Welcome to Metaphysics! / Question about a reading
January 04, 2005, 03:22:03
Laiana if I may;

A psychic can only read what was planned ahead for you.  A psychic reading will often appease some doubts/fears you may have had, but the question you have to ask yourself is "Does a psychic reading truly help you in the end?".  Sometimes, people have bad things planned for them and since a psychic foretold them of something, they seem to force it to happen unconsciously.  The opposite can also be true.  If you know something is bound to happen, you can change it (but what are the consequences?).

Psychics can be useful for serious issues (lost child, grief, pain and similar things which affect your various bodies, but with all due respect to the professional psychic community, their value is stronger in entertainment than actual help.

Quote from: laianaReally?  You saw that?

Hmmm that might explain the "big move" that she also mentioned...

(I'm from Australia but am currently working in Canada)

Edit: Ok she actually said this:

"There's something about children around her this next 12 months.  There's energy around children and there's energy around strengthening of a relationship or a relationship going to strength but there's major changes around that."

I am considering seeing a clarivoyant myself, what sort of things should I be on the look out for to determine if they are "real" or not?  (I would trust more people here than I would some stranger on the street)

Welcome to Metaphysics! / Predictions for '05?
January 02, 2005, 15:33:20
I'm always intrigued to read predictions/prophecies.  To me, it's like reading a book, which has a story and a plot, but with a very limited life.  It makes for great stories because we can relate to them (basic psychology).  Anyhow, I'm just intrigued to know what everyone thought about the new year.  Any predictions, gut feelings, guesses?

Personally, I feel that the pope will be retired (My first impression was lungs, but I feel something cardio - Maybe both or somehow related).  I also expect the typical increase in disaster (it's been nothing new for a while now).  My flood dream comes again to mind.  An earthquake followed by a tectonic plate shift would definitely flood the area in no time, while spawning new land; California rings a huge bell there :o\.  But '05 doesn't seem like inception and not the birth.

Only time will tell...

Take it or leave it, but I've read somewhere that "some" events are hard to predict because they are "inserts" into the program.  I guess the best comparison I can make with this is a rocket nasa sends to Mars.  The orbit is completely planned from the start, but along the way, unexpected things came along and for the rocket o remain on its proper path, they need to give it a few burner boosts with precise angles in order for it to arrive at its destination.  Hope it helps.

Quote from: DrShamanIt seems like nobody, not even the most psychic person is able to predict upcoming catastrophes. I mean nobody predicted the Tsunami catastrophe in Asia.

But I know from my own experience that it is possible to predict my own future, because I have gotten warnings of things that would happen to me. First time the thing happened, and from that moment I realized I should take my dream messages seriosly. Then the situation I was warned about happened, but I managed  to avoid that the things I was warned about happened. I have also predicted things that would happen to some of my friends, that happened later. Most of the warnings that I have got have come from spirits and guardian angels that I channel, so I can not say that I really have predicted the future all  the time, most of the time I have just channeled their warnings.

But my question is, why is it so much more difficult to predict global catastrophes and events than personal events?

Welcome to Dreams! / Another flood dream

Actually, I ws shocked the othre day as I read a report about the flood.  The newspaper was talking about a man who survived the ordeal.  He was watching the waves from the coast and he claims that he "rode the wave" kind'a like in my dream and that he ended up reaching safe ground.  I was stunned to see how similar his account of his view was similar to mine.  Maybe they were more related that I initially thought :o\

Quote from: JAWI wonder if this had anything to do with the tsunami that just hit south asia. Obviously the tidal wave part and also regarding people knowing it was coming, ie, there was a quake, the wave could be seen incoming, then obviously the place is flooded... Or it could be totally chance, thought Id mention it anyway.
My thoughts are with all the families of the victims, what a tragedy :(

I also forgot to say <lol>...   Is the satan thing really an "answer" to anything or really more like a brotherly bully threat?

Quote from: laianaThanks everyone for your responses, it has given me a lot to ponder!

My biggest thing is this, in discussing ANYTHING even remotely relating to OBE or "Energy" or discrepencies in the origins of the Bible, Christians ALWAYS have an answer.

