i used to buy into all of the mystical chaw...but when i read what Frank really had to say, it totally spun me around and made me realize that he was right....f2 is all i have been able to enter so far but i really think this is where everyone should be studying.

yea, i find i can really only talk about my experiences with my best friend, girlfriend and my girlfriend's dad ( he has had many experiences also). its a lonely place out there, but it feels fine to me

it kind of reminds me of that what the bleep movie....they touch on the whole "create your day" thing and say everything inside of us affects what happens outside, its kind of wishy washy, but they make some interesting points nonetheless.  I've come across Frank's posts and newsletters lately and have read them all...it really blows my mind because this could be very very influential stuff Frank, I'm sure you already know this, but I just thought i would give my two cents =) have a good one.

just a little tidbit of information, but i studied wild lettuce after i saw it growing in my garden and found out it kills your kidneys..so don't use it.besides in the way of relaxing with herbs the "greener" the better =) I'm not promoting anything it's just my way of relaxing and helping with obe and ld'ing

its funny, i used to take a dream journal about 2 years ago and since have started using it again and man, i have LD's almost every night...anyways a couple of friends just out of nowhere have told me they could lucid dream, i helped them out and they also take journals of their dreams and can have them regularly.  Telos you are right my friend the key is a dream jornal....
