You are right! without proof one must remain sceptic although I still insist that this evolution thing does effect you, will effect you and the day when you get your own personal proof you will see it all in action.

As to groups such as winged wolfs, we are all effected by this, the control of people through collective manipulation in a group environment is like religion, you do as they say, you practice as they practice, look at the Raelian sect.  They lobby the govnt. they play at the scorcerers apprentice with this cloning scandal........You are far too intelligent to need that sort of stimulation kakkarot, it's better to have you as a loose cannon than under the control of a group!!!!

You seem to be getting a bit wound up about what I'm trying to get through to you, you should calm down, take a few deep breaths then read on!

It was Darwin I think that once said 'all species must evolve or they are doomed to disappear'  Well the same goes for you and me, we must evolve or we are doomed, doomed to return to the collective soul of humanity that is the spiritual equivalent of the social security line.

You can ask Fenris, Cainam, Ides or anyone else, you can look at any energy raising technique you can check out most magical systems and you'll see that the raising of energy operates mainly (there are exceptions) on the vertical plain. You pull down celestial energy, you raise up earth energy into yourself then you can open your charkas in a certain order etc etc, infact you can do pretty much anything with it. I know I'm explaining this rudimentarily, but you raise energy, you raise Kundalini etc, you raise energy upwards through you and for what purpose???
Apart from the side effects such as psychic powers and other amazing things it is primarily to RAISE your conscience! If you don't understand this basic principal you are either phenomenally stupid or just plain ignorant and you should just give it all up.
When are you going to wake up and realize that all powers gained from energy work or magical work are SIDE EFFECTS and not the goal. You are looking at everything from the wrong angle, change your angle of perception and you will see for yourself. The whole shooting match is about the raising of consciousness. Just go back and look at all your posts, they are all power orientated, manipulation orientated and your recent ones in this thread show an ego the size of Kansas. I've not read many associated with personal evolution!!!

The only similarity that your life could ever have with mine is when we will both be going in approximately the right direction, the road you choose is yours, the way and speed you walk it is yours, but the destination is ultimately the same.
Signs can appear on the road to help you, you can choose to follow their indications or you can march blindly onwards to your own personal doom. I am a student of evolution and we are all students in our own way and you should never ignore help when it is proffered, even under the guise of insult or condescension.

As for winged wolf and her group, I'm sorry but psionic work and energy manipulation in that form is NOT evolution, it is just turning in circles with the ego being fed more and more as your energy sensations and influences increase. And as for soliciting people to ultimately increase their group egregore's strength is for me frankly unacceptable.

As to when your guardian shows up?.......that's totally personal, it can show up anytime, my personal experience is no reference in the field so you thinking I compare all to myself is misplaced and in fact totally irrelevant.

You may well ask why am I doing this, speaking to you in this way? I ask myself the same question each time I post here but if just 10% of what I am saying gets through to you then it might just have all been worthwhile. All I wish for is that you evolve, without feeling the need for groups or pseudo powers, to be a totally self sufficient person with a DIRECT link and contact with the Divine through the divinity within you. I can't  tell you what to do. I can't nor wish to guide you on your road I just wish you to be totally independent of all exterior influence, and it's then that you will see what power IS and ISN'T.  Try it?!!!!

The reason you are stuck is that your suitcase is full, there is no more room to put anything else. You are at the point of saturation and you must let it all go to evolve through the crack that leads to the next octave. You wish to go further? well here is your chance, drop the suitcase and raise your conscience. Once through you will see that all your powers at the lower level were all an illusion and you'll laugh at yourself for relying on them for so long.
Once through to the higher octave you will have nothing in your suitcase but you will infact be ten times or even a hundred times more powerful than before, but these powers will be integrated into your conscience to be called upon if needed, but believe me when I say to you that once through to the higher octave you will no longer need them nor will you desire to use them as you will see power for what it truly is.......a veil pulled over your eyes to keep you from evolving.

Or you could go off to Winged Wolfs' psionic group for some mutual psionic masturbation and energy orgasms that will make you think you are the greatest but at the best will lead you nowhere or at the worst you will lose your soul.