The answers that bother me the most (because I can't quite let them go) is that everyone who doesn't believe in Christ will go to hell, and ANYTHING that differs from what the Bible says or what they believe is a deception by Satan.  And I'm talking about things like Gnosticism, Budhism, the Religions prior to Christianity that has some similarities to Christianity, and then they start throwing bible verses to me about how men will turn from the "Truth" and start following "Myths".

I feel that I can't quite escape it, and I'm terrified of the big "What if" - What if it IS true, and everything else IS one big deception by Satan!  I hear about good people doing amazing things like soul retreivals and helping people who have passed on, and I really want to be able to do that one day.  How can THAT be a deception?  But anyway,  this is off the topic of dreams... I will just have to keep looking inside myself and above for what I interpret as the truth.

You are thus implying that the ancient belief pushed by the religion that "The Earth is the center of the universe" is a push by Satan.  We've long since proved that the Earth is NOT the center of the universe.  They were plain out wrong.  Do you also believe that someone who is "technically perfect" think Mother Theresa or something of that nature who is not Christian will go to hell directly while someone who killed for a living who converts to Christianity right before death will be excused?  Either way, I don't mean to push anything on anyone, all I'd say is that it's not wrong for you to look for answers.  Look them out.  no-one I know has all of the answers anyways.

I was also stunned when I saw that, but somehow think that it wasn't related :o\.  I think something siimlar might be boilling down on the American west coast.  After all, it's been a while since a serious earthquake has hit the west.

I'm posting this more as an informational piece than a question or anything else of the sort.  Last year, I was coming back home, my first plane took forever to leave (waiting for someone) and of course, I missed my flight.  To make a long story short, it was early, but still, no planes were flying home before the next day, so as ticked off as I was, I took my luggage and went to get a room to sleep at.  The next day, I was given a copy of the "Bhagdava Gita" by a priest in the airport.  It only clicked after, why exactly my plane was late on that specific day (and the fact that no other plane flew to the bay area on that day).

Anyhow, the part that hit me the most was at the end of the book where it states something along the lines of "We're parcels of God".

If you think about that for a second, it seems to explain a lot of things (mind split).  Why some religions calls us gods (although that's not quite correct).  It explains what type of control we have over any situation.  etc etc....  The more you think about it, the more you'll see how this connects ideas and makes the hardest things to believe, believable.

I just thought it may interest a few people to know that =)
I'm all ears for what you guys think about it!

A religion is a group of beliefs and concepts.  In terms of concepts, they are almost all the same with small tidbits as exceptions.  The beliefs are somewhat different.  I personally have read many religious books and I must say that the concepts are pretty much all the same (prayer, god(s), good, higher selves, etc...).  The beliefs are however quite different.  I've stepped away from religion since it's mostly a power-control tool which was twisted according to some people in it and went my own way, reading what others had to say.  It eventually led to a construction of beliefs which is somewhat volatile.  The basic beliefs are set into harder stone everytime I read more, but I've changed beliefs a few times where my heart told me that it made sense at the time.  The concepts on the other hand are so similar that they just keep stacking one ontop of the other.

I'm not trying to pull you from your religion.  I'm just saying that for me, looking at what else was out there made me realize that there's more than one religion ytpically tends to admit :)

Quote from: AsifI realize that a lot of people believe in one of the three Abrahamic religions and in the occult at the same time such as religious mystics.  But I'm guessing many of you have been raised in one of the three (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) religions and believed in it till you were introduced to the occult.  That was the case with me and Islam.  Are any of you former Muslims and now Spiritualists/Pagans?  I don't think I know anyone else yet, but I'm sure I'm not the only one!

So you also assume that you cannot split anything either?  OBE is about splitting the mind.  Having 2 awarenesses.  You have your physical body and your astral body (2 minds so to speak).  For people's culture, Jesus and Mary were the same soul =).

Quote from: TyciolDuh.

Even so, that would mean that for every increase in population here, on some other plane or planet you have an existence being wiped out. Otherwise my theory of souls created or in stasis stands.
#61
You ahve to be carefull when you commit to something such as a cult (a religion is really just a larger cult which is accepted around the world).  You have to think that many people contributed that this religion and the end questions is really "What were the motives of theses people".

If you look at Christianity's history, you will find some pretty grim moments where it was used for power.  Ever heard that the Earth was the center of the universe!?  That's rotten from Christianity.  Of course today we know that to be false, but it's just one of the many tools which the religion used to control people's mind.  The latest game makes the government control people's mind.  There will always be power hungry people.

