I went to sleep in the evening and I remember asking a spirit master to help give me the power to project...... and than..... I had vibes.... opened my eyes and than my vision was a little blurred a little but enough for me to see... I appeared next to my body..... and I was gonna walk out the room.... but I said hey....i might as well see if i really projected..... I started rising.... and I was rising a little to fast and wanted it to stop.... it didn't work the first time but it worked the second time.... so I went outside of the room I was in and I see this black figure.... looked like a man but everything was black..... I thought it was a neg... which it was.... so I created some light energy and it went away..... so I just went another place suddenly.... started looking around..... and than I said 'I want to go back to my body'..... so I suddenly stopped and I was in a place of all black.... than I opened my eyes a little but I could still feel the vibes.....

there was more but I hardly remember everything....... some cool stuff happened but I can't remember... if I do i'll post it.....
