt pants, shoes etc.  This helps develop visualization abilities and teaches awareness.