That being said, Christinaty does have some pretty good values (and just about all other religions) have a very good initial idea.  the problem is that people later come around, interpret things wrongly, ommit things to make the story more compelling and etc to manipoulate people.

I used to be Christian, and most of the general ideas they gave out, I turned out to agree with, but I can't say that I agree 100% with the beliefs.  If I were you, I'd go with the flow.  Go with what feels and sounds right.  Look at the internet, it's one of the biggest place for various things.  Read a lot.  Eventually, you'll end up with concepts and things which "simply feels right" and eventually things will conenct together like pieces of puzzles.  Christianity falls short on explainning many things and instead calls them "miracles".  According to that definition, we are doing miracles everyday :).

Is Satan even real?  If god is all mighty, why would he have an equal evil?  What about Hell?  Is there really such a place?  If god is ever-loving, why would he send parcels of himself to hell for eternity?

I don't mean to push ideas inside your mind.  My suggestion again, is to look things up from yourself.  Read a lot, things will make sense after a while :o)

Quote from: laianaOver the past few months, I have been learning, researching and seeking answers about Christianity which is what I was brought up with.  Right now I am not prepared to blindly accept what I was taught, but to seek answers for myself.  Naturally this leads me around in circles.  When I think I'm on to something, I get back to square one and doubt what I learned because "Maybe its a deception by Satan".  Satan is the big one here, more so than Christ because everything I learn can be (by most Christians) answered as a deceipt my Satan.

Anyway.  So last night I decided to ask God for myself whether the path I am taking is true and right, or am I leading myself astray.

I had the most petrifying, terrifying, horrid dream that night, and woke up and remembered it as if I was meant to.  Its the kind of dream that sounds REALLY stupid when you relate it to someone afterwards but it was one where the whole feeling of the dream was evil, and scary, and horrifying.

I was at a house, which was my parents house but wasn't, and there were some of us hiding under blankets and it was dark.  We were hiding because there were some people/demons/monsters/SOMETHING going and killing anyone they could see who was not covered by something.  Somehow I got rescued, and then I got in my car and drove away feeling evil things chasing me.  Somehow I ended up at a park and there was this ball - literally a ball, but it was evil, evil energy and it was going to do something horrible to me.  I was calling for my mother and slowly woke myself up by doing this (this is usually what I do when I'm scared in a dream).  The whole atmosphere of the dream was filled with evil and horror.

It kinda freaked me out waking up because of the fact that I had asked God before bed asking for guidance.  I then had the thought that maybe it was telling me I'm not yet ready for things like Astral Projection because I am so easily consumed by fears?

How does one get over the barrier that the Christian faith so readily puts up?  Is there anyone here who used to be a Christian and is now confident that such things are NOT the work of the devil?  Or is this just all in my mind and i need to chill out a bit :P

Of course that assumes that all souls can only be incarnated on Earth and that all souls are only human.

Quote from: TyciolBeing that the world's population is ever-growing... either new souls are being created all the time... or there were a hell of a lot floating around doing nothing for a loooong time, and there still are.

:o).  As someone already mentionned, we choose a bunch of things besides the parents.  Since we're here to experience, our higher self doesn't care about pain and the suches.  It's kind'a like having a goal of winning a gold medal in boxing and knowing that you will have to stumble through a few KOs and serious bruises on the way.  You will typically choose souls which you have already had experiences (or currently have).  I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but given that we do this, I woudl expect that it would make a difference.  (Maybe we don't want too many ties; almost seems silly as an idea)

Quote from: TelosNeutrino, that story is fascinating. It must have been an amazing experience for you.

I have never believed that we chose life, much less chose our parents. There are just too many abortions, too many complications, too many blatantly unplanned things that blow that theory to pieces. My sentiments have always been more acerbic than Tyciol's.

However, in the past few months I've been seeing life more in terms of general continuity than as discrete existence. "Life," is too general and imprecise a word to describe our existence. We often live different lives at once - a life as a spouse, a life as a coworker, a life as a parent, a life as a friend, etc. And we live different lives successively within the same lifetime - a life as a child, a life as a student, a life with this partner, a life with another partner, a life in this job, a life in that job, a life in this city, a life in that city, etc. Now lives are even more numerous and diverse - a life on the computer, a life on the internet, a life in forums, a gaming life, etc. Join all that with what we come to this forum to talk about - a spiritual life, a dream life, an inner life, a solitary life, etc. With the view that lives are everywhere for your choosing, choosing life doesn't sound so absurd.

