Quote from: SelskiInteresting though that you picked my favourite colour before I had a chance to think - do you secretly live inside my head then?!!!
If someone is told to think about a color, red is the 2nd most common one.

At that price it sounds a lot like a scam to me  :?

I've heard about the opening of chakras - basically it's like 1 person sends a lot of energy into someone else, thereby making the energy flow easier and better. The person I read about who did this also did it in several steps, but with a pause for several months inbetween to get used to the feeling and changes that would come with it.

You can spend your money better elsewhere imo - you don't really need any help to do that, you can do it by yourself by training. In my opinion that's what you should do - taking this shortcut makes you skip a big part of the learning process, and if people don't learn how to do it themselves then we will all be unable to carry the "gift" on if nobody certified to open other peoples chakras 100% is still alive.

As far as I know, OOBE is a special case of Astral Projection.

OOBE = Astral Projection in the regular physical place we are used to being in

So, basically - yup, they are the same  :D

Quote from: Souljah333...and they're going to waste how much money putting this "surveillance/cataloging system" in place???  the point is also that it's covert...you'll never hear about it on evening news...it'll just quietly be implemented into place.
Actually you will hear it on the news - and you already do. They are just doing it in small steps, planning generations ahead. I have no idea who or what "they" are though.

Some examples from Sweden :

* Implementation of cameras. In trains, taxis and so on.
* Road fees, with automatic billing. You get a lower bill if you install some sort of box to deal with it - I'm not sure but I got the impression that it was some kind of gps system in it. It's not actually implemented yet but it will be - they are even doing it without a decision by launching it as a "test".
* Stationary automatic speed cameras
* A woman with the brilliant idea to put id-tags on the wrists of her children so that they can be safely returned if they get lost in a shopping mall or similar (seen news about this from Japan aswell)

Now we've all (probably) heard about biometric scanning aswell. It will be interesting to see how that works out and how many that will be able to keep their fingers.

Whoever "they" are, I get the feeling that things are behind schedule, which is probably a good thing.

If we knew that the answer was yes then I wouldn't have been able to make this reply.

Welcome to Metaphysics! / 3rd Eye Chakra

That's interesting because the 2 in the middle seems to work together more and more now. Maybe the 2 on the sides will join in aswell after some more training...

Quote from: KrevencyDo you suppose that someone who was with you at the time could have felt it, too?
I made some testing with energy a while ago...

Other people can feel it, but sometimes they have to "tune in" to be able to feel it. Sometimes when you try to feel it your own energy blocks the other persons energy, causing the energy to disappear - you shouldn't raise energy if you want to feel someones energy, or if you do you should make it "transparent" to let the energy through.

Welcome to Metaphysics! / 3rd Eye Chakra

In most places where I've read about this chakra it's either described as a point that is low on your forhead and kinda between your eyes (just a little bit higher than your eyes) or higher up on the forehead. In some places it's said that it can be either.

For me, that chakra seems to be divided into several parts. It's the lower one, the upper one (this one is bigger) and 2 more small chakras, one on each side.

The only "reference" I've seen to the 2 small ones is a picture of that chakra where it's extended sideways, not just a round spot, but I've never seen any mention of them in any texts.

Do other people feel similar things? How is the 3rd eye chakra actually constructed? Is it several small ones working together? Or maybe the small ones are different and not really a part of that chakra?

I will keep this introduction short.

...was a while ago. A couple of years ago actually.

It started as usual, me lying in my bed trying to "get out". After a while I felt that the chakra between my eyes was very active, and I remembered reading somewhere that some people project through one of their chakras so I decided to give it a try.

I focused on that chakra with all my willpower, really pushing to get out. The sun was shining outside, and after a while I suppose that a cloud moved away from the sun because I saw a yellow light (I'm almost certain that the light was from the sun and that I had my eyes just a little bit open).

Now I put all my focus on the light. For some reason it made it easier, it gave me a single point to focus on. It still wasn't easy though, I had to "push" with all my willpower.