To tell you the truth it's only from observation and experimenting that I know the MPR actually reinforces the Guardian. Once you can feel the presence of the Guardian you can experience the phenomena for yourself. As to the mechanics of the process I'm sorry but I truly don't know. All I know is that it definately strengthens him.
I don't follow any classical magical system as I beleive the way for everyone is personal and independance is important so I take what works from all sorts of places and adapt it to my own way of doing things, remember magic evolves with the practitioner so what you read is always out of date. Magic is a living science and changes constantly so adaptation and intuition are very important.

Sorry I can't fully answer your question but as soon as I found out the effect the MPR caused I lost all interest in it as an excersise. Do what works for you and always ask yourself why you are doing it, for what reason, for what result.
Evolving is the name of the game, power is for kids and beleive me when I say that the further you evolve the more power you get and thus the more things you must let go of inorder to advance further, if you get caught up in the power trip then you can't get thruogh the space/time gaps, it's a case of ALWAYS giving up ones powers in order to progress......It's a huge trap thats so easy to fall into.
Ask yourself one question: Are you doing it for the power or to evolve?

Yes, you are at a point that I have yet to reach. But I have no desire to reach that point, the idea of power you have is all an illusion, a veil that has been pulled over your eyes to keep you from accessing the split in space/time that could take you forwards. You are a prisoner of your Guardian de Seuil and the sooner you realise this the better.
I have left many powers behind me on my journey as I realised that power in itself prevents evolution, you must let go of everything or you will remain at your present evolutory level.

If you had actually evolved your Guardian would most likely have shown itself already, this fact alone shows you are under his control.

Its a good question!.........
The idea of upsetting the balance on a temporary basis is to precipitate or create a crack in space/time that if spotted you can pass through to a higher vibrational level or octave. If you stay gray very little will happen, everything ramains in balance and all progress is superficiel and an illusion. Once you pass through you regain balance at a higher frequency and all progress gained at the lower level crystalises to form a solid base to work from.
You have to rock the boat every so often!

What you think of the site is of no concern to me, but what interests me is to push you to open up your way of thinking, to realise that most info on the internet is rubbish or trafficked( although you probably know that already). It is of prime importance to see both sides of the story to sort the information relavent to your own evolution.
I read a lot of your posts and can tell you are looking for a test, your desire to fight, to flex your energetic muscles is overwhelming but as the chinese say "Be careful what you wish for..........you just might get it" The test will come for you that will shock you out of your head, it wont come from outside but from the Guardian de Seuil (Guardian of the threshold) that I keep going on about in other threads. Your headstrong attitude is making him stronger and when he comes you won't be able to Ki, Chi or whatever his butt. Your evolution isn't like one of your dungeons and dragons games it's a subtle balance of things that can't be manipulated like a game console but with your conscience. Raise your conscience Kakkarot, look beyond your ego. The raising of consciousness is the key to controlling your internal energy so you may manipulate the exterior enrgy.
At the moment your energys and your conscience are in your third energy centre, solar plexus, the centre of Power. It gives you a rush but it's time to move on out and up to the heart centre, the centre of unconditional love.
Evolution like this means letting go, to get through the gateway to the next level you must carry nothing, nothing at all and that means leaving your powers etc behind!
These gateways are infact cracks or holes in space/time and to get through them is like going through a dimensional shift to a higher vibrational level so you must leave behind all that can'tresonate at the higher octave. So you see in reality you must let go of EVERYTHING in order to squeeze through.
If you like reading then get Ken Keyes 'a manuel for a superior conscience' as it gives the best description on this process I've ever seen.

Just a quick note to say that if you read all the posts in the thread I correct myself as to the TOL. This excercise does not strengthen the Guardian de Seuil and  it  is very good for the aura. I'll get back to you on your other Q's soon.

In replying I'd just like to stop you from going where I think you might be thinking of going. My problem with Hebrew as a magical language and egregore is a problem of quality and too much usage and tainted usage.