So what about parents? Choosing parents can be almost as multitudinous, when looking at choosing your relationship with your parents. How would you treat those two people - protectors, teachers, guides, friends, abusers, dictators, despots, idiots, weakliings, children, invalids, healthy, admirable, glorious, amazing, sad, pitiable, etc. I sometimes think there's room for all parents to be in these categories and more. In that way, I don't think it's a big deal whether not we choose our parents. Not only are they all human, but we all end up leaving them anyways, and they always end up leaving us.

Nonetheless, I'll always think of that story, neutrino. Thank you for sharing it.

Actually, I'd go as far is to say that just about everything starts with intent (maybe everything, I can't seem to prove that theory to myself yet).  the physical is kind'a like a manifestation of the intent.

Quote from: RastusThe soul and the parents all agree ahead of time.  Life begins with Intent, not conception.

Welcome to Metaphysics! / Re: Atlantis
December 21, 2004, 00:38:14
Interresting.  It seems a lot of people are looking for information on the lost land.  My search foro Atlantis is what actually pushed me to start looking around the web for information which eventually lead me to more and more meta. info.  Nonetheless, I must admit that Atlantis is still fasinating and I've done an increadibly extensive research on it.  Of course, this is mainly material on the web which I have managed to link together and which to me, makes sense.  I don't claim it to be 100% accurate, but since so many references on the web agree on a few statements and I've read it in various books and you also get a gutt feeling that's some stuff is correct.

Anyhow, a good deal of info can be found on the web.  Look for it, there are 2 sites which contain a very detailled description of it, but I unfortunately lost their links.  http://crystalinks.com has a good elaborated site dedicated to it.

So to answer your question.  Here goes my beliefs:

Atlantis is real.  A lot of people who lived in Atlantis are being incarnated on this Earth today.  We are currently in the age of Aquarius (if you follow astrology).  This strongly hints that Atlantis is linked to this part in time.  Their location is obscure but most references point around (south america close to the atlantic).  Just about everyone agrees that their primary energy source was crystal.  Heck, we'r using crystals today as energy generators for our computers, clocks.  They also used fuel but not quite in the same way as we did.  They had the ability to connect with the other world.  They were quite advanced in bio-genetic operation (ie: much more advanced than we are today).  You may have heard of greek rumors of half-lion half men and such hybrids in the past?  Their enregy is actually what destroyed them causing a flood.  They had great temples build out of crystal that could operate some form of virtual reality and many greek names are inherited from them.

Their main cities were shaped in the form of a spiral where water was swirling around in a spiral.  The big palaces were at the center and were similar to what you may find in egypt's scripture.  A lof othe Atlantis information was stored in the library of Alexandria which burnt.  Info about the Sphynx and the chamber of the dead also resided in there.  They knew that their time would come and they constructed crystals to store the information which would explain their past, our human existance and various wonders.  It is said to have been hidden in an area where the sun shines and which is protected from the effect of time.  This sounds like in a glacier to me, but I could be wrong.  When Atlantis died, some of the people survived and notably, some went to Egypt and instructed them on various things of technological/spiritual value.  Rumors are that they have also helped other civilizations around.

Anyhow, there's so much information that I could write on the subject that I could easilly fill this entire forum with details I have read about.  Instead, I would suggest that you go out there and read the information for yourself.  You may also want to check out some chanelling work done by various famous chanellers during the history of time as well as spirit chanellers (spiritism).  Atlantis seems to be a key for many people to dive into spiritual material; kind'a like a program follows its instructions :)

But I know next to nothing compared to the heavy details out there,
Best of luck in your search.

Quote from: TheDarkApprenticeI know nothing or the subject, but does Atlantis exist or is it just a fairy tale?? If it were real, then you should be able to AP to ti and what not.

I have no idea. JW

Many people here have already stated similar things but I'll just put my 0.02$ in here.  What you are feeling is some form of "lust".  The love you claim to have or feel is just like you; a tiny piece of a bigger part.  There's something stronger than what you would describe as love and you can get a glimpse of it here too if you work on it enough.  You'll know it once you hit it.  It will traverse you like a strong warm wave (words fall short of the description) and it won't be physically linked to someone like the typical "love" you feel.  It's at a slightly higher level and can apply to any sex.

