I have no 'final truth' - I do not even understand that expression.  That which has always existed is not always evident to 'self'  .

well of course they have to be self-evident or else it couldnt have been found/discovered, but it does not rule out that it is hard to solve

Eventually it will happen upon death, if it happens at all and is not 'all in the brain' Simon.  Sometimes we get distracted from the reality we are predominantly within (just as surely as we get distracted by it) - for me the important thing is to learn exactly who/what I am and channel that into whatever reality I am experiencing - such a tiny role in the scheme of things but enjoyable enough.

Death reveals a level of equality with every living being. Life obviously is in connection with consciousness.

It remains evident that being able to travel in other realities does not in itself change the way things are unfolding in this one.  To suggest that because someone is more focused upon what is going on in this reality and as a result is purposefully exempt from experiencing other realities is religious thinking and bears no resemblance to the actual truth.

It's a sad fact that many doctors today choose to be admired by their peers instead of their patients. There is much that I haven't said, a lot of things that I have come to know during my NPR visits.

When I first started to AP, I was told to "just observe". I chose to question everything instead and also shared my experiences and what I learned from them with others.

I was then "banned", from who, I never did find out. Could it have been from my own Consciousness, I have found that anything is possible .

I couldn't figure out for the life of me why I was being chastised for trying to help others with what I was seeing, learning and experiencing. I even called Coast to Coast a couple of times to set their Guest straight.

But I do now.

The reason is simple, people will find out all of this when they are ready to. They will find out the answers to all their questions, once they are ready to deal with and handle those answers.

Just like I was shown my truths, everyone gets to witness theirs when they are ready for that information to be shown to them.

...and after while you come to just "know" things. It's not really coming from a conscious memory you have. You just do.

This is when once again, you become a quiet observer!  

u know lionheart i may bump heads with u at times but that right there is 100% i can agree with and very very well put.

but throwing in my 2 cents i was told that looks can be deceiving and that sometimes in life we have decoys, right now as we speak they are debating the definition of marriage and the rights of homo sexual individuals, which i do agree is an important inevitable subject to a certain degree, but! it is a total diversion for the majority of the country to get their attention away from the economy which in reality is way more important at the moment... i feel the same when it comes to NPR and physical reality....

i do truly believe in my heart that the i guess so called "discovery" of NPR is super important to the moral and intellectual foundations of a living being but at the same time i believe and i mean truly believe that recognizing, enforcing and Defending the unalienable rights of an individual in the physical and (NPR) is way way more important than getting the knowledge out of astral projection or NPR whatever

if we fail to do that then there wont be anyone left even believing that they are free living individuals in a PHYSICAL REALITY, everyone will be a mindless worker ant

of course i get your loop im just having troubles of actually doing so, i dont ever try i do and thats whats getting at me right now is that im not doing just trying. but i love getting others opinions on personal techniques and facts 
personal reason eh everyone gets caught up with time and sleep really and i dont know why i just dont like to sleep i like to be awake in the physical doing things communicating with people, lol just like my father its hard for me to sleep before midnight i love to sleep late and wake early but my father is the sure reason why i do not doubt astralprojection, around my age is when he started to explore then later on he stopped or didnt need to, he already learned what was needed from it to fullfil his life.

The Real reason i have Trouble is that im so conformed with using my body for any motion what so ever, everytime i get just a lil lucid or even when im just awarelessly dreaming i trying using my real body to metaphysically run, jump, fly, walk, shake hands, grab things eh u get the picture

hmm so when u say focus in on that moment do u mean start asking myself questions, for example why cant i legally but these quickly? where cant i buy these quickly? where must i be then to buy these quickly?

like i said as soon as i became lucid i let it go too, its the same feeling i get everytime it happens like if my vision suddenly becomes wider from the narrow outlook.

dude, so i had this dream 2 nights ago in which i became lucid but not fully, now i dont usually focus at all when im dreaming or sleeping but inevitably it happens and well in this dream i realized i was doing so BUT, as soon as i realized i was dreaming i sorta forgot or went along with the fact i was dreaming and let "IT" control what happened.

i dont know im guessing i wasnt fully aware but i knew i was dreaming, ok my bad the dream went like this..

at the beginning I was on my way to go get my FOID and i remembered being really excited but i hadnt realized i was dreaming yet..
i was hanging around with my sister because she and i were speaking when i brought up how i had gone a got my FOID card and how i bought 2 pistols, i showed her and im guessing she took them because she said she needed them or how she wanted to show someone no harm at all, and im guessing in the exchange of the guns i had realized i was dreaming because there was literally no way i could get 2 pistols that fast legally where i live in the physical world lol so there was this whole 2 day gap missing. in the same moment i realized i was dreaming and became lucid for some reason i let myself go into the "storymode/dream mode", im sure i getting less aware of my surroundings .
After having my moment my dream proceeded, i was walking down a straight long narrow path way coming down away from lighthouse that was seated on a cliff over looking the sea to my left. I wasn't looking back but i knew where i had just came from (Ive never seen the place at all) and i was making my way away from it, i was also well aware of the man who was at the top of the pathway in front of the lighthouse, He had a gun.
Needless to say i was embracing myself for a shot the whole time i was walking away i could feel a tention, when i got down to the end of the pathway to make a right to a bridge BANG! i felt a good pinch and a warm very warm and wet sensation on my neck, the pain still hadnt settled in yet and i knew what was going on so i panicked and rushed for my sister
LOL when i got to my sister and retrieved my guns i knew i was dreaming again but just like before i ignored it but more immediately than before, i snapped back to lucid mode for less than a second when i realized there was no way i could have made it to my sis with a bullet wound in my neck with atleast not passing out cuz she was far

what would make it easier to hold that lucid?? or keep that state of mind busy in order to not wander off and then switch back to dream mode

the story from the general was a good example of a moment all about discipline of a human being.

physical requirements is a whole complicated mess but in true retrospect its known majority of male bodies are more capable of the 2 sexes.
its is however awsome when a female proves that she can whoop a guys butt and trust it happens all the time in training 

the reason its treated so sacred is that in the relationship between the male n female during extreme times if one had to be sacrificed then accordingly the male be him The Man has to of course let the female live because she is sacred in the sense that she can bear children.

men dont want to worry about making sure she doesnt die on the field, its literally a nightmare.