I'm not going to go into the finer points of egregorique magic here but let me say that an egregore is an occult power base that is kept in a bottle, catalysed by Gold or vegetable matter and controlled by those having the code to access it. (it's the veritable Genie in the bottle story)
Take the catholic church for example, they have a very powerful egregore because all the catholics that pray and have faith charge the egregore with those prayers. So the few that know how to access it have the real power, everyone that asks for something only gets a weak version of the real thing. If you have the access code though...........BINGO!
Magical schools, sects meditation groups etc etc all have egregores, although some don't have them in the bottle as they can also exist in the ether.
It's like a bank acct. Everyone fills it up but only few draw on the acct, and when they do it's some of your money they take. Anyway I'll get back to the point of the post.
Since a long time many magical groups and schools have used Hebrew (mainly via the Kabbal) as their language, some of these groups etc have been and still are slightly to the dark side of the middle! These negative actions, thoughts and rituals charge the egregore with that same negativity and if you use Hebrew magical words you are tapping in to all that dubious energy.
The true Kabbalists   (ie those of Jewish origin that hold the access key) can use the real power of the Hebrew egregore but this egregore in it's history has been used for dubious things, just look at jewish history for an idea or watch the news about the middle East to get the picture.
So Kristen you see that to use words like Greek that have been less used, therefore less tainted is advantageous in your magical workings. There will be less interference and less chance of attracting the less desirable entities that can be attracted by the use of Hebrew.
I have nothing against the Jewish race, it's just there are better magical words that can be substituted.

Mathias has summed it up pretty much althuogh in a language you may not understand.
The guardian is part of you and has not been placed there as you put it as it is an inherent part of you. The universe is in balance between good and evil (broad based terms I admit) but this balance exists within us as well as on the exteroior. To advance or to force a particular evolution towards the light is to act against this dark half, so it must be vainquished in order to advance.
this dark half is the personal entity that carries your present physical incarnation, on a physical level, so it is in perpetual conflict with your self that wishes to evolve. btw. is is only when you wish to evolve, or have realised a particular level of evolvement that it will manifest. To have it manifest is a sign that you are on an evolutory path and that you have come to a crucial point of personal evolvement. Everything in the universe is in balance although it is personal choice that decides which way you go.

It's better to refuse the keys to paradise 1000 times and discover things oneself slowly than accept once the invitation for fast learning and end up neck deep in the sh**.

Don't get confused by the religious side of karma, its just a universal law that states every action creates a reaction. Whatever you do creates a cause - effect situation that is connected to you and that if you put out bad energy (ie do something bad) this energy will eventually come back to you in one form or another. The same for good things as well.

You must know that the wheel of karma as people like to call it, turns at its own speed so maybe you wont reap the benefits of your good deeds for many years or even until your next life if you go for the reincarnation thing.

There are ways to speed karma up as a form of purification but thats a whole different story.

Sorry, three posts is ridiculous but I keep thinking of things......Be very carefull with healing, never heal anyone without them asking you as they could perceive it as an attack if they don't know what you are doing and you will get the return of shock, also why are you healing? is it to feed your ego? you will say no but look deep into yourself and ask why, becauseif your ego is nourished it could have detrimental effects on your spiritual development.

I do a lot of healing with an Egyptian pendulum and always put lime juice on my hands and arms beforehand.....I can actually see the energy I take out flowing around my arms and not into them. It is the lime juice that stops it. It would be worth trying the lime juice before you heal to see if you can still channel energy through the juice or not........if not use it afterwards to remove the bad energy.

Try washing your hands in freshly squeezed lime juice afterwards. Or if you take on lots of bad energy take a shower in the lime juice (rub all over yourself, especially the chakras and the hands)and leave it on you overnight then hot shower in the morning.

Look at EVERYTHING on Essiac tea as there is a lot of rubbish written about it, It came within three votes in the canadian parliment to be the official cure for cancer.......it was ousted by the petro-chemical pharmacutical lobby.
Also look at the Hulda Clark remedies, I have given these to people with great success but read up before you do anything.

