Food for thought:

Time is not linear. We experience it in a linear fashion. On some level all things are one, including time. All things have happened and coexist on this level. So, we have free will to make our choices, but our choices have already played out, but to our view point they have yet to happen. Since it was our choice we have free will, since it has already happened you could say it is destined to happen.

And/Or

History repeats itself because humans are creatures of habit. Though complex to us, this collection of "habits" makes things most likely to happen. So some event my not be written in stone, it is most likely to happen given the coarse of energies.

It sounds to me that you need to build your concentration. This is best done not in a sitting once during the day, but doing it throughout the day so it becomes part of how you interact and not something to just do for an hour every now and then. To do this simply stay focused on what you are doing during the day as well as what is going on around you. When you notice your mind wondering come back and focus on what you are doing. This is difficult at first but if you keep doing it it will become much easier and start being part of how you are. Then when you meditate and do energy you will be able to be focused on what you are doing much better.

If you want to increase your awareness then stop, be still and silent, stop thinking, and just be aware.

True, Gandalf. But I think what is even worse about computer "rpg's" is the linear mentality that seems to have developed with many players and games. You can hardly call it a Role Playing game when all you do, by design or choice, is run around killing everything. That is an action game, but some companies think that by placing a game in a fantasy setting they can call it an RPG. Worse yet is that the populus in general has come to accept this, more or less. But I guess there is only so much you can do without a DM.

The real question is, what is Time and what is it's true properties? Is time only linear? Or are we just experiencing it in a linear fashion? If on some level all Time is one, then all things have already happened, but on our level we are experiencing it individually and linear, just as we on this level perceive ourselves as separate from each other. If everything has already happened then it seems reasonable that we should be able to move our consciousness to a higher level where Time is merged to see what will happen from our perspective.

On the other hand, if Time is purely linear then there is no tomorrow yet and your dream can be nothing definite, only a possibility. But then anything is possible.

I believe the energy loss and being sent back to your body occur while in the Real Time Zone. If farther out into the Astral it does not seem to have that effect. But something to keep in mind is that your thoughts and desires will, like anything else on the Astral, effect your experience. If you are lustful the experience will be different than if you are loving.

I have never worked with the heart and head storage areas, only the navel. I believe Mr. Bruce says that you really only need to concentrate on filling the navel, as when it becomes full it will spill over into the others. I don't visualize it, but I can feel it. It is below the 3rd Chakra, more towards the front. You don't need to visualize it. Just take the energy to the general area and it should "find its way". After doing this for awhile you should get the feel for it.

Considering the conscious level of most people manifested on Earth then the statement "... that it is really WE who are dead and the so called spirits who are living..." is somewhat accurate. That is how I was meaning it when posting. After raising my consciousness and becoming more aware I definitely feel like I was dead before and only started living when my consciousness is high.

On closer examination the Unrated Edition appears to be the VHS 'Special Edition' version (possibly with the extra 11 minutes). The Limited Edition DVD is the version with the 11 minutes plus all the typical bonus stuff (trailers, etc). The Extended Edition DVD is not being released until September but it does not mention anything about the 11 minutes. Maybe this version includes it as part of the movie as a whole, otherwise why call it extended? Then there is the original release 88 minute DVD. This is for those available in the US.

I have had dreams about dieing and being physically dead, but I was always alive in some form or another somewhere. Interesting dreams but I was never given a date.

I will also suggest Astrology for the Light Side of the Brain. I have not read Astrology for the Light Side of the Future yet, but I have been reading Astrology for the Light Side of the Brain. If you have an interest in astrology but are unsure where to start or are intimidated by bulk dry reading I think Astrology for the Light Side of the Brain is just the book for you. It is informative yet funny and entertaining at the same time. It is definitely worth reading if you have an interest in astrology. I have learned a lot and enjoyed reading this book.

How do you do that?

I have played P&P a few times. I have not played much mostly due to no one to play with. In my younger days I played my share of video game RPGs. I wore the first Final Fantasy out on the NES. I don't play games much any more, though occasionly I will. Neverwinter Nights is pretty good bringing the best of both worlds, video and P&P, as you can go online and connect with other players on servers created by players. Some can be pretty good.

It is not really a good idea to use someone else's magical/metaphysical/spiritual tools especially if you have no knowledge of who and what it was used for. You have no idea what the intent and energy that could be associated with it. I hear you can clense such tools, but in such a situation I would just get rid of it.

I would say that astral sex is sex on an astral level. I do not say within your astral body because I believe that you are currently on the astral just not conscious of it (or maybe you are). So I think it is possible to have sex while both physically and astrally aware. Though most of the time astral sex seems to refer to bonding with another while only conscious of the astral.

Astral sex is different than what is generally thought of as sex on the physical. The common Western idea of sex is an act that leads to an explosive and act ending orgasm. Astral sex is usually described as feeling more like an exchange of energy while experiencing love and pleasure throughout the act. If the astral is the plane of emotions, then you can think of astral sex as emotional sex, or emotional or energetic bonding/exchanging. I do not think I have ever heard anyone mention orgasms in association with astral sex, not in the physical sense anyway. But then there is the whole discussion of what an orgasm is.

As Moonburn stated, your chakras are always open. It is probably better to think of them as muscles. They can be under developed, balanced, or over developed. Being over developed is no better than being under developed. You should strive for balance throughout your energy body.

Well I will say that it can be rather amazing to have the experience first and then later read that others have experienced something similar.

But I find that I am more successful at projecting when I have been reading about it throughout the day. Usually my experience is nothing like what I have been reading about, so atleast for me it would seem that what I have read has not influenced me in that way.

It has been awhile since I read that part in the book, but I do not think he said that jewelry will stop projections, only that it seems to have effected some people. Why I don't know. But this is not true for everyone. I have had one of my most vivid projections while wearing an ear ring.