Love or lust simply cannot last forever.  It's like the physical world; it gets worned up and eventually dies.

Quote from: Eternal_SoulmateHi everyone...

I just feel the need to share this personal matter, I hope I'll get some answers...

I'm 27 and I must say I have a problem with Love... I can't seem to hold that Big L feeling for more than 6 or 7 months... after that it just disapears and changes into "care about a partner"

I wonder why this keeps on happening, My goal would be feeling in love all the time wich I see as True Love!  I allways seem to fall from the cloud and start to be influenced by "typical" material maters and my relationships end more or less after 2.5 years

Is this normal?? Does this happen to everyone and though it happens they mary... have kids and hold on to eachother just because they are scared to be alone?

I wonder... should I give up this dream or is my faith worth it and should I continue my search till I find the One... or
Am I wrong and should accept this "I care about You" and hold on to what I have?

  This matter makes me very sad and though I trust my feelings they overwelm me!

Please help!
#68
There are plenty of people who could go for this challenge; honestly.  There are numerous "true" chanellers, who could easilly expose details of this man's life which only he would know and etc...  In reality, I would tend to believe that he's looking for undeniable hard evidence.  In ohter words, he wouldn't accept your mere example of reading a card.  I may be wrong, but if he's offering that much cash, he must want some really hard evidence.

On another point, not everyone is ready to accept the truth.  Most souls at this stage are awakening more and more everyday.  But still, many people will find the most obscure reasons not to believe in anything meta.  They'll blame tv tricks on it.  They'll blame that people read their files, gov. conspiracies; whatever...

Quote from: odevroedHi, I searched the forums, but I did not find the answer to my question, so I dare asking it in this thread.

You all know that James Randi offers 1million dollar for ANY proof of the supernatural. Now, In the book by mister Bruce, he mentions the test with the card one places on the window, facing outward. Then when projecting you can go and check the card.

Now, this looks to me like a fool proof experiment to do. And from what I understood from the book, at least mister Bruce, should be able to do it with ease.

So my question is: are there any plans to do this? And if no, what are the reasons for this. At least this would give a clear indication to the world that AP is real.

Regards,

Olivier.

PS: I've had LD, so I know one can lucid in dreams, but I'm still struggling with the question whether this is real or just something in my mind.

This is interresting.  Anyone else have tried this?  Maybe there's a link between energy work and what you describe here.  At least I feel similar effects.  Maybe you've just invented a new form to stimulate the energy body.  Bruce introduced tactile imaging,  What about sonar imaging? =)

Quote from: KezzDeep trance/obe/meditative inducing technique.

Mind hum:
This is a really simple one that I find the most effective for both achieving vibrations as well as triggering calm thoughts in difficult circumstances.
Start out simply by humming one long tone. This tone is totally personal and needs no further instruction.
Then play that hum back through your memory as though you were actually doing it. That is, do the exact same thing as before but keep it in your mind.
Now its only a matter of making your mind hum constant (you don't need to stop the hum to take a breath obviously!!!) and get into a nice meditative position (I lie on my back with my head slightly to one side) and keep the humming going on in your head while concentrating on the darkness and on relaxing. Mind humming is a great way to keep your conscious - conscious as it requires conscious thought to perform, but not too much that it makes floating away impossible.
After a couple of mornings doing the Mind hum you may find that if – during the day you feel a little stressed out, just do a little mind humming - one long relaxing tone. You may even find you are able to hold a conversation while keeping the humming going in the background of your thoughts.

Cheers!

You may want a second opinion on this, but I'd guess this is mostly the beer's fault.  It's extrmely hard to concentrate and focus energy when you've drank a few, which makes me believe that it wasn't a projection.  Of course you never know, but that's my guess.  The fact that you couldn't feel your body is 100% dictated by the beer.  that's why people who hurt themselves while drunk ache like asses the next day.  They simply couldn't feel the pain.  Alcohol also tends to wake you up earlier than your schedueled time, but I don't recall any occurance where it made me "scare"

Quote from: KonMy experience.
It was late at night coming home from a party I was drunk, I went to bed, after a while when I almost fell asleep I was suddenly floating I could not sense anything no breathing no hart beat not my human body nothing of my body, only like I was an separate object floating and I was afraid, the place where dark totally dark and scary nothing more, I could feel myself in a total different way I felt like joust something all around, not so easy to explain. It was a fight I was joust to give up when I suddenly felt I was entering something(really fast) and I woke up scared to death I was afraid to sleep for a while. Since then I stopped drinking/party for years!. Really it was so scary. I never told anyone about it either. Is this death or astral or another dimension whatever I don't know.

