hello kazbadan. In quantum physics particles can be described as probability functions. So you can never say what the exact location of an electron is, just the probability to find it in a certain place. So if you have a membran that an electron can not pass there's still a probability to find it on the other side of it since the probability function streches onto the other side. So in very rare cases the electron passes the membran = tunnel effect.
Since all objects consist of particles every object has a probability funktion as well. so if you have a tennis ball in a safe, there's a, although extremly low, probability that the whole ball tunnels tru the safe wall!

possible explanation: what you perceive in the astral is coupled with your physical life. Imagine you could perceive with a additional sense it would be impossible for you to download that information into your brain, cause it's not build to process that data. So it might be impossible to remember an experience from the astral that is so diffrent.

I just wanna add a thought to your discussion whether  it'll  ever be possible for science to explain everything or not.
What if it's not possible to apprehend everything on this plane (which is my believe or better which is my experience)?
For example: I once had a "dream" were I perceived colors that I couldn't comprehend on this plane, I knew it that when I'll wake up I'll only remember the "feel" of the colors but that I will be impossible to convert the colors into this plane. Like we could never understand a 3D object if we'd live in a 2D world.
Do you understand what I mean! weird isn't it?

Well I must say I still don't  understand you completly [:I], Maybe cause my mother tonque isn't english. What do you mean by really wake up in the astral? You don't mean waking up physically, i guess. How do you dismiss the dream images? When do you know you're really in the asral amd not in a dream world?

Hello
In stephan Laberges book are several techniques to avoid awakening. You might want to studie that carefully.
For example:
When a dream ends, the visual sens fades first. As soon as you recongnize that, stretch out your arms and spin like a top. You must feel the vivide sensation of spinning. That will  usually prevent awakening and generate a new dream scene( Soemtimes the Bedroom!)

To pmlonline and tayesin: Your conversation is pretty entertaining to read. I don't wanna offend you guys but I don't believe you are really as spiritual advanced as you pretend. I mean you guys seem not even to be able to have a fair conversation! so what are all your journeys for then?
I don't wanna give my own opinion on the subject cause I don't have one and thats maybe an advantage.....
But Paul giving statements like there are 33 laws and 7 Planes and so on reminds my of a sect. I mean how can you know for sure, are you God?
Also saying Buddha and Jesus were avatars sounds a little strange to me as well. From where do you know that? did you ever meet? I'm kind of a Buddist myself and the core of Buddhas teaching is that he was a normal human beeing like everybody else and that everybody can reach in this life what he did (end of suffering). So I feel kind of irritated by your statements.

To Kazbadan: Well I didn't have a AP but I has several lucid dreams and to me they are as real as waking life! I actually doubt that my brain can create a such realistic world on it's own.  Well If It could, now that would be an awsome thing as well! If your brain is so powerful, what makes you sure that you "real" Life isn't only in your head as well!

In dreams if you read something look away and read it again, it changes. If you look at your hand it melts. If you look too long at the same point you wake up. If you don't be careful you slip back into the dream. Does this happen in AP as well? And if not, has anybody a logical explanation for that fact, assuming the two differ only level of awareness? [?][?][?]

Yes I would, cause it's not logical to doubt it. But I maybe would start questioning it if I would fail over and over again, even if that isn't logical as well......

Sometimes if I do the reality checks not very deliberately in weaking life I do the same in the dream and then I don't become lucid. What kind of reality checks do you do? try to do them really conscious, that might help

I only can say what I heard cause i'm still working on it myself[]
There seem to bee different ways to induce a obe out of a lucid dream:
- imagine beiing close to your real body, but don't think about your real body, caus that will wake you up, I found out myself[]
for example the kitchen or beiing in the living room
- simply wish to obe during the LD, maybe close your eyes, hopfully I'll wake up in your astral body above your bed
-Fly from the LD into the astral realm simply by just doing it
please keep me updated how you progress, since I'm trying to do exactly the same thing[]

Did I understood you correct? Next time I become lucid a withdraw from all my senses (in the dream) and then I'll end up in the RTZ? Isn't premature aweakening a problem? I had some problems with that in the past