I need to get some more background info into your problem.
After reading your thread I realise that whatever is effecting you dates from long before.......It is probably something that your dad touched and you have inherited or it was passed to you from your father who wished to rid himself of it. Was he to your knowledge connected with any magical group, if so do you know if he made a pact with any of its members?
Did he attempt to quit the magical group?
Do you have any magical accessory that belonged to your father?
did you or your father have anything to do with Tibetan Bhuddism?
If you can think of anything that might help tell me!!!

What seems to have happened is that you have a very strong injunction placed upon your eighth chakra (the one just above your head......infact there are 21 known that are above the head and probably more)
An injunction is a thought form or order to prevent you from doing something or to force you to do something...........It is a type of possession!

To be truthfull the chakras above your head Can't be possessed but the injunction is so strong that it tricks you into knowing (not thinking) you are possessed.....confusing heh?

There is a way to remove these injunctions and to reconnect you to your interior trinity but it is a ritual that will take some time and require plenty of motivation from yourself. If this interests you please PM me with your email and I'll send you the details along with some other things that may help.

Also it could be worth considering a real church excorsism! I'm not of the religious sort but I know that they work and it is an option well worth considering.

Remember there is ALWAYS light at the end of the tunnel even if the tunnel is long.

Let me just correct myself quickly, YES keep doing the tower of light as this will strengthen your aura  (I initially breifly confused what you were saying with the Flaming Sword.....sorry for the misunderstanding). I see you have followed the path of Aurom Solis, the advantage is that it is all greek which means it is less tainted than Hebrew which is an egregore steeped in hate and violence, I suggest you do all your rituels in greek from now on.
For protection on the Astral plane I suggest you use the Aurom Solis technique of the hands at the forehead and thrusting the pentagram at your attacker, this is usually sufficient unless its your dweller on the threshold coming at you.
The most important thing is to wait for it to attack you, as if you show willing for a fight it will back off until a later date. So only attack at the very last moment as it goes for you, then stab it and cut it up big time so it gets the message that you don't want it interfering with your evolution.
The whole idea is to create the unity between body, spirit and Soul so your soul can take control of your life and fulfil its destiny......it's hard but worth the effort!
So my advice is to arm yourself with a sword and stay vigilent as you now know the dweller can manifest in the material world as well

Oh btw your shamanic animal can't help you beat the dweller you must do this alone.

Need: it could well be your dweller on the threshold as your guardian angel or archangel can't be corrupted and would not mislead you.......infact your real GA  would not appear so regularly if at all!.............take care

I'll try and be brief, but as you know these things are never as simple to explain as they should be.
Infact I hope a lot of people read this post as what I'm about to explain to you is VERY important and concerns everyone on this site, some will have experienced this and some not, it's for the individual to decide.

The tower of light or the middle pillar excercise based on the golden dawn tradition or any other for that matter serve only one purpose; and unfortunately it's not what most think it is.....................let me explain.

Magic is not about power or supernatural abilities as most people think......it's about PERSONAL spiritual evolution, and when I say personal that means personal. To join any group or magical system can help in the beginning (books are better) but it is alone  and totally alone that one can progress.

Ok! lets get to the point of this post.

The middle pillar or TOL serve only to re-enforce your 'guardian de Seuil' or guardian of the door/threshold. this dark brother is your other half, the entity that carries your present incarnation on this earth, the entity that will stop at nothing to prevent you from evolving spiritualy. This guardian is part of you and it is someone that you must vainquish in order to advance. This guardian is quite happy to exist in the material world and takes it as a personal attack if you try and evolve.
What you probably experienced was a warning attack from your threshold guardian.......believe me they can be quite dramatic!!!!!!!!! If he appears as a threataning figure then the best way to defeat him is to let him approach and at the VERY LAST second turn and stab him with your astral sword.
The fact that he attacked you is the fact that you are progressing and he wants to stop you........The TOL and the middle Pillar only serve to strengthen him so you should stop these excercises and concentrate only on the pentagrams and heptagrams that will increase your protection and evolution.
Once you have defeated your threshold guardian then you will be free to advance.