I noticed that my astral body was shrinking, I was kind of pulling myself together into the chakra. This was a bit difficult, but focusing on only one point made it a lot easier (actually this was basically what I had to do to be able to do it at all).

When I had "compressed" my astral body into the chakra I pushed further and was able to leave (either that or I left immediately when I was compressed, hard to remember exactly since it was a while ago).

Now I wasn't in the room, as one might have expected. Instead, I was in some area with a lot of yellow light in it. It was like when you look into the waters of a sea that's not very clear - you see the light and some shades aswell.

I knew what was up and down, and flew around in the yellow light for a bit. After a while I tried to create stuff, which was kinda easy - it appears that I was able to instantly create whole rooms and similar stuff. I didn't create stuff around me, I created them in front of me, so the scenes were still surrounded by the yellow light. After a while I think I entered one of the areas I created and went off to normal sleep.

For some reason I stopped trying again shortly after that experience, but now I have started the training again  :D

If you kill someone he/she won't be able to help you, so I wouldn't recommend it

btw that includes yourself aswell. You need yourself to get better, so killing yourself would be a bad idea I suppose  :)

Usually I see spots in different colors. When I see images (like in dreams, daydreams and similar) I sometimes get "out of phase" and notice some kind of weird pattern that the images I see seems to be based upon somehow.

I don't remember which movie it was, but I think it was Fahrenheit 9/11, where Michael Moore told the FBI description of what to look for to find a student that was likely to go berserk and kill other students. The problem was that the description match like almost every student.

It seems to me like they are doing something similar here.

Welcome to Astral Chat! / is there a school?
April 22, 2005, 05:29:46
Quote from: ArcaenisThats a dream I'ves wanted to always had. I've always wanted to make a university based around PSI., astral etc. Gifted students from around the world would be at this school. The school it self would have a futuristic appeal. I've even made this school in the astral, but in a small... exibit if you will.
If you want a school for the gifted, then the astral would be the most logical place for it I think...

How could anyone pray for you when you don't even mention a reason?
When you do remote viewing you are given about the same amount of information as was given here.

I'm saying it was impossible becase my grandmother had to leave Germany because she didn't want to join Hitlerjugend, but there is of course the possibility that the impact of not joining was different in different parts of Germany.

hmm... wouldn't it make more sense to say zero point? Or maybe it's just the swede in me? (it's a lot easier to translate zero point to good swedish than it is to translate point zero)

If you were against Hitler you were sent to prison. Just wearing the wrong type of clothes put you in danger. Being a member of any nazi organization whatsoever meant nothing - you were literally forced to be a member, at least regarding Hitlerjugend.

Quote from: MakaveliI think fixing the problem doesn't involve guns.  As long as people are willing to kill each other they are going to find ways of doing it, it's been that way long before guns.      The world is so messed up because of social or spiritual issues. If we want violence to end those are the issues that should work on not weapons which are too widely available to ever get rid of.
I agree  :D
#72
I don't doubt your numbers. Weapons do probably lower crimes. But at what cost?

It's like regular medicine. Fix the symptoms, not the problems.
#73
I'm still not convinced. Why? Because if a criminal knows that it's likely that you're armed, he will be more likely to kill you instead of just trying to scare you.

What kind of society would you prefer living in? One where everybody is controlled by fear or one where people don't attack each other because of morals and mutual respect? Would you prefer a dictator or Gandhi?

You say that you won't shoot someone until you have made sure that it's not someone dangerous. That may be true - you don't get a weapon to shoot someone, you get it to defend yourself in case someone attacks you - but if you let your fear control you enough to get a weapon, then the fear will help you shoot someone you didn't intend to shoot.

Let's say someone breaks into your house. You bring your gun, point it at him and tell him to leave. Next thing you know you're dead, because his friend who you didn't see thought you were going to shoot.

It's all nice in theory until you shoot a dangerous burglar who happens to be your wife or similar.
