In another forum that is especially for Reiki it is mentioned that when someone feels cold during a Reiki session,in any part of his body, it is because the negative energy in him is being crystallized.I don't know much what this has to do with the body but i suppose that the energy is being driven off.

So it has been 2 attunements so far for me and some weird feelings occur to me.Every night between 11:00 and 12:00,I have this strange feeling that the air gets lighter and a bit cold.In fact this is really relaxing as if I am breathing fresh air,like I am in a forest.Maybe its the Reiki energy,who knows :question:.

Also while meditating yesterday(using the Reiki meditation) i was so relaxed and after a while i felt on my shoulders a bit pressure like some hands were on it and giving me energy.That was really weird but it was frightening.Somewhere i have read that if you are attuned to Reiki some ascended Reiki masters will reinforce the Reiki energy,feeling just like that.

And one last thing i noticed is that i feel energy coming out from an area just above the third eye.But i don't think its the crown chakra because its lower than there.And i actually feel the energy in the air...Maybe i am leaking .

A conclusion is that these attunements actually work,if someone its not a believer.I stay focused on the next changes and i hope that these may be some major ones for my personal spiritual development

I also had a dream by a witch chasing me when i was about 6 or 7 years old.And in fact i saw the same dream twice.Now that i am 24 this dream meant a lot for me.It was a prediction of my future in a symbolic form and it happened in a period of 4 years.

Maybe the witches you see,represent some fears you have and in order for them to vanish you have to surpass the fears.

wouldnt such debts only apply to the physical dimension?  Why would a higher plane of existance care about what you did here (unless youre a christian, in which god cares) but if you dont beleive in karma or what have you would the rules still apply to you?

I don't think that karma has to do with your beliefs.Its a universal law and it applies to all individuals.The only good thing is that if you think it exists you work on it.

Personally I am sure that such a law exists because I had,me and my family,some very unpleasant events and the only way to explain them is the bad karma of my family tree(my surname is Tantalus - Greek Mythology).

And in order to ascend to a higher plane,firstly you should be set free of any karmic unbalances you have on the physical world.

So today at about 7:00(GMT +2) i received the Kundalini Reiki 2 attunement from Stefan.Although I am not sure about the time because the feelings started 1 hour later than the scheduled,and this happened the first time also.I didn't had any feelings on my hands or feet but i felt very much pressure on the third eye area.Also i felt very happy for no reason and that must be the Reiki energy.

The feelings got much more intense by the time and i closed my eyes to meditate for a bit.The feelings was going on and until now i feel a little tingling on the third eye.

I am disappointed that i didn't felt any energy coming up the spine but that doesn't not mean that it didn't(I hope so).Although for just a minute i felt something at the base of the spine,but i think was just my imagination for being impatient for the attunement .

If he has send Reiki you will receive it no matter what.Reiki always finds its way .Maybe you were not consious enough to feel the sensations

Does KR Boosters follow right after KR (1,2,3) or you can attune to them some time later?

You can have the attunements whenever you want if you have had the first 3,or not take them at all if you wish.

No all Kundalini Reiki attunements can be made remotely.I mean I will have Usui Reiki attunements by a Reiki Master in person

I wasn't told to study anything.I have done some research on Reiki on my own and i found appropriate to be attuned.I will also attend a Reiki Master to attune because i have read that 2 attunements can make reiki flow more powerful,and the second one will be on person.

I think that attunements work for every person no matter what.Its universal energy and it applies to all people.

Notice that from now on until the next attunement your body will realign to this new state and many changes will happen.For instance i am getting a great headache 3 hours after the attunement and i believe its from Reiki.

I just received the 1st attunement from Stefan.I felt some energy going through my hands and some intense feelings on my 3rd eye area,although the feelings depend how sensitive you are to energy.Also i felt some pain in the chest,because the heart chakra was expanding.The feelings were more tense to my left hand as it is more sensitive and relaxed.This was the 1st out of 3 attunements i will get to Kundalini Reiki and i believe the other 2 will be more powerful because they remove some chakra blockades.

So Mary219 did you receive the attunement?How was the experience?I will post mine late at night

The site seems well developed.I think that it may be real but i wouldn't trust their products.They are too much expensive and of course their main goal is to have big sales.I wouldn't pay that much for something i am not sure about

Yes i didn't went far away i believe...usually i am going around my house cause i am a beginner...Also i get the feelings many times that something is pulling me back and i try to go forward.Sure that is a clue what might happen .I am skeptical of the whole experience...I believed that once you are out of body you must not worry about anything holding you.You just go anywhere you like.

  The last 5 month i am trying every day to achieve an OBE and i think i have some good results lately.So here what happened to me this morning and i am skeptical about it.
   While i woke up,i standed still and i tried to achieve an OBE.I got really well and after 3 minutes i was out of my body.Although i am not so advanced in the technique,I don't usually have fully consciously OBE's.I usually achieve partial vision and i don't control completely my astral body.
   So after a while i felt some very tight bindings all over my astral body,like i was surrounded by ropes that bind my arms,legs,chest and head.I tried and removed them using my astral hands but after a while i felt like they were growing and binging my body again.I had this bizarre feeling again 2 months ago and i really believe this is something that hold me back.
   Does anyone had any similar experience in the Astral or have any clues what might that be?..I would appreciate very much any help

Hi to all,
  A year ago i had an accident while playing football and i had a major injury on my right ankle.I had to be treated for one and a half month to recover from it and i was said if an injury in that place of the body occurs again i must go to surgery.The last month i experience pain at my ankle and i think there is an anomaly while i walk.
Any distant healing would be acceptable.I live in Greece and i cant find any healer here.Also I would like to experience how Reiki healing is.