Welcome to the Healing place! / My dad is in a coma

Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong, since this is not something I have read but more of a deduction/experience.

I believe the child and their parents always posses a mind link between them.  This is especially stronger with the mother who was shared space with the newborn initially.  As any sense, if it is not used a lot, it tends to degrade.  With this event, it probably tuned both of you at a similar frequency.

Quote from: sashamashaThank you all... Legend, I actually have been talking to him, long distance.  I am stuck here in Germany waiting to fly home (it has been extremely frustrating, and simply not possible until Tuesday to be there).  But every so often he seems to be near me in a way, not entirely, but as if there is a mind link or he is thinking of me, and I have been responding as if he were here with me.  It's a very strong feeling.  He and I have always had a very strong link, even though we haven't always gotten on well.  I know that he hears me.  It's been confusing though, because initially I "knew" that he was going to die, but then just as certainly a few hours later, I "knew" that he had decided he was going to be ok, and survive, and this decision has stood.  But he has a very long and difficult road ahead of him and I worry that he will be so afraid and have to struggle so much, and my family has had so, so many scares with his health...  It has been so hard.  I just don't know anything.
#72
Done =).  Talk to him.  His subconscious mind will understand you =).  Since you of anyone in your family is here on this site, you are probably the most adept in your family to spread love and energy.  Nay said made a good suggestion.  I feel that your family needs more help than your father.

Quote from: sashamashaMy dad passed out because of a heart condition (he has had 2 triple bypasses) and hit his head on the floor in the supermarket, causing extensive brain injuries.  He had an operation where a giant clot was removed from his brain stem, but he still has bleeding (because of the heart meds) and is in a more or less comatose state... he has been making small but deliberate movements every so often, and cat scans look good, but he is still in intensive care and things are still touch and go.  Please send healing and positive energy.  He is at a hospital in Weymouth, which is on the coast under Boston in Massachusetts.

Thanks and love to all

Welcome to Dreams! / Another flood dream

I had never heard of people having similar dreams (at least to a degree where many elements were repeated)  aka: not just flying in general..  If you think about it at a higher level, it would be possible for this to happen.  Perception could acertain for slight discrepencies.

Quote from: JAWMy brother had a near identical dream, in which the points re the flood, restaurant, group of familiar people around and someone knowing it was coming were exactly the same. He also dreamt of invisible attackers, but none of the village stuff... Those identical points really blew my mind tho so I had to comment, is it common to have people having the same dream?

For everyone and especially myown culture, could you expand on that?  How is an astral war any different from a physical.  I can imagine many ways in which they differ or resemble one another, but I'm intrigued by what you have seen (or felt os probably a better word).

Quote from: SpectralDragonyes, astral fights and wars exist. Try going to the lower astral levels (and I mean the REAL lower astral levels, not the lower astral plane.) These levels are usually made up of planes created by specific deiteies and are, in a sense, various forms of hells. Astral wars go on all the time there.

Interresting.  I'm no expert and can't prove either way, but I do know that the human body can subsist a tremendous amount of pain.  On t.v., I once saw a documentary on a woman who lives purely by eating sand which grew by her tree.  She had done so for 3-5 years.  Don't count on sand to provide you with fibers :o\

I also hang out at some raw food forums, and one topic that has come up recently is that of sungazing. ( http://www.rawfoodsupport.com/read.php?f=12&i=35013&t=35013 )
It is claimed by Hira Ratan Manek, a Jain ex-engineer, that gazing directly at the sun in the hour after sunrise or before sunset (when uv levels are low), while standing in direct contact with the earth, will enhance spritual evolution and eliminate the need to eat (because the body can derive energy directly from the sun, rather than via food).

I was wondering if anyone has any direct experience with this, or any comments?

HRMs website is www.solarhealing.com and he also has a yahoo disussion group.
